I created a new character today for a game I'm playing in this afternoon, but when I export it to PDF it doesn't have the proper items I selected. It shows that I have a javelin instead of dagger and light hammer, and it only shows "unarmed strike" for my attack.
My digital character sheet looks correct, but the exported PDF is all wrong.

Sometimes it takes a while for the server cache to catch up with what you've actually changed. I recommend waiting for about 5-10 minutes, hard refresh the character sheet in the browser, and then try the PDF export again.

But generally, I find the best way to learn is to select an official race as a template when you create your homebrew. Then you can peek inside and see exactly how that one was set up.

I am not having any issue with her myself. The basic trouble shooting steps: Disable all extensions, clear cache and cookies, try another browser, try another device, are meant to isolate any local issues you may have had.

@thick galleon I caught your question about the Imaginary Friend warlock over in #dm-discussion, figured the answer probably belonged better in here:

If you've got Content Sharing enabled for your campaign and someone in your campaign has added that Imaginary Friend homebrew subclass to their collection (or created a version of it themselves), it would show up as available to everyone in the campaign. If you wanted that to not be available, I'd recommend having your players go to the Home tab in the character builder and switch off the Homebrew Content toggle.

I submitted a help ticket over 3 weeks ago with a login error to an account that is years old. DDB keeps charging me, I can't sign in and I can't delete my account. Regardless of how many requests you're getting and how "high volume" it is, more than 3 weeks is a bit long to be waiting for a response, no?

All I can really tell you is that tickets are answered in the order they’re received, and that submitting multiple tickets can actually bump you down the queue (since it sorts by oldest response).

Homebrew is created via the web site's interface. Homebrew items I think can only be added that way as well. So basically the mobile app is not able (yet) to create or manage homebrew items.

I think this has slightly available workarounds in the game intended for the armorer though. I noticed equipment that you can add (and does nothing other than exist) are Helm (Helm of Awareness at lvl10) and Boots. There's also the option within it to override the number of infusions.

Alternatively, you can create the items in homebrew, or you can search other homebrew folks have created so infusing those items is easier to work with.

The biggest problem I can spot with this currently is there isn't anything with abilities and feats to just outright add to your inventory the armor pieces you're needing for the infusions to work on (Chest, Helm, Boots, & Armorer Special Weapon).

I am also having this problem but I did have a seperate question to ask, why are monster sheets from Icewind Dale not able to be searched in the Extras tab on character sheets? I was before this issue trying to find a way to add the Chimeric Fox to a players sheet as a wildshape, and was thinking a Wizard with a Hare for a familiar would be nice if I could find a way to get it to work. I have all books and all things enabled on sheets for Core, Non-Core, Crit Role, etc the only one turned off is the Rick and Morty one which I wouldn't think would effect this. No rush or need for this to be done asap or anything but was wondering why it isn't available

Beyond tickets generally aren't even associated with one, since we only log on to Beyond? Nah it's actually really helpful. You just have to get the basics down on it and you're golden. It functions separate from DDB as far as I understand so right now i'm playing and able to use my stuff and look up attacks and spells still without having my sheet up

So, I've been adding items and features that alter characters sizes and carrying capacity, and in the actual modifiers tab, making a modifier to size category doesn't seem to have any actual effect on the character sheet (which ultimately doesn't matter that much) , and when adding a modifier to carrying capacity, it only seems to work when applied to a magic item, which is my main issue, because I can use a madifier for carrying capacity to substitute an actual size change, inventory wise
