Phase 2 - Milk whales - switch to intensive pack marketing, lessen operating costs, start selling cosmetics etc which are low cost compared to making gaming
events

Phase 3 - milk mids - reduce operating costs further - get rid of whale supporting infra - lower CS - pack marketing at its peak with inflated stats achieving million% or more. Support and all related costs are on a lifeline at this cycle.

Phase 4 - depending on how addicted the gamebase is , they either close it down or they yank it off the system by closing forming new states.

Hello after reset we are still missing items in recycle center for SoTF. It becomes really urgent devs fix this and make available items we used to have like cristals splinter, treasures capsules, behemoths materials, speedups, completion capsules and so on... we always had those items since new sotf version released almost a year ago and we have no more. People who have most of those features already maxed use to recycle those items to score points. It's very important we get this back

Instead of that they separated it into 2, in milestones we get barely few new hero frags and in roulette there are only old frags....

Consequence:
Players are not happy with the lack of presence, communication, and transparency from the CMs.

Suggested Solutions:
Replace the CMs with more competent ones and those who will actually engage and build a positive relationship with the SOS community. Appoint more CMs if current CMs can’t do what they’re supposed to. Better yet, look up “community manager skills” in a search engine.

Now that means effective performance of a hero - is a stat component of hero plus a multiplier based off skill damage. In most basic form.

300% - stays constant. Yes? You "see"it.

The 40% multiplier off the damage that decides what the hero does with those stats - 300x40 as an example, when it is changed to 300x20 behind the scenes. Where the 20 point difference is not visible

Is that affecting your hero stats or not. Raw damage is changing.

Feedbacks with over thousand upvotes are ignored.
Nothing communicated why they choose otherwise, just ignored.
They promised better communication, they keep failing to follow up on that promise.
When the devs finally think, “hmmmm, they might be right.” In the case of the cross gen states, they decided to do something, however they are thinking how for 2 months now. But no communication either (but they did provide bundles tho🙄)

@merry scroll your friends need to play on states 715-792 to see how they made the game unplayable by throwing 5 generations of heroes at once and offering barely enough potions to upgrade one hero to purple (150 spins at Ray + MIGO store = 1300 potions at best). This needs to be fixed by replacing all old potions in stores with the new ones and by offering at least enough potions to max 2 or 3 generations.
