In my opinion, that’s perfectly fine! I would say to give it depth, think about how these personality traits would mix and manifest in the narrative. For example, your character is both sociable and untrusting- how would that work out when adventuring? What would their inclination to explore have them do in a dungeon or during downtime?
As an aside “untrusting” as a character trait can be finicky to navigate as your character does need to be part of an adventuring party, which requires some level of interpersonal trust. As with any flaw, make sure it contributes to the development of your character while not being a hinderance to your party.
With that quality specifically, a good way to go about it is to have your character be skeptical in a way that benefits the party. You’re untrusting, so you always want to investigate deals and mission details to ensure your party is never in a bad spot. You might spend extra time prepping defensive tools to avoid traps or to protect you/your party in the event of danger.
