I was trying to do intel on an account and the state hopping bug started up. It won’t let me go into nexus to fix the state hopping because i was trying to do an intel explorer. It says I’m currently out of state when i try to go into nexus. But i can’t cancel the explorer either. So i can’t do anything. Any idea how you cancel an explorer?

Is the maximum infected level in Nexus supposed to be 15? This seems like the foot clan level limit bug they fixed outside Nexus about two weeks ago

so we either get the merits we're supposed to get from killing infected within Nexus, or higher level infected rewards in the wilderness in our own states

Feel like they released something that was not ready at all. Everything is bugged there is not a single battle field working currently. We have possibility to attack in safe zone since we are 2 alliances per zone 🤣 we have no mines to gather from (2vl 2 for 200 players) it’s so bad. Rushing in migo to get more mines level and capacity to end up not being able to gather 🙃

Very difficult now to issue compensation that makes sense. Some people got points yesterday and some did not. Some alliances could make progress whilst others couldn't. Now even rolling back doesn't work because people put effort into trying to make it work. Tricky situation

It is not only this. Some people spend money or pushed in sotf and svs round 1 of migo to develop their migo path and unlock more mines and now they can’t even gather. Some people still can’t enter. Some can but in wrong battle field. I mean for my part we are 20 alliances same battle field and can attack each others. So we got points from attack but not from city and idk how we could even occupy city since we are 2 alliances per assigned safe area

Great whilst fixing yesterday's mess they broke something else lol. I have 5 mines . Yesterdaybin nexus i was able to mine 5 mines. Today it insist i only have 3 slots and i should upgrade my migo. Honestly, try documenting your work and you'd know what will be affected by changes .

Slow mode really? The game is cycling through states it won’t let you stay in your settlement. it automatically switches to outside and pop in the corners of different states. No one can do anything.

Hi TJ, so state 1 is not your original state? Maybe you are encountering a bug with Nexus that makes you jump from state to state or another area. If you can’t stop it by restarting the game, you can try this to maybe get this solved- go into the event page > go into Nexus > leave Nexus. It worked at least for a few people😊

What a joke of an update/event- For 1 the event doesn’t work - you removed mines from main map which have worked since mines started. Now you add them to nexus map which is currently capped at level 6 mines and ONLY 1 for an entire alliance. What a joke- did anyone ask for a new event? If you’re encountering a bug that makes you jump from state to state or another area, and you can’t stop it by restarting the game, - go into the event page > go into Nexus > leave Nexus and it should be fine or at least worked for a few.
2-4) Some people could also be helped in these ways:

• going into alliance Showdown till you see the lines
• repair game (actually helped some but please make sure your account is bound to not lose data)
• leaving your alliance (but it restarts when you join)

If you are able to, please open a bug report (through loading screen probably) about the Bug!

Since nexus release.
Bugs inside nexus itself (this is not a full list)

1. Settlements are relocated inside the city boundaries making players unable to attack
2. If you click on a shared truck in chat, your game will freeze
3. The screen will randomly jump through states at times
4. Badges for completing certain specified requirements are not being rewarded to players
5. Some players inside the buildings did not receive occupation rewards
6. Unable to gather higher level mines
7. Far away intel takes you out of nexus map, to view your state map, and then shows you the intel, and when you try to attack it, it says radar not found or something stupid like that.
8. Search function is copy paste method from 4 years ago. Everytime you search for anything it takes you to the first one, even if you're already marching on it. (it's sad when the devs can't copy paste code from a recent version of the game)
9. I cannot access the enlistment feature from nexus but the enlistment icon is there
   None of this makes any sense.
   (I know enlistment rule, see other issues near the very bottom)

Bugs introduced since nexus release that have not been seen by many in the 4 years of gaming but are not being experienced by the majority.

