I'm everyone. I'm Chelle (pronounced shell) and a photographer mainly. I finally decided to come check out Behance after Adobe MAX and am very happy I did. I did the most recent photoshop challenge for the past two weeks and am very glad I did. It gave me a chance to learn all the new stuff in Photoshop and it also helped me discover all the changes in both versions of Lightroom! I hadn't been using the classic version for quite some time but after what I found in there today, I'm going back to it for some things. Anyway, I'm also trying to learn XD which I'm finding challenging. Am I the only one?? I look forward to meeting more creatives and learning more and more. You can never know it all and if you think you do, you're done. Look forward to seeing you in the next Creative Challenges!

I love to take long walks along the beach and I love hiking. In photoshop I love to make random things to stuff in my portfolio that I find good enough to show to others. Pro Tip from me: When given the opportunity to take other certifications even if you don't need them, TAKE THEM you will probably need them and they look good on your resume.

Hi all! I'm Marie. I 'm really impressed what's possible with photoshop. I mostly use it for architecture visualisations and for my hobby photography. I would be glad if there is some tipps and tricks to improve my skills.

I'm mostly struggle to insert plants and make them look real (I think it is mostly because of how to place shadows) - or gras/flower fields- or distorting texture and keep depth and structure of it.

PTL my oldest is my only daughter or I would have no one to help mommy get some work done! Well my husband does when he is here but he is training so .... Sleep deprivation for the next two weeks is worth the trade off to do more art the way I want, better 🙌 Love that you were able to take Senior photos for your kiddos! Got it, but since that's a global community, I'd allow more time for them to respond, sometimes the timezones might interfere in that. If they don't you can totally ask again.
But as a piece of advice I'd start by building the portfolio, start making connections via social media (Instagram is a great place to post your works and find potential clients). Friends and Family can also help you to find the first clients as well.

Excellent! In this case you already have what you need to build your first project. Create a profile on Behance or any website that you might like and then post your project there. My tips would be always show the starter assets, this is great for people to know what your process is and what you did to the images. Give always a context, even if it's a personal project, say this, so people won't be lost looking at the pictures
On Instagram, Make a post showing the final image and swipe to the starter assets, give context on the subtitle, and don't forget that you can take advantage of Reels and post timelapses of your composities, that'a great for the algorithm. The hardest post is always the first one, but once you post, the second will be easier and so on and so forth.

Thanks for the welcome. I looked at the creative challenge and illustrations are not quite what I'm ready to do in PS right now. I recently started using Adobe Fresco an it's all I can do to try and work with that in addition to the photography that I do. I'm more into the photography end than illustrations right now. But I'll meander around the site and see what catches my interest. Thanks. My "niche" is more kittens and cat photography. This is one of my creations.

Hi, I'm Stuart and located in Minnesota. I've been a Retoucher and Production Artist for the last 35 years, using Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for most of it. Greeting I am Tycho, been using PS for all sorts of things, from random art, traditional graphic design, web design elements, game asset production, image and photo touch-ups, and photoshopping fun, and more, Though out of all the disciplines the plain old "photoshopping fun" I really have to the most enjoyment from.
Here are some examples of just that, from a forum thread I created to encourage photoshopping fun, my work is fragmented throughout the forum thread.

Forum thread sort of fizzled out, but it was fun while it lasted.

Hey, everybody! The name's jacob. I am 19 years old, and I love to make friends and just have a good time. Im from the united states, I was born in Pennsylvania, then i moved to Wisconsin at a very young age. in 2019, I ended up moving back to Pennsylvania, then graduated in June 2020 with highest honors! Then I ended up moving to Kentucky which is where I'm currently living at right now. Im trying to get involved with a community of streamers but can be very shy at times. I have autism and been having trouble makking friends, was diagnosed at the age of 3 years old. I hope I can find some new friends here, and find different ways to cope with me being shy, mentally things can be kinda hard for me to go through and I just need people I can truly trust and vent to. Hope to make some great friends here 🙂
