these people are quite common suprisingly. While cheaters do exist in tarkov and can be a problem sometimes you are unlikely to encounter one. If you know what you are doing you will be able to survive 80+% games and get several pmc kills each raid.
But just like in any other competetive game there will be people who equal: I died means enemy must be cheating bc nobody is better than me and if he killed me he had to be cheating 😄

@dusty harness a good way to learn maps is is somthing called map genie its a interactive tarkov map that shows really anything you would need. and to learn how to fight players all comes down to time spent on it. forget about aiming and hitting your shots all you need is to learn the game mechanics and sound queues

to be honest, set yourself a budget and have someone help you pick the parts.
I built a $3,000 pc and it can run anything. just dont get a 60hz monitor, 144hz and above and youll be fine with whatever build you choose.
skytech builds amazing prebuilts for low prices. got my mom one and its going strong after 2 years. she plays stardew mostly. no problems and her gpu came with a 2070s instead of 2060.
but as far prebuilts goes, skytech the only reliable service.. just build your own tbh..

skytech is the ONLY prebuilt company that I found to be legit and reliable. I build custom pcs on the side for a living/hobby for a-lot of my friends/locals. when someone wants an entry spec build, I *ALWAYS recommend them, just not worth my time or interest to do anything less than what they build. you practically save money that route for entry builds.

It really depends what you wanna do, I've been playing for 2 wipes now, the first one I just messed around, you can scav to gain money quickly before you get the flea market. My second wipe I actually started questing and gaining lvls. You can ask for more info but for me it was pretty fun learning it on my own, even though sometimes you can't afford anything. My main tip is that at lvl 1 ragman armor is way to pricy, paca is 55k and it stops nothing, so don't waste money on that. Other than that ask around some more, but it'll take you around a wipe or so to beat the learning curve.
