Your settings are way too high. Textures medium, shadows medium, lod 2.5 overall visibility 1500 or 2000, all bottom ticks off, hbao max performance, if ssr is on put it on off or medium. You don't need fullscreen either, can try using dlss, but that'll obviously make an impact on your resolution, so up to you.

Most of the settings are crap if I'm to be honest with you. Ssr below medium is blurry and distracting in water, higher is very demanding, at high textures you may encounter issues with the game crashing on maps like streets and lighthouse due to its insane increase of ram and vram usage, lod can be tough, visibility doesn't really need to be above 2000, try it out

My personal sensitivity is very low, especially in tarkov. You should take note of your mouse's dpi also... I play @ 1440 screen resolution with around 1200dpi.
Not everybody wants the same, some people are just naturally more mechanically attuned, but if you feel you always overshoot just play around, turn sens down a couple of points, if it's too much go back up until you find a happy median, and definitely too much dpi is worse than too little.

You can look at your sens as mouse dpi x in-game sens:
If you play with 1 sens at 1200 dpi, then 2400dpi at 0.5 sens, would be roughly the same

Update : the issue is most likely a ram leak. We have tried increasing virtual memory , but it does not work.

have you run furmark and prime95? they are very extreme with the load they place, but theyre a great stress test imo, if it wont crash running furmark and p95, it shouldnt crash at all. cpu or gpu, maybe could me a memory issue?
