per upgrade is difficult to say as I did not write them down, but in general this is the requirements:

Purple Vehicles:
-> 120 lvl
-> solid energy: 873
-> fragments: 2281 + 5 (unlocking the vehicle) = 2286

Legendary Vehicles:
-> 200 lvl
-> solid energy: 2356
-> fragments: 1471+ 100 (unlocking the vehicle) = 1571

on Legendary you need 425 plasma and 365 poly as well

Think its basically random. You don't aim after all. You just fire. So its whoever hits the right RNG button.

Actually can't tell you the right information about this, but I have a little tips for this. It will be better if you let the plutton comes first and don't attack from far far away while the pluton still walking. It is better to save the bullets for pluton, aiming for slay the pluton, attacking pluton get better rewards rather than normal zombie 😊✨ It is not guaranteed you will kill the pluton, but at least it is higher chance so the bullets won't wasted on another zombie that much

I'd have a series of events which would encourage spending those VIP items toward things which seem desirable, then release to live servers an expansion to VIP levels up to 15 which require an entirely new thing. Upon that live release, I would also offer a recycle or redemption center wherein people could trade their hoarded VIP shiz (if they haven't already used it all on the pre-Live events) toward the new VIP shiz at a ridiculous ratio.
Then watch the money roll in as people buy their VIP again.

Wouldn't that be nice? That said, even though that's a decent option, it doesn't create the intentional division between high/fast spenders and those slower to invest.
See, we gotta have a very specific hero which is temporarily OP, then when people get it, fight it, and lose to it, they're pushed further to making the decision to invest in higher VIP. If they had been on the fence before, fighting a specialty "spend-based" hero (as we have seen with others) will help encourage that plunge.

And they never really nerf the hero anymore, do they? They mostly just... Release other heroes/features. It's a flawless FunPlus plan, to expand VIP, give a pretense of rewarding monetary investment while preying upon the highest spending demographic which then preys upon the lower spending demographics (and so on), thereby incentivizing more spending without ever actually providing anything of value because money has no value and every investment people make is devalued upon every other subsequent feature/event release.

They're good at doing stuff like that, they can figure it out I'm sure.

Be careful what you're asking for when you're asking for things like expanded VIP. There will always be a catch or five.

There's a valid reason for it to occur, it was a huge issue back in older games when newest spender could drop 10 bucks on day 1 and be stronger than someone who had 50k in the account

but the way they handled the transition here for depth in matchmaking is somewhat laughable.

There are some things I just still need that I wouldn't have a problem giving bios for in large amounts. If we had a marketplace of some sort within alliances, heck even in the Hall, then we could do that.
It would not only add incentive to spend, but it would add engagement in a feature everyone hates by using a feature people would mostly like.
And while it seems like it would make profits fall, there are countless people who would just buy things to donate, while other players would be encouraged to do so as well and contribute.

In their dragon game, we had folks who dropped half a mil in first year of game to be 500% overall stats.

And by the 5th year, there was an honor pass event which gave 3k% stat on spending 5 bucks. That's what fartplus corrected. But they corrected it badly enough that many RLs now considering leaving or going f2p after DD from gen skip 😂

Last DD match a lot of us couldn’t join rallies. Made a complaint to support and their answer is ridiculous. What has it got to do with aircraft carrier. I wasn’t using it and haven’t spent a penny on it. My compensation included tactical guides, hero gear and badges. I don’t need any of them.

My state is a perfect mix of p2p, f2p, mid, small and occasionally spenders.
Most alliances are playing there events like RR, AD, TD, Trap, KotH. Etc. CC, SVS (svs, we go hunt farm alliances, do tower rallies, have fun for a few rallies) we mostly don't even scratch the tower, but we laugh , joke and then go bubble in our hive,
Happy for free items, and even more happy if get something better rewards.
Players of my state including me are playing almost for more than 3 years and they know what are their style of playing.
So they stick to it.
Alliances have f2p rally leads,

I'd have kept it open the whole time but implemented things differently. Joint ops would be open all the time, with certain levels being for certain crafts, as they unlock.
So like 1-250 for plane, 251-500 for heli, 501-750 for 3rd whatever it is, leaving space for a potential fourth craft expansion just in case.
When each set is completed, players can go back and play or raid levels for crates of choice between things they need for that specific craft. Boss levels would also give squadron items upon completion or raid.
When aircrafts are maxed, Hard mode is completely unlocked in each section for more rewards for things like carrier.

But I'm convinced these guys couldn't develop a picture, so ...

Their ideology doesn't align to closing any gap. They believe spenders spend to enable and prosper from a wide gap and doing anything else will hinder rather than push spending.

The matchmaking itself shows this as well, with 90% of events having seeded predetermined winners. The hopium of even competition where skill triumphs does not exist for fartplus unless it's a ladder tournament where your team farts out 1 mil$ to qualify for the tier where they can face someone equal.

Everywhere else? You get crushed or you hammer someone down with money.

A simple search and replace in their rewards data would fix all the horribly outdated rewards for all events... can be done in some minutes, plus some "tests".
For example:
Replace "Legendary Hero Badge" by "21 Advanced Completion Potion", limit search range to States X-2000 (X is the latest state with Gen 13).
Or even better, a crate where we can choose between Advanced and Normal Completion Potion
Or do they waste their time with going through every single copied event, one per week (or month?), and replace a few items here and there??

I would actually have to recommend those single day events like 420, or like... White Day or something. Things that are relevant culturally but have also made their way into the fabric of pop culture. But then that would need the other portions of the game to be fixed in order to support that, as well as the overall quantity of present events to be reduced so the addition of a pop-up event wouldn't cause as much alarm and anger.

I believe the answer to this is complex, Elizabeth. These aircrafts run like everything else, wherein the spending players often max them first. Once the initial spending dies down, we sometimes see these events offered in a suspiciously timed manner.
I'm hoping they'll release Joint ops for 3rd craft, but I also wouldn't be surprised if they chose to instead offer those items in event stores instead, in order to create more of a falsely high demand for a falsely limited supply.
If they do release it, I bet it won't be until after the spending frenzy has relaxed some.

And in order to currently do that event as an f2p, I had to engage in the previously offered events which gave parts for completing tasks, as well as use the redemption in the hangar. That said, f2p will never complete the event pictured, because it isn't for us.
