CMs weren't.... nanami just popped up put two messages in game info then dipped, didn't stay to try to help or anything. It was as usual done to mods to pick up the slack.

Also, I can appreciate if you do not know personally, which is why the exact issue should be found (The issue is KG btw) so it can be avoided in future to prevent this mess.

That's also not taking into account KG rushing to remove players items and still not providing any numbers or examples of the codes being "bugged" or claiming more than once / dupe ones.

Give us examples, show to us your claims / statements are correct and the hate will die down a bit. But until then you've lost a lot more trust in the player base which will never be gained back.

I won't deny that the issue is bug from game team's code system. The wording may not be correct, but we truly found some players claimed a few hundred of codes. Dev team is checking the issue. But we can't reveal the names and ids of those players.

-Migo rankings affected by outage as well as troop losses from those burnt due to it. Continued well into svs for some.

-Hero gen skip states were to be allocated more ways for acquiring gens they skipped. Nothing on it yet?

-mergers occuring after migration(this issue was discussed previously. Still no resolution)

-code mess

-most importantly, biocap usage log was altered. This is unacceptable under some countries' laws as you might be aware.

-Marketing team informed of an update in event rewards, they haven't noticeably changed.

-people who skipped a migo are yet to be informed of migo rewards they were warranted.

The reason for taking away the code items was to keep things fair, and to make sure there isn't an imbalance created. Hello, since when has this game been balanced? If that's the reason could you slow down the game allowing more people to catch up, in the name of keeping things balanced?

You can id me, because i had over 200 codes. But each code was unique and with a limited usage amount. There were over 300 of them. Now my question. The codes worked on Friday like any other codes. Fastest grabs it. What happens with the 10 hours I've spent doing it? Because it's not my fault the codes didn't work how you wanted initially. Is 10 h of a player real life time worth 6k bios for the dev team?

Some players claimed few hundred codes because it is how many codes were released. There were more than 300 different codes available to use. If someone was fast he managed to grab that many.

Idk about anyone else, but regarding the release schedule, the devs need to actually slow down. Pressuring players through higher price points and more events isn't helping, it's doing the opposite.

I appreciate some of the game surveys about events, but we are not in 2020 spending stimulus money anymore. We have very little time, and we want to be using it intelligently. Way too many games on the market use the same tactics to influence spending and turn a profit, and FunPlus as a major publisher needs to show that they can be an exception and not the rule if they want to remain a major competitor. Especially if they want to cross platform.

Yeah, we are pushing dev team to do that and trying to get as longer time as possible between PTR test and live server release. This round of PTR test didn't go very smoothly as we have to transfer the old PTR testers to a complete new APK and environment. But there are some players testingthe system and giving us feedbacks on that already.

The amount of compensation for the giftcode is RIDICULOUS. Ive spend hours to redeem the codes for both my accounts. At the end i got 930k bios on each in my backpack and all was gone Saturday before SvS warfare stage started 😡 Getting now an in game message saying that you show gratitude by sending me 6k bios as compensation shows how much you care for your players. Its just mindblowing that our bios/speeds/frags got removed from our backpack and that you give a compensation worth 2 giftcodes. Give players their stuff back!!

You can use it one time only, but then share it to someone else, then they share to someone else, then they share to someone else or even post on a forum somwhere. It snowballs. Couple that with the fact that apparently too many codes where produced also, which resulted in many players receiving excessive rewards.

Of course the problem isn't with the players, but anyone that expected to retain that level or rewards or that in the 4 years+ of this game that its normal is delusional.

This isn't to say that it wasn't handled badly and could have been a good move for FP had they done something positive for once. Their use of wording also in communications is pretty dire.

The best one is when you are doing alliance duels, and your hospital and enlistment is full. The game pops up with the 'recovery bundle' during the event so you can 'pay' to recover your troops. Stupidity of it, is wait for the event is over and you get the troops back for free. Now that's a scam.

