To add to Dwight he means the account settings you need to allow dms from the server.

If you have that setting on then please give it a few minutes and try again there are many reports beings prossed so that could have overload the bot

Hi, as far as i see Baloons of bliss deluxe is not upgradable sentinel, only standard version of it can be upgraded.
Same is with some march skins and frames. They can be activated but not upgraded.

Check if you got 2 mails about trap

If you got another one after the original one was sent that means someone changed it. But if you only have 1 mail for trap and that time when it will be open then you have 2 things to worry about, first is maybe you didn't check that it was set to max lvl and instead preset it to lowest lvls idk pls dont judge me or yeah you have a bug which then should be reported but most likely customer service will blame you or another r4 for setting up the wrong trap lvl

There is only 1 mail so no one changed the trap. Regarding the max level, I always set the trap without changing the preset level which is preset at max and as the picture I sent it is still preset at max, so something happened.

I checked that the trap is still preset at max both in mobile and PC version and even inside the Nexus

Hi Oibaf! Its usually preset at max, but my R4 also notice last week (we opened wrong level trap) that sometimes without actual reason it was not in max level.

If you want, you can report it to Help&Support, but i think they will say, that you need to check the level while setting.

But if you notice that you set the max and it still opens lower level, then definitely report to Help& Support.

Hello, to add to my co mod and chefty, sometimes if an issue can occure and your account is deleted by mistake and its not by you you will complain on the development protection of accounts, so Customer support handles this so they can track and assist if anything goes wrong.

You can still submit a feedback report on this perhaps they can review on the current situation

If we are talking about decreasing march count than is not a bug, they basically turned it into the same train attack system where one march keeps going until it dies.

I definitely preferred they kept apex and changed the immortal arena into this one instead.

But at least the rewards are cooler

Example: an upgrade has 4 hours & 46 minutes left. Before the game would use 4 hours & 45 minutes, now it preselects 5 hours. Its overestimating all the speedup times so you use more of your speedups

I have this bug too. My game is up to date and I’ve run “repair game” twice, but I just get the data out of synch error on my 10th gen iPad. The event kind of works on my iPhone, but if I use a magnifying glass, I then can’t use any other tool and can’t deselect the magnifying glass tool. There is also a small bug in Jungle Gems, if you use a Magnifier, then try to open the same cell you just used the Magnifier on, it just won't let you. you have to change out of Jungle Gems, and then back in to Jungle gems to fix it and be able to mine that cell... You can still mine EVERY other cell, but not the one you used Magnifier on

To add to the co-mod, it can't suggest you 4 minutes if you only have 5 minutes speedups available, same with the second picture.

It suggests to whatever will bring the time to finish, but you should not use the suggestion below but focus on the quick select on top which brings it to the full needed time.

I never paid attention to the singular ones and to be honest it doesn't suggest something wrong.
If you have 4:40 hours left and only got 5 complete 1 hours, you will need 5 of these.
That's what the screen below shows, how many X of a singular speedup is required to complete task

Hello sorry about that i do also use the pc version and android, did not check on the issue but its understandable updates do create some glitches sometimes, have you reported it in on the logic screen contact support. Can you still log in to the game through the account profile that does show?. Since you have been able to bind your profiles before try to clear system files and remove the game then reinstall perhabs it could reset all to normal.

A legendary fragment is a legendary hero specific fragment used to upgrade the tier of the hero, +gen7 ( limitless gens ) it's also used to upgrade the skills of the hero - Since gen13 this isn't possible since you can only use general frags

What you have is the training frags.
You need to buy the Hero passes in Vendo and like Grimshroud said reach 9515 points in each.
You get 4 frags from T800 Damaged, 3 from Endoskeleton and 3 from Sarah Connor.

When you switch in Vendo between heroes you will notice each got it's own pass line

Pause behavior? Yes the app stops/on hold when tabbing out on phones

All depends on how long you are gone and what screen you were on.
That's why you may see the loading circle when tabbing back in.

I don't know any apps that don't pause/freeze completely game wise.

Yes we did. We worked hard finding states that matched up well and even post merger would not have landed us in the “leading state” category. Absolutely everything thing that could have been done was done correctly and yet we were still left off of the list.

Any hope of discussion about it with anyone that can have influence on this is met with nothing more than an auto generated response thanking you for submitting.

I feel more and more every day that the thoughts and concerns of the everyday player are discarded or don’t matter anymore in this game. The people that love it and try hard to keep it going are inconsequential to those with the ability to affect and it is a real shame.

Does your state have players that have GM? They could maybe ask for more info from them.

I have a GM and it has been useless for me to be honest. I also used help and support and received an auto generated message.

I honestly don’t think they care anymore. They let the MODs who are great and try hard to help out of a love of the game to take all the frustration and just don’t get involved themselves to do simple fixes to make things better for the players. I have never seen this in any other game where there is such little to no effort to appease the community so devoted to their game. It is disheartening to see.

If I who spends and has a GM is feeling like this, I can not imagine how the grinders that honestly keep our game going by creating conversation and are the cornerstone of activity feel.

I know you don’t and don’t blame you at all. I don’t know if you know me in game but anyone that does will tell you I’m nauseatingly positive and cheerful haha so this has really upset me to actually complain about it.

Have you tried to clear the cache of your PC?

We need to Clear cache and restart the game

If it does not work we have to Reinstall the game with the same version you are playing with. If the problem persists we have to make a bug report of it

Now it gets interesting, if I log in via wifi and then deactivate it in the game I can continue playing the game without any problems, ergo the error is in the login mask

Usually that error is due to the weak wifi or data internet connection. May need to re-connect/restart wifi or data to push it through the error 🙏

The problem is only with this game, all other applications and games run perfectly and do not cause any problems and the problem has been with me since the server maintenance

Devs clearly don't test the PC version. It's laggy since latest update done yesterday. The same lag that was for almost a year on main profile screen is now on every screen almost. Can't play it now with 5 seconds lag on every step

Here's some things you could try

• Make sure to have your account bound to atleast 1 but preferable 2 or more ways, Apple ID, Game Centre, Google, VK, Funplus, Playstore etc.

Step 1:
Force stop the app and reopen it.

Step 2:
Clear cache

Step 3:
Delete the game, restart the device, leave it off for 5 min, reinstall and let the app fully open before you click anything.

Step 4:
Test the game on a different device and see if you experience the same issue
