With "Bring 'em back" and the way transfers mergers work it does not instill confidence that FP understands or at worst cares why players become dormant and/or leave the game.

1. The widening gap between F2P and P2P simply makes a lot of folks leave as they become frustrated, and give up because they no longer see the point of continuing to play.

2. FP charges us all to leave a state but the reason sometimes can be as simple as bullying or poor treatment in a state. Maybe the logic here is if you don't like a place IRL, well you have to pay to move. No one is going to move you for free. However, the amount FP charges to move is ridiculous.

The move also lacks a clear roadmap so users can educate themselves about what states might be their next best bet.

3. The bugs. If I play the game daily, and it crashes a minimum of 7-10 times a day (for me it's a guaranteed 7 or more), that's 217 times a month or 79,205 times a year. Does anyone not understand how insane this is? I've noticed quite a few players have a short fuse. These bugs might be the lighter fluid.

As I have stated before, none of my paid software for work crashes 20 times a year so to engage with something that crashes in excess of 50K times a year might just be too much to deal with.

I could go on, but I hope you get the point. Transfers and mergers don't solve most of these issues.

The announced mergers don't seem to be aligning to where they occur before state transfers.

Making people pay to move to a decent State and then creating a chance for it to become a bad state by merging another state into it after is just more of the predatory business practices funplus been adopting. How many such players would remain post merge if they are made to pay significant amounts to move into what turns to trash in 15 days?

Have mergers first, transfers after, so those who are not aligned in interests and gaming style can seek alternate routes of growth.

1. My frustration is for other players that can't spend what I spend to play SOS and stay competitive.

2. No ticket submitted because the SOS community has voiced most of these concerns repeatedly. However, maybe I should create a ticket around the amount of times the game crashes for me just to give perspective as to how insanely high the rate is.

Had this thought slightly related to codegate that heppened recently. They kept talking aboit fairness and that was the reason they stole our rewards.

If they like making it fair so much then why all the codes they release lately have limited redemption chances? Why limit them at all? Leave all players a chance to redeem them. Instead of limiting how many people can get them make them work only for 7 days for example. That way it would be truly fair and everyone would have a chance of getting those rewards. Otherwise those codes always favours players who are currently in the game, by the time you start the app or open website they are long gone...

Stupid things lke this make gameplay infuriating. Go to relocate to collect water, banner pops up, obscures the screen, you dont' relocate but end up somewhere else on the map. I can't even express just how utterly awful their UI layout and thinking is.

• Make money as fast as possible and milk all players as much as possible to keep their directors in the lavish lifestyle they are accustomed too
• Keep players addicted to game, knowingly causing them to get into personal debt by introducing spurious in game gambling techniques, and at the same time avoid any platform legalities by finding loopholes
• Give as little as possible to players while at the same time making weaker players weaker and stronger players stronger, thus widening the already massive gap
• Ignore any and all player requests, except those where there may be a possibility to make money out of it
• Release new untested features that no-one wants
• Fix a few bugs so it looks like they are doing something
• Update existing game really slowly so that four year old content is no longer irrelevant

Add in players who utilized state transfer feature to be amongst their friends in other states, may never have needed to spend money or tokens for tickets to transfer states with the state merge, therefore 1-2 month of transferring state to be with friends is not worth the cost of transfer. And will make those players very upset.

So KG made a huge disadvantage for cross gen states (546-624) by leaving them as the only states who skipped Gen 13 and Gen 14, missing all event and time hero progression. They attempted to justify the fact we will have to spend more to be fully competitive with other states by saying "cross Gen states will play exclusively with one another for 12 weeks".

Ok sure but that isn't true because 12 weeks havent passed and in PoW most in my state is struggling and getting slapped by suped up Maddies, Nikola's and Wolfes.... 👏

Our 2nd marches are by far inferior, massive oversight that was inevitable from when they announced it.

@merry scroll This is what happens when KG updates the game with their eyes closed to glaring issues and keeps their eyes filled to block out any sense coming through. You can assign two marches in path of water, 3 king of hill / battle royal, other events you tend to have 6 marches.

In the limited march events any march that isn't limitless is just wiped out by even basic upgraded gen 1 and 2 limitless heros which you don't think we need yet promised and stated you would help us to get when gen jump forced upon us.

When we come to other events where you have all marches available, lets say RR, I have to keep my 1 limitless march home otherwise if its out and someone hits me with their limitless march my 🍑 is getting clapped.

It forced me to be defensive when I shouldn't and wouldn't have to be if KG just did some common sense for once and I could actually be more useful in fights and aiming for the win for the alliance.

1. Provide the comp you promised and stated we'd get to help invoke fair matches across events, make use of our marches and tactics with which to send and keep back and lastly make it so we can actually play the game and not be confined by things outside our control.

2. Release frags to all who cannot unlock the gen 1 and 2 heros for limitless, same as you've already done before so shouldn't be an issue right? Are we not good enough for 60 frags which won't cause any imbalance to the game?

Hi Shirosei, I 100% agree. While the Migo shop is way more diverse now (and understandably so, given all the new features that have come out) the one thing that is not only lagging, but unjustifiably reduced, are definitely those CoH’s. Apart from the one off random crate that offered it, the Migo store (if memory serves me correctly) has been the only place one can obtain that item without spending money. And given that the stats conferred from red badges have been significantly diluted due to all these recent new features, it’s only fair for their quantity in the Migo store be increased, imo. It would be even better if there were another place to get them from - we certainly have a ton of other stores that are lacking / have not been refreshed in a while. Thanks for pointing that out. I’ll forward that.

Treasure capsules thing was one of the few rare times when they did something right.

First of all you only really need half of the upgrade tree if you are not a rally lead, which will most likely be the case in f2p low spenders example, and second you could max that first half of the tree in reasonable time just by doing trap.

More features should follow that example i stead of never allowing us to finish upgrading it

Thats a lot and with time that list just keeps getting longer. They add things way faster than our ability to max on features.

Eh I was just warming to the pointless burning and sociopathic theft of RSS to add to the hundreds of billions I have. It is a bit silly that they can 'save' a target from getting looted to zero by kicking it from their alliance.

The bit where we finished burning down their CC early then went ham on the unshieldeds who thought they were safe under its protective area was more interesting than previous close fights where nobody wants to actually attack the towers with anything less than maximum rally because the only real strategy is to deny the enemy as many points as possible.

Let me also put it a different way. My main P2P account isn't weak. I got zeroed after five hits during AD last week by a fully maxed player.

The 2nd alt is only where it is because I created it shortly after my main...2.5yrs ago. It is still way behind in the game because it's strictly a F2P account but some days even that account feels hopeless because it has a strictly no spend policy.

But here is the rub...we are now seeing more and more players that have a P12 main, and a P12 alt...fun times

What matters is the matches you participated in and not the alliance with which you participated. At least that’s how reservoir raid worked. As soon as I find out, I’ll let you know. 😊
