Hello guys. My friend just bought the game today and he's stuck at the loading screen. He reinstalled the game, reinstalled and updated his drivers. I think we have tried every possible solution found on the internet and it seems that nothing is working, simply he just cant get past that first loading screen. We've spent like 4-5 hours trying to fix this and the last possible solution is upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10

And first back up these ini files by copying them to another folder on the desktop.

Try deleting graphics.ini first and try again, then delete the rest if you still have the problem.

If this doesn't fix the problem please paste the files you backed up to replace the files that took their place in that folder.

And if that does not help, make sure the ini files are not read only in right click > properties. A box does not mean read only, a check mark does.

Two things,
One: I heard setting up a pagefile will shorten the lifespan of your SSD so thats no good.

That problem is caused by an antivirus. I would suggest uninstalling avast temporarily just to see if that is the cause.

And make sure the game and launcher folders are white listed in windows defender and the exes have admin privileges.
