Hi there, I have a strange problem/situation/question:

A player in my alliance has been having problems with the app: He can't open certain events, sometimes the game doesn't start and worse of all the app doesn't allow him to contact support. I've been trying to help him to no avail.

Today I found out that the app he is playing on is not called SoS but 'Survival Frontline: Zombie War'. A quick google search later and the company behind 'Survival Frontline: Zombie War' seems to be a chinese company (Triathlon HK) with no adress.

That brings me to my first question: How can another game from another company play on the SoS servers?

My second question is: What can this player do to resolve this issue? Can he just download the right app and continue?

Firstly thank you for helping your friend through this. That's awesome of you!

I'd suggest you make sure your friends account is bound to funplus to make sure they don't loose anything and still have the ability to switch over.. but yes best option is to guide them to the right version of the game. They should then be able to log in again with the funplus account they bound to the current download

There are multiple version of this game.. for different areas and devices. The fact that we can play together is great but it does make it awkward in fertain events where it isn't compatible.

Ok he can still try bind it to google but he may loose his progress. It's a tricky one switching games.. but being only a baby account it may be easier restarting IF the re logging in with the binding doesn't work

His ID will definitely help.. but at the moment he doesn't have access to CS right.. so it's dependant on how he manages with the transfer. He can still download the right version of the game without deleting the other one first and see if the binding works.. but at least with the new version he should be able to get help from CS if it doesn't transfer properly .

Definitely worth him trying it first and see what happens and we can take it from there

Because when you list TA gear it is not in your account and lower your transfer rating that can be use for people that want to transfer using less tickets/or go under state limits or states can use it to lower their score and dropped out of leading state.
They stop auctions to prevent people manipulate it.

Many of us just paid 4800 bio for a 24 hour shield that will be replaced by a shield that disappears the moment you login. We need a 24 hour shield instead of crappy other compensation.

So after the state transfer, players whose states lined up with the exact event days before a transfer and after were fine, but if the event days were offset (our state was 3 days offset of the state we transferred to), it reset all login progress.

The video was recorded when they were just added to the store (initially they were not.) after adding, I bought 3 pieces of them for 1000 (3000 coins). It's a task that always goes back to 0/1 after you collected it

With the RSS collect you will see how much you have collected and how much needed : Like = 10014 / 20000 for example. when you reach 20000 it will turn to 0 again and again until you reached the maximum points for sketch dairies

Hello, it's probably a bug. If you encounter it on both of your accounts even after closing and reopening the game. Then I suggest you report it through customer service using the alternative menu, write "%%" twice in the CS and then " gameplay/event error" and then report bug and fill it with the information and the screenshots that you provided here

That's good news, i would suggest always keeping a screenshot of your player profile saved on your phone or computer for cases like this where you can't login to your account to get your chief id

How hard can it be to analyse the code that's being executed when it says " loading chief data".
Some line in that code stalls for some reason...
Remove what's causing it and it's fixed.
