Netherlands still have gun permits, for both hunters, sport shooters and collectors. The law is similar to what we have here in Norway, which does not make it illegal, you just need to apply for said licenses.

It's just strictly regulated, not forbidden.

Whenever I loot a priest, its either 2 marked keys or 2 shit keys.

I have killed 10 or so priests since 1.0, and its been like 4 good drops and 5 useless.
