Layers have Blending Modes. Paint on a layer and change the Blending Mode for the Layer in the Layers Panel.

Just make selection and then do what you were doing before. Grab the Brush Tool and change the Blending Mode to "Screen" and brush over it.

I usually will say... I can't quote you on your EXACT magazine since I don't know your expectations, but for X amount, I will provide you with:
x2 cover options and 3 basic spreads for content etc.
Assuming that each page will typically contain a load of pre-supplied, pre-approved text that will need to sit alongside some supplied (or stock) imagery and the use of 'pull-out' boxes and quotes, and we're expecting around 20 pages of content, the price will be XXX

This will include 2 rounds of initial design and layout amends whilst we work together to agree a general style and look

and then one round of final text amends.

Adobe Draw is EOL and no longer in development. Discontinued. Not sure what would be comparable except for Adobe Illustrator. That is a lot more feature-rich in comparison. Illustrator is available on Desktop and iPad.

I couldn't find a template for you online, but you can recreate this with a few lines and a gradient. A few paths with the pen tool outlined, then add an elliptical gradient shape that goes from black to transparent. Add some gray text with a black outline/drop shadow to that and you're good to go.

you can try that yourself. Just go to firefly.adobe.com, Login with your Adobe Account, go to "Generative Fill" and upload your photo. After that you just paint out the Tatto that you want to be removed, hit "Enter" (without giving any Prompt) and after that the Tatoo is gone.

Alternavely you can also do that in Photoshop / Photoshop Beta with the Generative Fill Option. Te Procedure is almost the same.

I would do some overall adjustments to brightness, contrast, light, shadow, saturation. The colors are bit dull and washed out. Adobe Lightroom or Adobe Camera Raw could be used to quickly tweak it.

It looks a bit better. You might want to keep pushing it to get more of the detail. It seems heavily compressed. Not sure if its your image or if its Discord's heavy JPEG compression.

There is a Neural Filter that attempts to reduce the compression artifacts. Filter > Neural Filter > JPEG Artifacts Removal.

Also, I'm not sure how far you want to depart from the original image but... The sky is a little "blotchy" (due to the compression); if you wanted you could use Edit > Sky Replacement to swap it out. Then perhaps 'remove' a few of the distracting shapes in the photo with the Remove Tool. Obviously, you need to edit it according to your own artistic vision. These are just suggestions. Some things to think about.

What do you mean by color filters? I'm not familiar with the feature on Premiere, however I believe adding adjustments on top of the inversion filter will let you do what you are looking for.

Well, I'm not sure exactly what look you are going for, but you edit all colors as you wish within the camera raw filter. You can also use the hue/sat, levels, etc. adjustments to finetune the colors. Looks like the Premiere option allows you to invert just a single channel, which you can do by duplicating your image layer, opening the layer style menu, then ticking off the color channels you don't want (for example leaving just the green on), and inverting your image.

Did you try with the image being normal and just the text inverting it? That may have a stronger effect overall

These colors are very strong, are you working with a set palette? The red clases with the yellow quite a bit, so if you are able, maybe desaturate the colors a bit so they work better together.

I'm not sure how the UV map looks under there and how it shows up on the model, but you should be able to rotate it. Is everything in layers? If so, select the eye, press ctrl+T to enter transform mode, and rotate it by hovering your mouse off the edge of one of the corners that show up. If it's not a layer, you'll have to use one of the selection tools (for example quick select) and make a selection then rotate it how you need it.
