Hello, in the Doomsday events, our alliance was missing an event. It clearly list the following SMS events in the AMS

1. Plunders of War (10+) meaning all players 10 and up.
2. Doomsday Worms (30+) meaning players lvl 30 and up.
3. Doomsday Fissure (30+) meaning players lvl 30 and up.
4. Keep the Threat at Bay (10-29+) meaning players lvl 10-29.

We did not get the first one “The Plunders of War” it prevented us from completing the AMS rom what I can see.

We would like a credit adjustment gift or something to this please.

Harmonious is right, because you didn’t clarify that you had below deck, you just made a blanket statement the Spock drops the stats of the ship, NOT that if he’s lower then what you have below deck he MAY drop stats. That’s the difference

I only found out at 24 why I wasn't seeing it as I just played the game till I eventually joined an alliance

Not a big spender, just monthly battle passes and big unlocks (2nd builder, 3rd research, etc.)

So... spent what event points I wanted to on officers. Unlocked all and can't tier them with what I have left so I have options:
1: Don't have Feesha yet and highest Dvor is T7, so I could buy have my Feesha bp's to avoid having to level one to 9 (or 2 to 8) to unlock the Feesha.
2: Buy third Meridian to stay ahead of the curve on Iso mining LB events.
3: Early unlock of Amalgem. Not sure I care that much about it since I don't raid alot, but hey, it is a new ship.
4: Syndicate XP... just went to level 10 and level 11 sure looks a LONG way off at 250 xp a day.

Opinions are like a-holes... everyone has 'em.. I want to hear them, lol.

We have an ops 29 beating an ops 39 by 270k that went through 2 ops and 5 Def platforms

Unfortunately CS can only bypass the event for you if your obstructed by something like not being able to Ops up past for example 39 because your server has been locked. If your missing materials for a building they can’t help.

And that's what turns a fun event into a horrible event for these more casual players. They try to participate as much as they can, when they can, but when they hit a wall like this, it becomes frustrating for them.

I know, they should have planned better. But it is hard when there are unknown BP events and they spend what little mats they are able to save for things like that. These events aren't supposed to be difficult, they're supposed to be like missions where you go do different tasks and progress in the tree. It just ends up becoming a motivation killer.

How they manage this event type on the next iteration (I'm sure they'll try this again, the idea is solid) will come down to what the analytics tell them. They know where players are dropping out of the Tendi path, and usually, why.

So if they’ve scored nothing, you’ll see only your contribution.

If they’ve scored a few million, you’ll see a few million.

We either need better sourcing for directives or those be siphoned out. It's really starting to be expensive. Like I get it for LBs, but SMS and completionist? What's causing the hesitation? Scopely won't tell us the reqs for things to pop in the store, though it seems pretty likely that having the ship is a prereq for a sale of the refit offer, and you need the Disco anyway for future growth.

I don’t really agree. The goal was to make it an accomplishment to earn the epic officer. If some players out there literally can’t log in to do the requirements, then they simply don’t qualify to earn an epic officer into this way. No harm no foul.
