Yeah, because all 3 were introduce at the same time in my state, we had just as much % chance to get MK2 tanks as we did mk1 tanks.
My main got MK2 but no mk1 😂
If MK2 was released at a later time than my MK2 tanks would probably be mk1 tanks (since I'm still missing mk1 currently)

Right now the biggest issue (besides bugs effecting gameplay) is competition of players who don't spend thousands of dollars a week.
The biggest factor that the game has managed to hurt many players are heroes.
Rays place not allowing nikola but allowing Wolfe & robert / no Trish but allows maddie & Evelyn / no lucky but allows Jeb & carlos
Also for the states who skipped hero generations completely.
The only hope for most players to be competitive again like they were when the game was fun, or before the major changes is them redoing the design of the value voucher store where players can convert fragments and completion capsules of all generations to a "value voucher tickets" which can be used to buy any fragments for heroes they want to continue to upgrade. While changing the voucher store for the ability to purchase any generation of hero that is available in the game. Like it used to be. Not like it is now.

Well, for starters
Gen 7 - 12 changing from the old hero fragments to completion capsules do not allow any player to use what they may have paid for in the past to upgrade heroes to higher stats because they now require completion capsule.

troll squad now require completion capsules as well.
Troll squad: infantry & rider & hunter, attack & defense.
Apply to the base stats of a player, not the individual generation 7 hero. This change in the voucher store I am suggesting would allow players to be able to

1. Convert their old fragments to completion capsules since the change occurred.
2. It would actually help anyone who wishes to obtain fragments for an old feature (in old states) [new states get completion capsules, so that's not an issue]
3. This would allow the exchange of old outdated heroes that you have an excess abundance of to be converted to a different hero at a specified values worth.
4. There's tons more benefits from this if you really think about it.
   Yes, it will give the chance for mid spenders to increase their heroes with bundles increasing the gap for f2p : p2w. But, this feature will definitely shrink the gap for those f2p players who decide to convert their excess old fragment to the highest generation of heroes, or the better heroes of the bunch. It won't give f2p 6 amazing marches like it would p2w, but increasing the 2nd, 3rd march drastically for f2p would definitely make a huge difference. It would give than 1 or 2 or even 3 extra marches to help be a little better in events that require having more total high stats heroes vs only having 1 very strong march and 20 very weak useless marches.

Currently, the only way for me to obtain Robert, Trish, lucky, is through bundles or map searches.
Would be nice to be able to continue to upgrade these heroes like the game once allowed in the old version of the voucher shop.

This would also drastically improve those players who rank in events gets rewards and have leftover items they can't obtain once the current season is over.

So if you actually take the time to think about the pros vs cons of a feature like this.
Just know this.
Prior to completion capsules being a thing. I used to be able to buy every hero (except gen 4 in my state because we had swappable heroes) in the voucher store. Maddie - gen 7 I think cost 5 tickets when gen 12 was out.
So, the only difference between the new design and the old design is.

1. The cost of super old generations actually go below 5 tickets
2. Gives players chance to convert frags to completion capsules
3. Gives players a chance to get hero frags for heroes that are no longer offered by other means
4. I could keep listing things but it should be obvious that p2w will always be above f2p, but f2p will have an increase in the number of useful marches available allowing for more actual fighting in events to occur, like rr, mm, svs. And even koh pow

But you don't need f2p to catch up. Thats the bit they're missing. I'm f2p and even i don't think i should catch up. However if this was a race i should never be more than a certain distance behind. Say its a 1km race, because metric is easy. The whales hit the end, and before the next race is released I've gone 800meters. New race shows up,whales set off, i finish the first race and have another 1km to go. By the time the next race is ready i should have run that 800 meters again.

So no I'm never in front and I'm always catching up, but thats ok. Being in front is when you spend.