I mean its just evidence of poor coding and lack of ability for the developers to join up the dots, but I found it hilarious and also pretty deceitful if anyone didn't know any better

Same thing I said recently the game does not improve anything with state age to compliment other releases and growth . I said to increase the base value of the command center without making it a building needing items to upgrade but it is sos so of course you need to raise the building itself again widenening the range of plasma . It is already difficult for f2p to keep up with tech and HQ upgrades yet more buildings are being added to be able to upgrade with plasma .
Stop making things so hard for players. Even though I knew this will be the way it is about time to increase the way players get plasma espicialy daily plasma

You dont need to reveal the name and id of the players, I for one am probably one if them as I've easily claimed a ton of codes during them being issues as have many others.

Simply saying there was a bug in the system and then not really clarifying still what the bug itself was. We keep getting told codes we're claimed by multiple people and seems some codes claimed more than once by the same player.

No code could be claimed more than once by the same player, each code provided could be claimed by x amount of unique players until it reached whatever the limit was.

So, was the bug that each code could only be claimed by one person and no one else? Was bug that some codes could be claimed by the same player more than once? Was the rewards bugged? What exactly was this bug?

You just need to simply say which codes we're claimed more than once so we as a community can prove that is false as we seem to have been told by Nanami in her first post before she disappeared and let the mods take the heat.

For example, if I had claimed a code already it would say from memory 'You can only redeem one code per account' which I had happen a few times, maybe 4? Every code issues however was different and if not claimed before could be if quick enough

Also, if the wording wasn't correct then why was it issues and used?

We could also more easily prove this should KG not have deleted the mails from our game and the biocap self report (Again KG have made it much worse by covering their tracks / mess)

**Azurtane Heist **- Its become superfluous. Linking this to state event rewards is ludicrous. Players only join to get their 40k. The rewards are useless, and really dont' provide anything considerable to get people excited.

MM - Its still a hot mess of bugs, imbalanced and laggy as hell (badly coded is why this happens). It gets progressively worse as the event goes on.

KotH - Another event bugged to hell, with data sync errors, invisible buildings, and marches that wont send.

**Biocap Store/VIP Store **and many other stores, are so inconsistent. We are still having items from 3 years ago shoved down our throats that no-one wants or needs.

**Dead States **- Yes, this again. We are back to where we where even after the first round. State transfers don't work. State mergers didn't work and they think that the same approach will give a different result

All events seem to keep having this utterly idiotic, FP imposed 'random' fixed time selection. No-one wanted it, no-one needed it. To force people to sign up to events, without knowing when they are and not have the ability to change is absolutely ridiculous.

This is just me, picking up just a small minority of things they need to focus on, and there are many more. I only stopped writing because I need to go and eat. But, bundle pricing, F2P content, limitless hero balancing, behemoth, dino, airplane bugs, the fact we still have fiends at level 5, or infected at level 30, fortress fight and associated rewards, the list is endless.

The Annihilation Awaits event, remember when it first appeared, there was a low damage cap on it, and it was better to get points from solo hits, as opposed to rallying it. Now that people can do 5 billion damage with a rally, on the T Rex, it caps out the points for people.

The game is currently a hot mess and we hear so little of you guys….

1. I am glad you all had your National holiday, but while you were gone, a bug on alliance duals appeared, not all players got their troops back… Due to your absence, it seems to be more of an issue, since it took more then a week and still it wasn’t fully solved for ALL players. When will this fully be solved AND how will these players be compensated?

2. The roll back of the code rain caused login problems for a lot of players. And since it was right before SvS warfare stage started, people couldn’t login and gotten zeroed or lost their rank. How are these players going to be compensated?

3. Still we haven’t heard ANYTHING about the special states, are the special states going to be compensated in a way they become regular compared to their (new) matching pool??

4. Rewards throughout the game are outdated, VIP rewards, all stores, most event rewards and special events are just copy paste, where they DID change the number of pearls to be earned (less), but the ranking rewards are still the same. When will the rewards and stores be updated?

5. POW was up last reset, then taken away a few hours later. What happened? Will we get information about this?

6. More communication was promised, we currently see no communication. IF there is a message, it is send too late, AFTER updates or roll backs are done. Are you going to improve your communication?

