So I’m on Gen 5, and the 3 I use is olly, Kira and Aoi. But I use Kira mainly. I’m a rally leader so Kira is my main march. Aoi is also used.

Simple reason - you have to work on

1. Skills of normal hero
2. Nodes of normal hero
3. Skills of resonance hero - upgrade again.
4. Resonance level of hero

If you aren't mid or higher, you got no business with resonance heroes. At best focus on one.

And if you're low spender, by the time you have both skill of normal and resonance hero high enough, you are guaranteed to have a stronger resonance hero to contend with.

Look at the October voting session 85 votes for gift codes when I was there and the ones concerning better gameplay , to fix bugs and issues that will make the gaming experience for every player got less votes cause people . To me it looks like ppl just voted on gift codes and does not Care for anything else . Anything about give me this or give me that always gets the most energy from players but making a stance against alliance duels or no one supporting new heroes is met with a very mediocre response from players.
People still have issues with troop loss but no one pushing that except those affected

Am glad you have given up hope. Players should continue to spam the recent actions and atrocities committed by SOS. Literally stealing items from peoples bags. I have spent well over 20k$ in this game and will not spend a dime after these blatant actions. It was not the players fault. If you skip passed this just to complain about minor game issues, you are making a huge mistake.

What the devs did, was just guaranteed to be a complete fail for all players.

Which particular area do you like focusing on? If it's hero exploration, olly is excellent cuz of regeneration and long range hits.

Inf heroes suffer badly from their limited range in attacks. Makes you have to shield them often enough. Olly hits almost as far as hunters do in challenges.

Whether or not they are developer accounts remains to be seen, they do however have sponsored players that receive goods/content FOC. We had one in our state, and in a large % of cases when new gear/content or otherwise was released, they where maxed in the space of a few weeks. Even if you purchased every bundle in that period, it would never have been possible without help. Maybe had they not made it so obvious by telling everyone to 'spend more' then he might have been able to stay under the radar.

That said, you ask anyone, or push the question and all of a sudden there's silence and tumbleweed and mumbled words denying such things occur. Everyone knows it happens, but no-one admits it does.

The game is currently a hot mess and we hear so little of you guys (basically nothing)….

1. I am glad you all had your National holiday, but while you were gone, a bug on alliance duals appeared, not all players got their troops back… Due to your absence, it seems to be more of an issue, since it took more then a week and still it wasn’t fully solved for ALL players. When will this fully be solved AND how will these players be compensated?
2. The code rain, the one players loved, for the first time the PLAYERS were excited and thrilled. Then FP found out this was a mistake and instead of going to the root of the problem, they decide to take it from the backpacks of the players, while doing so, taking a bit more every now and then, this could have been solved by going to the root and leave the players’ backpacks untouched. How are you going to compensate this all?
3. The roll back caused login problems for a lot of players. And since it was right before SvS warfare stage started, people couldn’t login and gotten zeroed or lost their rank. How are these players going to be compensated?
4. Still we haven’t heard ANYTHING about the special states, are the special states going to be compensated in a way they become regular compared to their (new) matching pool??
5. Rewards throughout the game are outdated, VIP rewards, all stores, most event rewards and special events are just copy paste, where they DID change the number of pearls to be earned (less), but the ranking rewards are still the same. When will the rewards and stores be updated?
6. POW was up at reset, then taken away a few hours later. What happened? Will we get information about this? Compensation for time spend or for players that missed it?
7. More communication was promised, we currently see no communication. IF there is a message, it is send too late, AFTER updates or roll backs are done. Are you going to improve your communication?

I have a compile list of useless events for long time player :

• plague zone. No comment, you know !!
• trap ( if some are playing is enough to receive the reward for who are not = plane )
• svs ( once every 4 weeks when it is local). If not local since they are not a lot of players ,playing 10 minutes in 2 rally is enough for rewards.
• alliance duel : since no reward , I use my migo jocker Coín I saved only for it
• azure heist ( there is no certificate of honor in it. We play only for migo 10 minutes to have the 40k points.
• alliance showdown : no value add in Store because they have still not fixed Troll squad event !!
• troll squad : nobody can improve it anymore ! completely useless
• Friday fortress event : completely useless since they have not fix troll squad and the booster has no value since plane and behamout !!!

And I am not a spender ! Imagine the list of event for spender! It must be bigger !!!!

A lot of issues have been reported so many time by players in feedback-reporting !!! Unbelievable! The game is 20% broken !!!

There have been some things that have been fixed incredibly fast and some we have been feedbacking since the first few months the game opened.

The Troll squad is an example actually of them listening to feedback. They ended it after that one generation.

Point 1: I wasn’t hurt by this bug, I got all my troops back immediately, but there are still people that haven’t.
Point 2: As far as I know they only took the rewards from the codes from me, but it feels I need to make an ss of my backpack each day, since I start to loose my trust because of actions like this.
Point 3: I was able to login, but it hurts me to see others couldn’t .
Point 4: yes, that involves me, but also loads of others, why is it, we should agree with the devs to make our state (but also others) less competitive than the ones we are matched against, how is THAT fair? Other states are more liked by the devs????
Point 5: VIP12 players, that were about to quit, kept logging in daily, because the golden frags were so precious. Some of them decided to stay after all. That incentive is now gone. Rewards throughout the game are so so outdated. I used the do PZ, for the frags, but now? Is it too much to ask to keep the rewards based on the age of the state and based on what is needed to upgrade?
Point 6: I wasn’t hurt by that, because I slept, however some information wouldn’t hurt.
Point 7: Communication of this company is at an all time low. The silence is deafening.

