How to unlock the Debug Tools/Debug Menu:

1. Press the "Game Settings" button (the one with a ⚙️ icon) besides the achievements button, in the main tab of the game.
2. After clicking the button, it will open up a menu called "Other". In this menu, you will see another button called "Settings" (once again with a ⚙️ icon), click that button too to enter the settings.

The codebase of WorldBox is synchronized via a version control server called "GitHub", meaning that it's possible to view development activity by checking the profiles on Maxim and mastef on said site. As you can see on said profiles ( https://github.com/Kendja and https://github.com/mastef ), both developers actively work on the games code most days most weeks.
