It's been 4 days since I solved the issue with 0-3 star resonating hero calculating. And that hasn't been fixed yet either.
Its simply find the formula, and delete the ever so small portion of it. And save the file 🤣

It's really hurting gameplay 😒

basically if you are multiplying by the resonating hero %, if your hero is at 75% then you will be decreasing it's value twice

So.
50% @75% (= 37. 5%)
+
(1000-50)@75% (=712.5%)
37.5% + 712.5% = 750%
750% is correct

But their formula is
50% @75% (=37.5%)
+
(1000-50)@75%@75% (=534.375)
37.5 + 534.375 = 571.875% incorrect

It's like that for every limitless hero

I just put it down to the fact that if the DevOps team are not centred and off piste then so is their concept of the lines that divide roads. I just have to say, the fact that our operation festival ranking is basically 625 - 800 is really messed up. We are not even on the same stage of the game. To add to insult, only top 30 has wings, super effed up

Observation:
Operation Festival includes a wide range of states that involve different stages of the game and a HUGE amount of players.

Consequence:
It is really almost impossible to rank or get a reward that has any value at all. Only top 30 get wings out of thousands of players.

Suggested Solution:
Make the state groupings much much smaller or make the prize pool much MUCH bigger so we have some hope in ranking or getting a small reward

Well, for anyone who has managed to be able to afford angelica, congratulations to you. Since you were able to afford her, you probably also have no issue affording all the other heroes that also come out. So, when generation 16 is released, you will practically be invincible to anybody who does not have her. Enjoy winning Reservoir League without much competition. Enjoy killing your entire state and making it much less enjoyable for everyome in ever other aspect of the game, at the lack of developers considering for the past many years of thousands upon thousands of players worldwide.

You will pretty much be able to do what limitless first did when it appeared. Against players with max gen 15 limitless heroes 😂

Thank you Funplus to make such drastic increases in the game in such a short time frame. Congrats.

English is not my first language, I learned it from watching movies, reading books and trying to translate some notes, now my job is a pro full-time literature translator, my writing is not as good as my reading/speaking/listening but it works fine, not a pro lvl

published nearly 10 heavy books, mostly novels, Lovecraft, and won some prizes for my translation so i believe it's not possible for people to learn any new language, simpyl they have to have the desire and working hard

Check with people in your state tho. Read somewhere that those that merged "into" another state had different events than those that kept same state number? IF that is the case than it's definitely not right and should be fixed (unequal treatment)

Unfortunately the matchmaking always needs improvements since they keep releasing too many new items fast and my guess it messes up the algorithm.
My thought on it is to provide an updated algorithm for matchmaking the same time as releasing new features. But that would require more testing and it doesn’t seem that they have the time to test as much as they did.

In order to feedback on how to improve the issues of matchmaking, we would first have to determine what the algorithm uses as its base measurements. The fact they wont' ever release this (regardless as to whether the argument against what is and isn't IP factors in) simply means that until such time that they pull their fingers our of their proverbial backsides, then we will continue to suffer.

I gave some rationale previously in this very channel as to why their matchmaking in any sense is inherently bad, whether this is RR, PoW, KotH, Mergers, SotF, SvS or any other event. Primarily it was centred around the limited time windows, and available pools, and how these where and still are diluted across the many unnecessary number of states.

I have suspicions that they messed with using chips to get 3 lines. When event was on last time I had even boards where there were just 3 lines and maybe 2-3 extra chips used. This event so far every single time almost whole board is unlocked

I'm sure they think people don't notice these changes, they do things so subtly sometimes its borderline devious. Other times that just smack you in the face with it. As example, why was it so much of a problem to keep just pearls as a the monetary medium, they had to bring in gems, and then do stupid crap like they did with the RE store and use coins and two types of Amber. It's like they took that one event that everyone said, yeah that's not half bad, do it again....then just tore it up and ruined it.

The difference here is the governance. While I see the point, and I'm in agreement, the general issue is that the Discord TOS, is somewhat different than the FP TOS. Community Servers have to abide by certain rules, and can (and have been) shut down for a lot less (and a lot more).

The issue here is that it's debatable as to what that is. I dont' personally consider what you posted as against community guidelines (and I've seen a lot worse). What it ultimately comes down to is individuals perceptions over what is or isn't appropriate and in most cases people, shall we say, within servers where said community doesn't go through any type of age verification will err on the side of caution, and sometimes be overly sensitive to this fact.
