Think of it like badge achievement crate. You get a certain number of points, you open a crate, it's done, no more crate.

You may be right but we should always consider all possibilities. That being said, some "after update bugs" have been solved after being reported through the new AI bot + discord bug reports which proves that despite being AI controlled it still helps them collect all the data we provide.

Having the same problem. I removed a statue and tried to put it elsewhere and am told it needs to be on alliance territory, which it is. I’ve been moving statues for 2 years now and have pretty much mastered the process. Opened a ticket with useless customer service and included screenshots so they don’t have to read all those words. They told me I can’t put a statue on top of other buildings

1. It doesn't matter if you get removed from a building. The only thing that does matter, is getting assigned to the building in the first place
2. The food you need to complete the entire destination is your march food at the march button, but it doesn't take all your food at that point in time it takes your food at each buildings location.
   So, if you have 50,000 food. And all 3 marches say you need 50,000 food (and you're traveling let's say 10 buildings distance). You could march with all 3.
   But most likely none will reach their destination.
3. Is definitely answered in my response to #2 because maybe you didn't notice that marching aspect with withdrawal food

Hi, I would say that this is a bug, as soon as the leader of the alliance is offline for 7 days or more, the Replace Leader function appears
Are there other players in the alliance who can check for this feature? And can you also send a screenshot to make sure that the leader is really offline for the required amount of time (you can send it to private messages if you want)

And I'd love to file a bug report about that, but because of the one report once a week restriction that comes with the ticket system and the processing speed of cs, I can't.

Devs increased the limit for crystal Splinters in the oldest states, thus, it's a completely new edition of EP. In the meantime they probably added 1 completely new EP to the list for new states.

They consolidated junk and made 1 master EP chart, introducing a new discount for early players, problem is, for older players they didn't include the mercenary Influencer (and neither have a badge tag reduction which is shameful)
so, with the new file with set standard discounts and at a specific time of state age, the discount increases. Instead of having 7 or 8 iterations of EP, they have 1 set design that gets released at the specified state age / progress.

Devs did it on purpose when creating a new EP, as to try to squeeze players for more money by switching the coh when they get all gold level 3 badges. 🤷

• Drop rate hasn't changed, have 22 accounts with proof and spreadsheet of data to back it up. (If it has changed, my 22 account average, along with 37 other players I've spoken to, in different states don't notice it).
• Items per drop hasn't changed
• Idle rewards come every hour on the hour. Hasn't changed.
• The increase to 6 hour idle time instead of the previous 3 hour idle time, means the player has way more potential for acquiring more items. And not losing out on them (or losing as many) due to work or sleep etc.

to claim 24 hours worth of drop rewards:
Previously
You would have had to log in 8 times a day, every 3 hours

Now
You would have had to log in 4 times a day, every 6 hours

How this makes it harder, I have no clue 🤷
My brain thinking power ans logic tells me this just got a lot easier, not twice as hard 👀

If you can access with WiFi but not with mobile data and thats long term issue.
Without more info, i would suggest there is some issue on mobile provider side.
If connection issue is on server side, then it would not matter what connection you use.

anyone have this bug? I had 6 statue crates which i accumulated from past events and have not used them yet. They have suddenly disappeared from my bagpack and coincidentally 6 power up custom crates appeared. I have power up custom crates but these 6 are separate from the ones i have. It seems as if my statue crates have been swaped to power up crates

do you think the whole alliance will get compensation? RR is not a solo action much more important is the result for the alliance so some Japanese won because RR worked for them State 1195, that's what bothers me! 4 relocators and 10 gold fragments from my reward developers can wrap in a sock and smoke in the toilet 🤣

Last time it happened with koth, we all got compensation. But only the migo rewards, no event rewards.

(2) I reported mine own bug/issue 4 times and they will just automatically close the ticket. Quite useless if you are going to close the ticket when the issue hasn't been resolved yet.

Wouldn't it better if every ticket that has been opened will provide us satisfactory survey if the issue has been resolved or not.

That's normal with non manual tickets reported via the bug button. As it says in the message, it's just for bug collecting.
If you want to have a reply from CS, you've got to use special forms that you can get like so -> #🐞︱bugs-discussion message

You need the full amount originally then they refund you the discount amount. That's how it originally was for everything. Guess that came back when they changed the template for ep.