1. Inside azurtane heist if someone tries to attack you, your screen will flash red until the game ends
2. Visual bug with claiming alliance crates

Additional problems with nexus addition (this is not a full list)

1. Scores for players were reset approximately 18 UTC day 1 of fighting, compensation was sent to ALL players, but no extra compensation was sent to those players for the time, effort, energy, used in obtaining the points they had.
2. Players essentially have to navigate 2 games with 1 account.
3. Some tasks such as treasure dig is not allowed in nexus. This task takes less than 1 minute to complete, but we are unable to rejoin for 5 minutes?
4. Some other events are unable to be accessed but a "Cloned" event (Reforge progress, crystal tech progress, etc) some can be accessed while some cannot.
5. Because of this dumb rule it's the reason for #6 below. I can recover enlisted troops from my original state but they do not apply to nexus, only my original state.
   I can train troops in my original state and they apply to nexus.
   I can train troops in nexus and they apply to my original state
   I cannot access the enlistment from nexus but the enlistment icon is there None of this makes any sense.
6. Developers "relaunched" nexus because of "backend issues" it caused massive problems day 1, but not only that, the relaunching of nexus changed to dates for the fights which caused some players to be more cautious with their troops during SVS WARFARE. To ensure they would have the troops for nexus. (because of the enlistment "rule" above. Causing lower rank in svs warfare because of the "relaunch"
7. Many time consuming events overlap each other and players are having to pick and choose which of the events they will participate and for how long. Sacrificing rewards in one aspect or another.

It's a good list. I wish it were easier to report the bugs in game. if you do the obvious route then the bug report goes to the automated "info gathering" response that no human ever sees. Reporting a bug to get a real response is a challenge of menu navigation that's never quite the same twice.

Seems like a visual bug, recovering my bp from svs. Every time I heal a batch it adds bp in state map and when I enter nexus, then goes to bp I had when I very first enter nexus. Yes. It doesn't show all the intel. You need to sometimes move the map in order to find some of the Intel's that may be located far away. If you are having problems with it , you should change back to standard graphics (turn off new graphics from the settings) and it will work fine.

Hi there. You're trying to send troops to the mine, which is located in lvl 5 city and can't, right? (I see infected around the village, I guess it's really so). This is not a bug. Since this is currently neutral territory, you cannot do this. You only have access to the mines that are located on your territory, so first you need to occupy the lvl 5 city.
And if you look at the safe area (lvl 2 city), new mines (lvl 7 - 9) have appeared. This is what the compensation message meant. Hope it makes sense

I thought about that a bit. If you cut the number of attempts in half for everyone, in theory, it should just half the damage for everyone (assuming all do 10 attempts).

I'm a low-spender, and I don't see it as an issue personally.

numbers will add up since the attacks can differ from 1 to another. On 10 you can do more damage then on 5. Anyhow.. i dont want to debate this what's done is done. Looks like they do whatever they please just to get more money

The matching in the nexus event is the worst that I have seen since playing this game. One player by himself in the opposing alliance could beat our alliances strongest players full rally. Do they want people to leave this game. Now in day two our alliance can do nothing in nexus for points other then collect and kill infected way to go SOS

This Nexus event duration there won't be any changes, (as far as we are informed). But hopefully the future will be different (with no Nexus or a decent redo, including matchmaking)

Devs don’t see our reports about Nexus? This is the most bad event SoS. Not interesting, matching is crazy, if you don’t play - you lost a lot rewards. Rallies for 5min? Are they kidding? If set rally on 5 min - opponent will destroy city or control point.

Nexus: give correct description on how an event work. Write it down and give us players a possibility to understand the gameplay that we have to do. Stop releasing event without a proper explanation on what we have to do. And then make sure that there are no bugs on that proper tested event and a FULL description for the player over what to do, not the overview

What a horrible experience, worse than the first day of the event, because on the first day all the Alliances in our group were in the same situation, not today, the opponent took the city and we were unable to open a rally, the connection dropped, the marchs didn't come back. And we stayed there, knowing that we could win or not, but the bugs wouldn't let us even try, in the end we lost because everyone gave up, thanks devs, another great job frustrating people👏🏻 🥳
