cpu and ram are most needed things for tarkov. i have a 1070 ti and rtx 20/30 users still only really get 20-30fps on me although its usually thanks to their cpu as its you need to pair a good cpu with them to not get bottlenecked in other games. if your getting about 80 fps give or take on average. theirs not a whole lot you can do to get more fps unless you dump tons of money into your pc. but you still wont hit 144fps exept for factory. like max 110

Labs free. God..... as that's my favorite map, that must be kinda weird. I like it because it's usually fairly quiet, and there's tension. You don't know if there's 1 other person on the map, or ~6 other people. Until things really start to pop off. With it being free, I guess the assumption is that the lobby is full.

It's odd that you have access to your email when your account is hijacked. Usually both are hijacked or at least have a redirect on the email so you never get tarkov emails.
