do you want just ne picture or a complete cartoon series? First you can look up some youtube videos on "Photoshop cartoon". Then you could try to make some random cartoons e.g. with Adobe Firefly as a starting point if you do not have any idea. If you have an idea then you can try to draw that and get it better and better in Photoshop. Depending on your ideas and workflow I would go from there.

Normally the "Size" for those RollUps is not that important. Image Resolution sould be 300dpi and then its fine. PS or AI that is both Ok. I used both several times. The Shop where you are ordering should have the specifics for the File you deliver.

You can use whatever, but when you create your canvas, set it to 300 DPI, and probably 800mm wide by 2,000mm high for the BASIC size. - Your printer will probably want bleed for the top and sides (of at least 10mm) and maybe another 100mm of bleed/extra at the bottom too. - bonus points if you can include tick marks.

The DPI doesn't determine how 'pixellated' it is. - The number of pixels and the size of the image determines that.

e.g. An image that is 500 pixels across, but only the size of a stamp... is fine, but if it was 500 pixels and printed on a building it would be laughably bad!

If you set it to 300 PPI and 80cm wide, photoshop will calculate the number of pixels you need....

In fact.... if you make it 2m tall, that would make your canvas over 20,000 pixels high. - That's too much. - It may make your PC crash.

Maybe ignore my previous advice. - and get input from someone like @ruby jackal or @barren escarp on using photoshop for printing large format designs.

• Like I said, I myself don't use photoshop (a photo editor) - to do large format publishing work (That's what Indesign is for).

To be honest I wouldn't use Photoshop either. It's just that it's technically possible, but just a pain in the butt. Also, theoritically speaking things like print design just call for some skills and an understanding of what dpi is - at the bare minimum. You can't really go further if you don't know what is it. So I would excercise caution doing something such as submitting files for large format printing without having at least a basic understanding of printing lingo and dos and donts in the first place. It's just setting oneself for failure

But it may be just my unpopular opinion (I have lots of those 😁)

Well, the Mockup feature is not there

so I had to go back to the Illustrator desktop

How to resize (smaller) the size of a svg on Illustrator (or PS)

• How to apply image 1 style (the steel looking texture) to image 2 (logo)
• How to match image 1 photographic style to image 2

you can try to overlay a piec of the silver area onto the Logo. That is surely not what a Logo is for and I doubt that this will look "good" but that should work. you can also use the stamp Tool, stamp a bit of that silver marshmellow man on the area where the logo is on another layer and blend it with the Logo-Layer.

when you insert the picture you should already put it on its own layer, also text usually is its own layer or not?

That would be a possibility.
Strokes on hair and other very fine details are a bit tricky, because the stroke is too thick to follow the curves.

So basically you need to simplify the cut like you've done in the head alone

Or you can use the layer content of the head as a a mask for the full body (add the head to the rest of the body) and use the mask to constrain the stroke effect

i manually cut out the hair on the head, but for the rest of the body i used the "subject" tool so it doesnt have a hard outline that the stroke can follow

Sorry, I don't use/know Lightroom. Adobe Camera Raw can automatically create masks, like "Select Subject." Since Lr evolved from Camera Raw, I'd imagine it must be in there somewhere. Or perhaps that is in the new version of Lightroom. It looks like you're using Lightroom Classic.

The image has the checkered gray/white background? That means it's not a transparent image. You'll have to cut the object out of the background with something like object select or magic wand. Otherwise you can find a different image that actually has a transparent background.

The one around the entire list of teams? It's similar to neumorphism in UI. What you can do is add a white color fill at a low opacity, drop shadow, and a soft contour bevel & emboss. That should do most of the work.

You can use Adobe Express for quick and simple graphic design projects (social media posts etc) but of course it's not as complete as PS is
You have Photoshop mobile but only on iOS, and I sincerely don't know any free app that's worth the trouble.
Adobe express is included in most plans from Adobe, but there is also a free version and it works on Android as well

Draw them with the Pen Tool. Or start with the Rectangle Tool and add a point to one side and pull it out to make the arrow. Then, when you have one of them, it should be easy to duplicate.

I suppose that you could possibly download vector shapes like that. That might be easier than doing it yourself. However, I think locating something that exactly matches your intent would be difficult. :)
