Some State had Migo and Svs skip for 6 months which resulted in skin, frames and may more loss rewards such as certificate of Honor
Consequences:
By brining all players in the same pool, those who had Migo skip has a disadvantages regarding stats compared to those who actually had migo and Svs.
Suggested solution:
States who had migo and Svs skip should be duly compensated with Skin, Biocaps and Svs shop coins.

I would like to thank all devs for their hard work and dedication to bring the best gaming experience they can for us lowly players. The bug fixes in the upcoming update must have caused many late hours but it all is worth it for the good of the players. The efforts you have put in thought of bridging the gap between whales and other players have brought a new level of strategic gameplay required to excel in this game. We also want to express our biggest gratitude for removing the lag from the game as it has tormented the flow of game many times. It must have not been an easy task. Also the newly optimized matchmaking algorith has brought many close matchups that no one can predict which side will win before the last minutes.

I also want to thank the absolute originality of ideas brought into life with the Anniversary Event celebrating our 3-year journey together. The first week has been an absolute blast and I surely cant wait what tomorrow brings with the week 2 of the celebrations. Especially the rewards given to us are so overwhelming and show the respect and appreciation which keeps us believing that this game is evolving to an even better direction.

A special thank you must be given to the new events such as Alliance Duel and King of the Hill, which work like a well-oiled machine from the beginning they were introduced. Labyrinth City is a true nail-biter of an event which rewards make the time consumed very worth while. If one wish could be asked, though. The game does not take a full 10 hours per day yet, so could you find maybe 1-2 events more to fill the gaps of an entire day?

Last, but not least, a special Thanks to the customer service team in game (Pat and everyone onboard) for their unwavering will in helping the player and seeking the solutions of their encountered problems.

I do not understand how to get merit points in the alliance duel event. If you occupy a tower and get attacked you do not get points, if you attack the other settlements you do not get points. If you have a very strong RL likely you attack the tower and remain in the tower. Is this attack the only chance to get some points?

They do seem to have a very narrow view on how to make money. 2020-2021 whales were still whales but everyone else could grind to 50% of their strength, or closer with clever event planning. It also meant low to mid spenders saw a benefit to their purchase, because they could help double or triple a whale out of a building. But now? Unless you are a huge spender you will get weaker and weaker by the week, so what incentive is there to spend more?

I really do not get it. It is suicidal behaviour from buisness standpoint. By releasing events/features that require thousands upon thousands of $$ you are scaring away anyone who is not a whale. Casual spenders can also bring big income simply due to the fact of how many of them are out there. In SoS everything is crazily out of touch with reality now, events that expect players to drop 3k $+ on packs simply to reach last reward? And there are multiple of them running at once.... Small spender looks at event like that and see that his 10$ is not enough to get anywhere so they do not even bother to spend.

As a small spender who always aimed to be strong joiner, i was spending until generation 6, when behemoth came out. Since i knew in 6 months we gonna get another behemoth and aircraft formation, i simply stopped spending and moved to F2p cause there was no point in trying to upgrade monkey just to get slapped with another one+ aircraft formation which is as strong as behemoths.

Everything is designed around gambling addiction
