If you're having issues opening the client with error There is no game with name "eft" you can try moving the game executables out of the EFT folder (move them wherever you want, I temporarily put them on the desktop), EscapeFromTarkov.exe and EscapeFromTarkov_BE.exe, then run the launcher. It should tell you you have no tarkov installed. You can move the executables back to their place after that and have the client run an integrity check on the game with Set the path to an existing game installation under Game settings. Afterwards, it's good to Clear Cache also.

Hello! Currently the launcher seems to be having some issues, here's two ways I've managed to fix it

1. Disable auto updates, and then close the launcher via task manager
2. Spam install a ton, then close the launcher via task manager and it may let you update after that