Right now the whales have run about 20 races, and f2p haven't finished more than 2-3 of them and we're starting a new race every 400 meters

Lower solo milestone points and don't lower their troop training task requirement which is another constant complain

Honestly, and I apologize if this sounds like an attempt at a "humble brag" but my 2024 is already kicking off well financially for our business, and aside from my normal expenses, I could have some cash to play around with.
It won't be in this game. There is nothing in SoS I feel confident in spending on as I don't feel there is a good return on my investment. Values depreciate quickly, there is no sense of a job well done, and we're pumped harder and harder for money for stupidly expensive pixels we don't even own.
So no, I've got a platform game I'm eyeballing which will give me a return every single time I power on my console. Sorry SoS, you just can't beat that.

Additionally, the lack of security makes using spaces like the Diamond Store unattractive to me because I know they're not secured and I know people were having their private information accessed using FunPlus related portals. I'm not about to have my identity stolen just to buy a friggin statue with diamonds.

Sos insults their spenders as well, even with decorations, players spent real money to get them or to rank high and earn a decoration , or people spent skin tickets for a decoration and what happened? Sos makes them to statues and people who spent money or in game currency gets 1 while people who never spent or never wanted it got 1 to . What was the sense in spending for them ? People who had multiple of a decoration only got back 1 statue , sos is never fair.

Right, exactly! All I'm reading are facts. Also thank you. I hope things for your 2024 are successful, low in stress, and filled with opportunities for you and your family.

I will say those decorations have been great for my f2p, Posty, but for my other two accounts? Had multiples of some things, and I can clearly remember working my butt off to earn others, only to have the devs pull them and release them again.

If they wanted to release decor like that, then they could have done something sort of like they did with limitless, where there are specific manners with which to "level up" the decor. Shoot, they could have said, "Hey Chiefs, Ghost has been struck with inspiration when looking around your Paradise Islands. Take your decorations to the next level and boost your stats. Collect Level Up fragments to take your strength to extremes, and let Ghost's artistic spirit shine."

Jeez... And they could have hired me.

But basically, people who paid and worked for our earlier decor would keep them, and have the option to level them up (and even trade unusable duplicates for said Level Up Frags), and those who haven't yet gotten them could have had "second chance" events.

Honestly I think many big names of gaming are making f2p mobile games and adding exorbitant bundles . Just recently a very huge title of the gaming world was released to mobile and thw bundles are rolling out like rain .

With this said I don't care for the millions they make and players who buy these bundles for cosmetics or strength or even emotes. What I do care about is a game that does not make loyal f2p who grinds and does everything to loose way easily for by 1 whale or big spender. A game like this should for the leat have a proper , cost efficient shield system and we don't even have that ,even the free shields have a cool down that prevents protection daily while one sleeps .
Then there is a a matter of all the gaps. Now troll squad is almost impossible to complete , cheif gear is easy to obtain but gears is nothing now , airplane parts from the crates are too little , rr store have many needed items but too little coins won to be near useful . And this is where the problem lies ,too many gaps created with f2p taking way too long to even make the stats in any feature worthwhile.

As a f2p/low-spender, I did some rough calculations on how long it will take me to finish off some of the features using only the free materials provided in the game.

Chief Badges, Hero Appointment and Airplane would take me over a year to finish. The helicoper and MK:1 would be over two years, and I don't even want to consider the MK:II, vehicles, or formation system.

I'm ok with there being SOME gap there, but that is too much. And that is with me being an active daily player and taking advantage of every system I can to get materials.

I think there could be an issue there since there's more rewards and i'd imagine a lot of f2p in alliances would love to obtain these extra rewards, even if it's miniscule.

There's a lot of improvements to be made with this but it would likely cause server strain, like allowing people tom freely still leave, transfer, do their own thing during the doomsday but remain in the team.

So they gave 95% discount. if you invert the ratios 2200% seems about right because there indeed now have over 20x the value. But the point is the value is hugely inflated in the first place, it isn't worth USD1k for that amount of items.
