Honestly, the system with the time allocation at RR and KotH really gets on your nerves. My God, people still have a life outside of SoS and sometimes have to work on the weekends. Neither the people who want to register for the events, nor the alliance itself can still plan sensibly. Because you never know what time you will get at the end. And in the end, many people are absent from the event because they have other things to do. Finally give us back the old system with the time selection!!!

thats no different to before, why bother using golden frags to upgrade any hero that became useless after a few months?? I need 1000s of general frags to upgrade skills of gen13-15, will not waste potions or capsules on skills, so I wish people would stop claiming theyre useless - what is true is that they are overvalued/priced - price in various event stores needs to be halved at the very least, that they cost more than behemoth frags etc is ludicrous - and using them needs to count in events.

Yoir spender haven't achieved top10/20 rank in anniversary event. So it's not bcs of your state specifically. A lot states don't have Angelica bcs they don't have such super spender.

As for the gift codes, know that it isn’t a single gift code that is providing hundreds of frags or 100k of bio caps. I believe they give out about 2 frags and 3k bio caps for each code, and you have to be extremely lucky to redeem in time.

The limited redemptions is quite drastic since there’s so many players but so little chances. It makes one feel that the value isn’t the same for every player.

I would suggest putting in a feedback with the suggestion of being able to reinforce an attack no matter where it occurs in a settlement or tile or building. it could change strategy in the game. Observation:
Players interested in the game watching multiple forums, multiple discords, multiple internet pages, sitting patiently on their buts 10 hours got rewarded. Argument of this being unfair is illogical and one-sided.
Argument about spenders being behind is false, because all kinds of active players used the codes. High/mid/low spenders and free players, everybody with interest and effort to search, or a little bit of luck.
SoS can't issue "equivalent of the highest rewards" to everybody, it would break the microtransaction model. Limited codes must be limited, there are obvious reasons for that.
Limited codes went for 500-1000 people per code. No disbalance happening also considering the actual items issued. (no behemoth parts, no completion capsules/potions, no plasma...)
"remove excess awards"? Fix your attitude. Let people have it. They were fast, attentive, interested and many got rewarded for the first time in their gaming journey.

Consequence:
Luck finally shined on the people with great interest in the game. They got rewarded for their constant search of information about the game or a little bit of random luck.
The envious greedy people are suddenly surfacing with absurd arguments.
Too fast release of new features, countless bugs in every event, increasing spending incentive and broken battle engine are the reasons of people leaving, not some free gift codes.

Suggested Solution:
It's simple. Let them have it.
Exaggerating baseless one-sided arguments doesn't help the game.
Emotionally driven opinions are a flaw.
