ngl there should be a setting, maybe if you are controlling a leader or something? but you should be able to select a kingdom/people (who are going to create a kingdom) and any time they make a breakthrough and create a culture, language, religion, etc. you get notified and are able to customize all of the traits of it to your liking immediately instead of wiping everything after finding out and then remaking it from scratch

If steps below don't work or android 14+ use these alternative methods :

2. After clicking the button, it will open up a menu called "Other". In this menu, you will see another button called "Settings" (once again with a ⚙️ icon), click that button too to enter the settings.
3. "Settings" is The menu that contains some stuff like Interface/UI, Audio, and Graphics settings. Ignore all of those and focus on the burger icon in top left corner of the settings window.
4. Click that burger 11 times until a green bug appears in top right corner of your screen, and done! Clicking the button takes you to the games Debug Menu!
