Personally, I selected every server I could, and just restarted the launcher over and over, worked very fast

I want to say first that this issue has been going on for the past week not just today i understand how the servers are on wipe day but this issue has been on going for over a week. I have been trying to log into the battlestate games launcher however when I type in my email and password and press authenticate, I am not able to receive the verification code, I have performed a clean install of windows 10 and also installed all available drivers and also allowed bsg launcher in firewall settings and also gave it full access in the security tab. I also logged into my friends account in the launcher and everything works as it should. its only my email. I no longer know how to resolve this issue and really need help.