Could you also advise on why KG is not slowing down on updates despite @gray dragon stating they will and when the rest of the forced states who was forced to jump to gen 15 unlocking effectively about 24 new heros that would be required to be leveled up with new items which simply aren't given enough to even upgrade 1 hero.

Where's the help to mitigate this forced jump and catch up to states who had these heros naturally and thus longer in general to develop and grow.

This would be perfectly fine test schedule if the feature was already coded perfectly with a perfect fit in SoS, but we all know that never happens…..

I have a huge issue with yet another round of state mergers. Its the same age old adagé or repeating the same activity over and over and expecting a different result.

State Mergers as they are today DO NOT WORK. Period.

398 merged with 417 at the last round; in less that 3 months the state was dead again, just with a different set of people and even more people frustrated because it was 10x more difficult to achieve any type of nominal ranking in events. This has happened with many other merged states too. Transfers also dont' work because of the level of restrictions

I've said this before, and so many times before they need to change the model to incentivise more players to JOIN older states, and pause the introduction of new states. It can be done in many different ways (free preferably) including 'power levelling' players to a respectable or comparable average level that allows them to use as a platform to build on. Other games do this, especially MMORPG's where content has been around for a long time.

State mergers can work but here lies biggest issue- whole game rewards structure that does not take into account how many players are in the state.

It is just a big contrariction- both players and developers want lively states but at the same time regardless if state have 20 players or 2000 players only 2 people will be able to get syringes to upgrade limitless heroes for example. Only top 10 get decent rewards etc. and the more players in the state the harder it is to keep on getting rewards. It forces people to spend more heavily or be unable to grow and this makes them quit.

This whole system needs oberhaul. It should be mix of static and percentage based rewards in events.

For example best reward in event goes to top1% but no less than 1 person.

Second best reward to top 3% but no less than 3 people etc

You're right and that's just another angle. As they condense states with a higher concentration of players, and then expect cross state events to supplement players rewards, the only people that ever benefit is those that are already the top players anyway. Before mergers I was quite able to hit the Top 10 or 20 in SotF as example. Notwithstanding my more recent step back from spending, post merger I was lucky to get Top 100. Even after I saved materials for several weeks, I was still only able to break the Top 50

The issue is with both amount of players that get specific reward tiers and the fact that lower tiers provide heavily inadequate rewards. Get a spot in top 100 and you get nothing...

You could also try playing it on a laptop/PC, as there are a lot more accessibility features in windows that on a mobile device. Plus the screen is bigger.

This makes the Tempest mini-game unattractive and unplayable to a portion of players, reducing engagement and activity in the offered feature.

Solution:
Review the speed setting of the dropping pieces, and reduce the speed to reflect previous mini-games.

I've had a lot of problems with devs doing what they want, when they want without warning the players, and I'm completely against any movement like that, it's never in favor of a whole, an example I like to use is my slot coins molding in the backpack, the old currency we used for the lottery event, which they decided to change the rule of the event, suddenly, now all the coins you get in the event you have to spend before the store closes otherwise they become tomatoes, but it wasn't like that before, of course this prevents light spenders and F2P from buying better items by saving coins since that is the main focus, but those who had coins saved never managed to spend them, I could buy an HQ with the ones I have saved, but I can't, that's it. It's fair? No, that's why I'm trying to open people's eyes, accepting that they always do what they want is digging your own grave

I wish I could make things better. But I would place a feedback ticket and keep placing them if the issue is causing such hardships. The ticket system works the way finding a job in the 80s did. You apply or place your ticket then get your references to add to your resume in the ticket world this is getting everyone you know to upvote the ticket. Then if you hear nothing resubmit your ticket. Get everyone to upvote it again If it gets closed and you don't have answrs resubmit your ticket. Have everyone upvote it again Become the bee in their bonnet that doesn't go away until you have gotten the information you need. I know it sounds redundant but this is your voice. You have the choice to continue until you get your answers or actions you need or just forget about it if it isn't important anymore. I know it means a lot of work on the players part but change never is easy. Let people know too in the discussion section to upvote your ticket they can help your cause.
