Yea devs dont care for Nexus. Skills dont do what thy say they do, with the exception of the shield, and th tech that gives bonus modules or bonus % per road connected all dont work since the PTR. nothing was done. i posted 2-3 bug reports but thy didnt get much upvotes, cause people dont understand what it does. If it would be free rewards, it would have 1mio upvotes, but its just a bug in tech. no big deal. why cry about multiple millions of modules lost and all the rewards that go with it?

They send me a msg after Nexus was over saying our techs have found the issue and fixed it. But thats obviously a blatant lie. It would take them 20 plus years to actually find the bugged code before they can actually think they could fix it. They were better off again bringing back Mm or the first team Nexus

Why do we have to make bug reporte if devs do not take it serious enough unless it is actually costing them from losing investment. Players lose because of faulty bug in nexus devs could care less. But bundles that dont work are instantly on the top of list to be fixed

I understand the frustration behind it especially when I myself have had to repetitively keep re submitting the same bugs until it got fixed but perseverance will hopefully pay off ... Some bugs just seem to take a lot longer than others to fix

What devs should do is give players who provide bug reports a compensation in diamonds that way the devs dont have much issues with bug problems. Again players are only meant to give feedback on events and promote the game. if devs want us to be reporting bugs then diamonds are better compensation than the stupid 100 biosz 3 rusty frags , 2 map searches and some rss.

Ptr they get diamonds and items to test the features to see if they work but again instead live servers are treated as the new ptr servers and we are the ones who suffer without compensation

I see your logic and I agree sometimes the compensation given is certainly not great especially when it could do with being updated, however I think if they gave EVERY player that submitted a bug report compensation like diamonds who knows if there will be fake reports submitted just to try and get diamonds? Let's face it, it could happen

On this, honestly players in PTR have got much less in terms of materials and diamonds (especially diamonds) in recent months

not even. i made it to PTR, got nothing to test and got the outo reply: IF we need testing, you will get stuff. look at nexus and how its not tested, look at shizuka, where the skill didnt even work properly. look at shadow infusion now, that somehow works on CHRIS, even though it states it specifically for Hitman! This game has 2 sides. the one you can read and then the complete mystery of what it does.

even in battle, all those numbers tell you nothing, cause you dont know how they get there and th same battle will have 5 different reports, even though its the same scenario! You cant even calculate the outcome of a battle, cause you dont know how 99% of the stuff works

How can you fake a bug report

If you are the first to report a bug that is affecting tons of players say for example events. Because if you have proof of the bug then you should be compensated

Yeah but most reports need screenrecording for official reports. So then devs can say for compensation provide video proof of the bug as a first priority and then any screenshots to prove also of bugs

Visual bugs and glitches need screenrecording anyways. Screenshot will not prove a bug

The issue is then there would be a lot of cmplaints from those who report after and not receive a compensation for doing so

But anyways with the amount of efforts devs actually put into the game is the same way players are doing it. Players feel demoralized to report anything because devs obviously do not care at all unless it hits their funds.

very true, and without you mods, the devs would have a shitstorm. but sadly this proves it further. devs dont care. cause they are not in danger. they get the money anywa. more bugs? quick release new skins and a new set. doesnt matter if it works. people will buy it, we can fix the details later. but oh wait we could just release new stuff and fix old stuff when people notice that its not working

maybe even dont fix old stuff, as we just release new things so fast, they wont notice old stuff is bugged.

best example: yamira was bugged until MID gen 20. thats 4 MONTHS after her release in the live server! everyone just thought she is bad and palyed with old gen 16 LAN as a controll rider in their march

I understand your frustration – it can definitely feel like feedback just disappears into a void. But if no one tries to speak up, nothing will ever change. Some of the feedback does get implemented – maybe not always quickly or visibly, but changes do happen.

It should be better specified what these Gen 1 fragments are for. In the Italian language it is very generic and it seems that these fragments are good for any vehicle when in reality they are only good for non-legendary purple vehicles. This is very confusing and should be reviewed. I asked for the gems to be returned since I can't even use those fragments and I can't even recycle them. All of this needs to be reviewed

Any bugs reported in operation festival store? I tried to buy a bunch of custom hero crates and got 20 speed ups which used a crimson gem for a total of 7 crimson gems used. A total waste imo. I was looking at pearl shop & choose the Power up custom crates to my horror.... I got speed ups & Bye bye pretty gems🙈

Today in Nexus I had a rally on a level 4 building. While waiting the minute for the rally to launch, I clicked my trade icon to claim the bottle caps from my last trade. Apparently this ported me back to the alliance bastion. Not only that, but it kept the rally open. Kicked all from the rally yet the rally was still on after an auto port that I didn’t even know could happen.

One person joined from that location so when the rally started, I had a 9 minute march! I could not port or disband. Had someone ask why I kicked them even though I didn’t. I didn’t even realize I was ported back to bastion until the rally started

I have the same issue. Even on a brand new device, the banner always stays there, but it does dissapear when clicking on the map. On my old device I sometimes have to restart the game to make it dissapear.

