Trying to reconnect with them. We were connected before. They were the GM that was assigned to me through the VIP program but I left our chat here in DC as I didn't find their solutions all to helpful, or any different than the in-game support experience.

For most major things I needed I was simply rerouted back to the path in the game, so it's not a real VIP service by any means, and these were not "favors" I was asking for, they were simple questions and explanations.

Now I have a question that they might actually be able to answer and another based on something they shared in the past but I can't add them anymore and not sure if they're still a GM.

Fair point, but again, the fault of being so selective falls on players. Does the game intentionally make it less of an active choice? Absolutely, and it's stupid, but players have the option of catering to that or not.

The fact remains, that its a choice. We dont' conduct that sort of behaviour in our state, I've also seen people join in other states the same. I dont' discount that there is imbalance, but the statement was very explicit and why I also asked for more. The fact of the matter is that if the rallies that person joins are restricted to only allow 'gold behemoths', that is not a game mechanic issue, its an alliance issue.

We can waxy lyrical all day about abilities over how much progress can and can't be made of those features.

It really depends on the tier of competition you'd face. I know people spending 3k monthly who moved out of a top tier state cuz they could simply not get into any rally.

When players are 'fixing' those rallies, the first ones to go are always low level peeps. Whether plasma, behemoths, tanks or the aircraft provided.

Last svs we could have blue behemoths and win. This svs 3 of the 4 FFs had full gold stack.

Nothing an alliance can do about it. It's forced on them if they wanna win against that kinda competition. If they're playing just to gain points, that's another matter altogether.

Its pretty simple. No real need to over complicate it. I understand your view, but regardless as to how people arrive at where they are in the game its:

a) Option 1: Allow joiners no matter the level to join rallies
b) Option 2: Don't allow joiners to join rallies

Yes, I'm just pointing out that lower level folks usually get thrown under the bus for it. And the exclusion primarily occurs cuz f+ wanted more people to pay up and be relevant for a state. Cuz they found that after a point in the game, most mids went f2p and got carried by 1-2 players in their older games where only RL mattered. This was a fix attempted here for the first time. And it ended up leading into the mess of state transfers we seen where 1000+ players are dumped by RLs looking to join 2 more maxed Gold behemoth folks.

Dumped either via burning them out, or leaving them bereft of an RL by transferring alone.

All done to ensure more people kept paying up to be able to join rallies at all.

It depends what kind of a service the loader uses to get it done. Some will use currency exchange for low margin operations. "legit" discounts that cost only tax and maybe cost of exchange expenses.

Some will have stolen credit cards and laundered Google cards. Those are trouble. And loaders never tell.

• Loaders come with risk, they sell your data, and take no real serious security precautions. Their' claims are false.
• You risk your account being banned using a loader
• Any content creator advocating the use of loaders are just as culpable as those using services that go against the TOS.
• The irony here, is that they take no accountability, but are willing to push these services for a few extra likes and revenue and a % commission from the loaders themselves

Overall, anyone that advocates these, regardless of the factors behind it, needs to check themselves.

Their solution to this problem was to sell stamina as a bundle, which IMHO is an insult but not everyone will see it that way, and that's okay. So, you do have that option.

Players are already changing the way they do their daily tasks. Only some big spenders in my alliance are doing 5-6 infected at a time. When I was a regular spender, dropping 6K, or 5.7K bios on stamina wasn't anything I paused to consider.

In the list of joiners, almost everyone is using Travis in their marches to save on stamina. Players have also had to make difficult choices regarding supporting others in rallies vs not supporting once they've gotten their points.

I don't know if any of this helps but I didn't immediately see a response to your comment and am not sure if you know about the bundle and would want to pay for it.

1. The issue is exactly this. SoS officials won't make a post about it. They'll tell mods and content creators instead to promote this route because it's a legal issue they have to avoid. I can cite multiple instances where this has been done before by them for plausible deniability. Expecting them to announce it officially is as inane as expecting someone to tell theyre still operating in Russia when banned from doing so.

Pack loaders aren't officially recognised cuz no one can guarantee that a pack loader won't switch between safe/legal methods and profiteering where they see a chance.

However, I will agree it is frustrating when you encounter bugs or things are only available to those who spend. I do know that the feedback here is gathered and submitted, and many changes in the game have come from the feedback. Which is why we have this channel, to help discuss positive feedback that we can send and post in the feedback channel for voting.

Elaina, you're talking to people who have been playing this game for literal years. Don't condescend to us. As a word of advice, calling people "Chief" is condescending (and tone deaf) unless it's their screen name.
You don't need to explain how games are developed because some people know from practical experience, just as some people here are legitimate professionals with decades of experience in various IT fields.

A better response would have been "I totally understand the frustration as I have also seen things I'm not a big fan of personally. Even though they have implemented some feedback, I get that it feels unsatisfactory and sub-par. If you want, we can construct highly detailed feedback to truly address the issues." But then we would direct you to Bacon's novels in feedback reporting, which are not only highly detailed, they address real player issues and concerns in a professional and experienced manner.

I. Gacha coins were said to be available for purchase from pizza tokens in store. Where are those coins, and why were players not informed of the coins at the beginning of the event if they were to be assigned later.

II. The community broadcast center ran an event highlighting 15 gacha coins to be given to players after April 30 after 100k players shared the event across their social networks. Which coincidentally is also the end of the gachapon event. When will players be able to use the coins ? Do we have any assurance that Raph or Leo will also be available via same currency in store. (The one no one has seen yet)

So, if I'm interpreting the random "here is a link". There will be another Gashaphon event running from 08/05 through to 28/05, and then again from 29/05 to 15/06. I'm assuming for a different set of turtles/rotated. Which, if the broadcast centre is correct, its a reasonable assumption in answer to the first question, that those coins rewarded from the sharable event, can be used then.

It seems new, or I wasn't paying attention but I recently noticed it and it has been extremely helpful in more easily identifying which type of troop I wanted the TA for.

It feels to me like it was added recently when they added the BP numbers on the special forces engine parts so that made a lot more sense as to which you should be focusing on.

We're never supposed to complete a growing number of events or tasks in SOS without spending. This has been a growing trend. It obviously wasn't always like this but leaving good enough alone and only making small incremental changes is not something FP understands, or cares about.

The best e.g. is Lights and Colors, which you now cannot complete unless you purchase at list 1 bundle equaling 2,500 top-up points.

We can expect less items in the wilderness, or for doing certain tasks because if you could complete something that way you wouldn't bother with a purchase, which is interesting because the former, not the latter would result in longer times in game. Not that that's necessarily a good thing for anyones mental and physical health

The game is in the stage of "forced spending" to enjoy game play as completion is a common expectation of the human experience.

In UX/product design, we avoid paths that leads to a user being unable to complete something as it creates frustration and resentment and can foster negative sentiment regarding the product experience.

Someone that understands game dynamics (I'm a noob) can better explain on a timeline of things what this all means for SOS in terms of its longevity as I'd imagine this can't go on forever.

Lights and colours has been spender completion only since i started playing 4 years ago. Its actually the only one i give a pass to simply cos it was like that from day 1. However events added later, or that aren't up front that you can't complete, those are stupid.

Lights and colours, day1 says "you must purchase something" later events hide that, you often find out you cannot complete an event without spending until its nearly over. And late spending won't get you there. Solution? Spend as soon as the next event starts, did you need to? Who knows, fomo dictates you should though

The freeze was happening in Behemoth trials. It was fine on Apple just not PC/Android.

It was a bug that came in the turtle pre-patch before launch.

They just ship events with bugs cause they are a small indie game company.
