Yes I understand the matchmaking process , but that’s mixing with our svs plans to play in big alliances from Monday - Sunday .. there is no more fun now , we have to chose either svs or nexus

Hey! Jack, you can get her fragments by rallying the specified fiends, however i think the drop rate is pretty low compared to the stamina cost.
That being said, You can still get the 10 frags by rallying 10 of the specified fiends or even 10 of Travis fiends (the infected hunters)

Because chance to get hero frags from Infected Lurker tend to zero. If you need to close minimum (I think its 10 to open box?) just do regular Infected Hunters and forget about it.

The app crash still happens frequently - i am on iOS / iPhone - i cleared cash and repaired game again and again - my GM keeps telling me its gonna be fixed with next update - nothing changed for two months now - anyone got a status on this? It doesnt only happen during intel, it happens randomly , more often durings svs battle, RR, Koth and nexus - and its a real pain because it of course happens 15 seconds before a rally hits, when i want to join a rally etc

And another thing, is your phone maybe on power safe mode? I'd suggest to turn the power mode on to see if that could also help you

When this happened to me I was able to garrison the next day . I would put in a ticket with customer support as well. Use the alternative menu below and request compensation in case it is a bug and not just a lock out from leaving the alliance.

I have filed two separate bug reports/tickets about not receiving loot rewards for any buildings in Nexus even though I occupied all. Everytime the loot notice came up, when I went to collect, I got the “resources loading” message and then no more option to loot and no rewards for level 2 city, villages or leve 1 checkpoint. I am missing a huge chunk of rewards. First ticket has been open with no response since Friday. Second one was immediately closed. I don’t know what else to do. These rewards are needed to even come close to finishing buildings.

No.. only submitted in game tickets. First ticket was an actual ticket from second menu. Because we cannot have two open tickets on the same issue 🙄🙄🙄, I had to do second ticket under bug reports. I guess it’s an easy way for devs to say there weren’t enough tickets submitted. Just leave them open indefinitely so no one can submit another.

everything. i already left few feedback but if you want can repeat again. 1) no jumping from map to map few times per day 2) no activities during working days or allow to players choose one specific time or time range 3) no points for attacking settlements 4) clear rules for earning points 4) matchmaking that allow every alliance to at least fight. if opponent can't be scratched - it's not a game. ofc for everyone get rewards is impossible, but it shouldn't be than some alliances have no chances at all to even leave territory. 5) rewards. rewards for ranking is good, but zombies e..t.c is lame. Nerfed mines because of nexus. Some not clever people in management think "or, if you get all rewards it's easy" but all rewards could get only very few number of alliances 6)healing

In addition to this, after the last update, I am now having other issues:

1. The Behemoth Master Builder feature is not working correctly. I receive the following error message: "Input parameter error".

2. There is an odd red bubble next to the construction status icon towards the top-left corner of the screen.

3. My farms, lumberyards, furnaces, and gas tanks are no longer showing icons above them when resources are ready.

4. I have 12 mails that show as unread, but when I try to read all mails, it does not clear these 12.

5. I am also having issues binding my account on my PC. I have followed all the directions I could find, but it is still not working.

you have 3 stages of MIGO, every stage has this task at 3 levels... when you reach 50k you get reward, when you reach 200k you get reward, when you reach 500k you get reward. it's simple as f.

I would remove the decoration, and try placing it again to see if it allows you to apply the effect. If this doesn’t work I would contact customer service in game. Thats what happens when you place a gun turret behind the barricade down the bottom. Only way to make it work is summon a gun turret infront so that all the stuck monsters come at once and annihilate you. XD

Hey Sai, i just checked in game and it might be a visual bug. I get 5min speedups but it shows me as well as the hero item crate

As far as I remember you can move your account from Doomsday to SOS. Sometime ago there were discussion about this here. I know, because on rus sos player asked question about this recently. People even told what they had just poping up window with "Move your account to SOS" somewhere in the beginning of this year

I looked at my inventory, and didn’t really see anything that was new especially when it was given in the same crate they use for hero challenges, no one was looking for 1 minute speed ups. Funny you didn’t take a moment to read the whole issue

This might be due to the current situation with the graphics mode. It seems to be “gradually” forcing players into the new graphics mode, assuming you’re in old version with this issue.

Try switching to new version and see if it persists.

It’s appalling that this is happening. There was no need to change any of the ui that’s been switched about more than any bug fixes it’s been given.

Hi Alanna, can you try logging in and out of the game? If that doesn't work click on fix game in the login screen. This simple fix quite often resolves issues

Also posted this in feedback, because it could be bug, but most likely they must have noticed this and like it this way...

I'm getting, the last few weeks, that the game often sends me to somewhere other than which I selected on the PC client.

For example, I select an event, but the game seems decide it wants to show me a different event first [could be a bug, could be deliberate]. This is highly questionable business practices if it is deliberate.

it could be the fact they added the cards pop up at the start of the game a while back, and it always seems to pop up at a different time, so if a bug I would look at why this is not coming at the right time with the other pop ups every time you load the game.

In any case this is annoying spam and should be reduced. I don't want to have to close 3+ different windows every time I login before I can do anything. I know they may think it is helpful, but getting a pop up months after an event is launched, is not helpful, it is annoying. There is so much event spam and spread all over the place, now even in the bundles, or bundles put in the events, they are making the game slower to play, and harder to navigate, apparently through greed or some other reasoning.

I also want to go to where I selected, not some place the devs think I should go to first. We have a method to work through your spam.... so that we don't miss finishing an event. Sending to random event not seleceted is not helpful to navigating the game.

Coordinated Operation is currently bugged. when you marching and saw the black screen, tab anywhere in the middle then Tab Confirm to join, don't leave. I had joined once then I knew there's a lot of players didn't know about this. help spread the word.

Hi this sounds like a bug. I’m not on the PC platform but it has happened to me on iOS before. I have found force closing resolves the issue but as it’s been going on a few weeks I would recommend you open a ticket with cs. When it happened to me, it was really frustrating. So sorry for that.

I've seen this before.
It might be another build towers in the past there and removed them
But there is a bug where you remove the tower and another alliance can't build there anymore because it says it's still other territory and people cannot port to said place.
How you tried porting to the other side of the building or a little further ?

I have noticed that the bubble for the res stays after i requested or when i collected the resources, but for me it always goes away after i have either left my settlement or restarted the game.