Is this a bug? Every few low level contracts I get a stun gun contract... And guess which items I get the least of from the toolkit.... I am full of maxed and level 6 nails items and 0 contracts for them, sometimes I complete a stun gun contract and get another one right away and after spending enormous amounts of energy I am not going anywhere... Same situation too... from the start of this phase, I've keep got blasted with the contract who ask for that electric device, it's pretty annoying and heavy to catch upp but with some patience you could manage to try to don't waste nothing and end upp making them without discharge other items, isn't so easy and could need some amount of ducks, but not even that much, also depends on how lucky you are with the pull from the item creator with energy

not sure if this is a bug, but this fruit ninja event thing is just frustrating and random af. perfect run? can give less points then one where i hit 2 bombs. and on perfect runs the fruits vary so much its frustrating. sometimes you dont even get 190 fruits total, sometimes you get 198-200 (200 was my max till now) is this normal? in addition, why do i get 90% biocaps crates in junglegems after they updated the rewards? JG was great for f2p and low spenders to enjoy some statues or deco and play that event which is featured in JG with the posibility to actually use the event shop for something more then just speedups. My average before this update was little under 30, while now i struggle to often even reach 20/21! (and yes i claim 100% of the crates. i log on every 6-6,30 hours for the crate to claim maximum rewards!)

Sometimes when new tasks appear, the old ones disappear from radar, but they still are available on the map.they can still be found if you search for them. That being said, some tasks have limited time (18 hours) then they are gone for good.

I could find 2 solutions
First solution (uninstall sos) was to press windows key + R and type ms-settings:savelocations and see if something needs to be changed
Second solution (uninstall sos) was to just cut the sos installer .exe and paste it to your main drive, then install it

Hitman Control event not giving out capsules. Can’t upgrade without them. Giving frags instead. DO NOT play the event if you need capsules until they fix it. Burned about 500 envelopes today. Had 31 capsules when I started saw i hit a lot of the capsule blocks in those…checked after…still 31. Giving frags. Can’t submit a ticked because there is also apparently a bug in priority service that won’t let you attach pics. Fails. No pics, no tricky…no laundry. Fix this asap and restore all winnings pls.

Thanks Ayala, I reported to mods in the game and they told me to come here! Hopefully this is easy: my primary account in #1137 is stile-of-phaze with Blue Adept being my alt. Neither can redeem anything in the Nexus trade outpost...it says my outpost level is too low despite 30+. On Blue Adept, I bought "Palace of Blessings (Deluxe)" skin, but it displays briefly before putting up a white wall around it. Annoying and blocking the other players nearby. I tried "repair game" and that did not work. Fixable?

I would like to hope everything is fixable. Being unable to purchase from the store despite carrying a high enough level is definitely a bug. This you’ll need to submit a bug report to CS with a screenshot showing that error message you are getting and the level you are currently at. Then we can also put it here in Discord once you have a report number.

As far as the skin not showing right, repair game is the first step to see if it fixes itself. Since that didn’t work, some phone models allow you to clear the cache and that can fix some issues players have. Otherwise, that will also be a bug for which you’ll want to submit to CS for.

Thank you Tallie and Thalira To be fair I'm not 100% sure if they fixed it for real or we worked our way back by losing matches, because at some point I stopped to follow our ranking till now, when we were matched against two really strong alliances and the other alliance member checked our ranking and figured out that the same thing happened to the DPU alliance, where Tess is - both our alliances experienced this bug when we received multiple messages with rewards and trophies.

So it looks like after months it's broken again because there's no way that we could be that high.

You can also force the AI bot to give you a form for an unresolved issues: Go to the Ticket & Service menu. Type in the search bar: My problem is not solved. You will see "Question unsolved", click on that. You can make a ticket. I would suggest going to Game Feature Issues -> Other -> Request form for other abnormal issues

And if all else fails we keep making bug reports for you both in-game and here with the bug bot until it can be resolved for you

720 more modules for 1.2m modules? even with max boosted %gain, it would take 32 DAYS to finally give a profit on the cost for literally no benefit. no influence increase, no durability increase. the tech and the upgrades themselves are unbalanced and dont give profit in a whole nexus run. The devs really have no clue about their own game. <.<
also: please finally fix nexus. its 4 months with the same bugs! and ty for giving old states the "burn" tech now at the end (obviously not fully teched) so we cant complain anymore that new states deal 30% more damage, even though it is impossible to tech that tech in these last few days. Who do we have to talk to about marches after being updated in events, then they remove behemoths and vechiles, making what you just saved disappear and then losing the battle, like Apex for xample. I thought they claimed they fixed this, but it still happening .

If after saving a match in an even and then finding later that the march has changed, first you would troubleshoot it see which events roll over the marches after setup or affect each other try, if a restart and a game repair cannot fix the issue, you then submit an ingame bug report CS with give their view ones they have analyzed the ussue. And you can also post the report here to get a scope of the effect on other players and so we can push it forward too

Apex does it every event, light bringer league, just did it as well, I have to go in update my march, then when going to actual battle, it releases behemoths and vehicles, most of the time i catch it, but sometimes I don't but its been an ongoing issue.

Once i do the battle and reset the march it seems to be fine, but just when event restarts it does it, sometimes it happens when in path of water as well.

Resonating is another bug fest ... they promised they fixed some of it, but probably only 1 of 42 issues

It's such an unnecessary restriction to block changing resonance if it's not in the same event. Just lazy devs.

What devs need to do is that when changing resonate heroes it removes any hero from any preset march in any event out

It's as bad on the phone and the tablet. It feels so sensitive to the point that the cross hair shoots around the screen with the slightest touch 😂 I remember this got reported when it was released the first time and the devs lied about fixing or having fixed it 🫣
