The map i invision has a desert a sea. Rivers and the temperature goes cooler towards the north west. And then many kingdoms few main ones are. Vulrisk which is in a forest and sort of Britain like climate. And reinhart which is in the desert.
There is 4 others 1 in cold and they are these mountain dwelling and 2 near vulrisk. And 1 another one near the south side on the corner of the map or near it

15×15 is 225 meanwhile the largest in-game size is 7×7 making 49
so that's like twice as much is intended for a mobile to handle
