If you start accumulating a certain item, the contracts start asking for everything else except that item. A workaround I found about this was to wait before completing any more contracts until I have gathered enough of the other items to, at the very least, complete all current orders. After that I start getting balanced tasks again.
It's a scam and a way to force you to waste those bunny things in exchange for the items you need but then again it wouldn't be SoS if that wasn't the case.

Master - 35
Elite - 30
Rising - 25

He would have gotten assigned in power play at reset, and the logged on and got the transfer option. So power play hasn't updated

and for rallies, trap formation do more damage but you will take the extra damage from your rally lead