I can't find a total listing for all their games. But if we take the biggest list i found, which is 15, and 4 of those were sos we have 11. If we assume 1 of them is a game that needs little to no community involvement we have 10.
Assume they spend 4 hours every day of the week doing some brand of reporting its still 2 hours per day for a SINGLE person to hit all 10 games. They have multiple CMs

Even if a CM has 5 games assigned, i would expect an hour a week minimum engaging with the community on any one of them. We're lucky to get 1 minute a month

Well, they gave rewards for 2 codes when it was stated it would be 5. They then removed all the code redemption messages from in game inbox, then removed the bio logs to hide this.

You can't use SAR's for that purpose, it gets abused often though for many different reasons and requests. Mostly SARs (as defined by the ICO) are for access to personal data which is held and anything that is additional to that.

I get SAR's all the time, the amount I reject is unbelievable and some of the information requested is ridiculous. However, we have replied to B2B requests when they are related to systems and services.

I don't disagree, I have many friends in this game that are ex mods. They stopped being a mod because of exactly these type of situations and lack of FP support. I have no further desire to be a mod myself, simply because why would I want to front the very thing that is a problem for 90% of players (including the mods themselves). The fact is there are people that believe in their hearts they can make a difference and help, and that will always be the case, even if they are banging their heads against the proverbial brick wall day in day out.

The end justifies the means in FP's eyes, and paying some players extra biocaps every month to effectively be meat shields at times, is how they see their model working, even if its flawed.

As these lovely folks have stated, the issue was not that codes were being redeemed multiple times by singular accounts, but that the unique codes generated by the Jollymax partnership were able to be shared - single use per account with multiple redemptions available.

It was wrong for the developers to not only remove the rewards of people redeeming those codes, due to their own inability to properly set single player single instance redemption as well as to make that clearly stated on the partnership page. Just as it was wrong for them to revoke additional items unrelated to the code uses, and then wipe the redemption log from player service logs.

We know what the players would have said, but at least it would have looked like communication.
It raised their number of log-in instances and actually made people want to play for a bit. It would have led to a raise in other metrics. And yet, they chose to punish people for their own error.

And they spend all this time acting like these things have no value compared to other items, only to turn around and be like "oh, nope, those have value because we decided it did this one time"

I've never seen a company with such a lack of direction or foresight. Or oversight and accountability for that matter. And I'm American, so that's really saying something.

People couldn’t login because of this, was at the start of SvS warfare… Players got zeroed, players I was talking to on dc, highly frustrated because they couldn’t login….
After that, when they were finally able to login, they couldn’t play warfare, since they had no troops…. RR was not fun for them either.
Yes, they got 90% back, but still full hospitals, full enlistment and no RSS….
One member said: “I wouldn’t have cared if this was a result of fighting or if I forgot to bubble… But now, it was their fault….. This might be my que to quit.”

If you look at the log times in peoples submissions where biocaps where removed, they ran from around 08:45 UTC. They dont' want to admit it, but I can just see from this they have likely been running back end Java or SQL queries probably against the database, so it was consuming resources and threads, ergo impacting CPU/Memory usage on the servers and additionally creating bottlenecks in the network.

But they will never tell you that, just claim its 'network turbulence' - which btw, isn't actually a thing.

Q. Can you clarify what you mean by repated use of codes? Not a single code could be used by the same player more than once nor was each could unlimited and could be used by everyone.

The codes could only be used by x amount if people meaning if you weren't quick enough to claim a code you couldn't get it.

3️⃣ We have sent an in-game mail to these players, which includes compensation. If you did not receive this system mail, it means that the items you gained from codes used since October 15th were not removed.

Q. The comp send against the time commited by players for doing this is a joke as always, not even taking into account the lack of communication by KG on this matter.

To make matters worse, you even had the right idea to wipe peoles logs of the bios gained / losses after being removed and from looks of it the claim mails in our inboxes showing the items and number of codes we claimed.

Which conveniently means players cannot provide evidence now unless they took screenshots prior.

📝 Additionally, we received reports that some players had items incorrectly deducted from their Backpacks during the removal of the extra items from the codes. Our development team has addressed these reports and corrected the mistake by returning the original items. If you still have concerns about this, please submit an in-game support ticket and our tech support team will assist you.🙏

Q. Why did this even happen in the first place? You always rush in to fix your own mess and screw other players over and take ages to rectify it. In this case I still need convincing the codes we're actually "bugged" and it's not you just don't want the players to have actual rewards.

As I've said before, nothing gained would cause a massive or big unfair advantage for players. Suddenly gaining say 500k bios doesn't mean your going to start beating maxed players, nor does have 100s of gold frags, thousands of speeds mean your going to beat people easily with rankings and hero power given how costly events and heros have become.

People couldn’t login because of this, was at the start of SvS warfare… Players got zeroed, players I was talking to on dc, highly frustrated because they couldn’t login….
After that, when they were finally able to login, they couldn’t play warfare, since they had no troops…. RR was not fun for them either.
Yes, they got 90% back, but still full hospitals, full enlistment and no RSS….
One member said: “I wouldn’t have cared if this was a result of fighting or if I forgot to bubble… But now, it was their fault….. This might be my que to quit.”

The issue is complicated, but it is the code system issue for the game team. I understand your point here. CM team was trying to help players to keep as many items as possible from Dev team's roll-back decision. 😫

If these codes are faulty, this is your problem, not mine. I worked for 7 hours to get these items. You cant just say "oh, there's a mistake here" and steal my stuff.

Nothing will change in this game, devs don't want to change and they look just for money I know that they need it but making a good and fair game play for everyone it not that hard but devs just want to milk money from players and don't care about fixing the game or stopping a little about the future in it, devs knows that a lot of players will not quit because they have friends and they knows that some big spender continues to buy everything to help there friends.
