this last incursions was the first one since i been a G5 player and i was super P'd. G4 players have 3 different brackets so 9 people can win trophies but G5/G6 are togetehr so only 3 people win a trophy

and having to pvp agsinst ops 70 to score

I've been holding myself back all day, seeing people my ops or just a bit higher saying they need 500/1000+ kills to do the event.....i did mine in 65 kills, took me 10 minutes.

I agree. I've been coasting through pretty easily until now. But these have definitely been a wake-up call. 52s are the best I can do and so the events are taking forever.

I missed all of it too. Only advice I can give from personal experience, save all your artifacts for when you can max Lorca skill and the Eye to max the upgrades for artifacts as cheap as possible, and then go ham on upgrades.

they dont actually test things. their tests are done with max level accounts with full research and primes so they have no idea how the game actually works and its sad

These p1ata missions are more frustrating than the new hostiles, the amount of strength required to get decent odds is absurd it basically means punch down on hostiles for 4 days. And the rewards just don’t seem that enticing… These missions aren’t going to be accessible to players at G3 and G4 without significant improvements to badge sourcing so we can get more than just our combat crews strengthened up.

I believe there is an autoconversion now since arc started, so they should be eventually gone from your refinery and you will just have a stockpiles of remnants

Any existing stock you had will be converted completely when you gain a new shard.

I have to agree with the majority that the scoring for the "Evolving Enemies" events are way off the mark. 17mil is an evening of grinding with two ships (Killing 50s at Ops 58). And 34mil is just not worth the effort. It's frustrating as I hate to leave events unfinished but I still have dailies and the other events to complete.

!! Please, need to address the issue of the hostile killing cap in place. With all of the grinding required for Mission/Daily/BP Events, particularly the new augment hostiles, that cap is easily met. because borg tribble generally has lower defense stats than marcus. also depending on what level the trait is, it weighs differently

so lvl 3 traits might give more crit % compared to lvl 1 or 2 traits.

Their is 15 normal sms and 4 heroic sms (15x100 =1,500 which is requirement for first sms) (4x200 = 800 for the heroics) so realistically if your goal is just the first meta you can miss 8 normal sms as long as you do all the heroics

That is one major problem, beside the really bad programming. Communication, quality assurance/management.
We are the players, the ones who pay, the ones who make sure, scopely makes that much money with the game, they do.
And for that, its not so nice how we have been treated lately by them.
It is really sad, that still, we are being fooled by getting told " quality over quantity".

With the archive, you removed a grind for the bb and now we get an even worse grind back.

Says in video aim is to have max of 4-5 loops running at any given time. Every-time new loop added an old loop is archived. (That is the long game plan for IA)

Every old loop(most) archived reduces overall grind in many things other than its own loop. It also advances your PvP and PvE abilities making other grinds easier.

You also can play at your own pace, trying to do every loop and grind that exists each day is not worth it, do it at your own pace

Choice which loop is more rewarding more worth your time

seperate your 7 days to do certain loops at certain times. e.g nsea on mondays etc. u can honestly just follow the schedule they give then slot in the other loops that u need to finish

After 13+ runs on day 1, I’ve just stopped bothering because there’s no such thing as a worthwhile hours-long grind in this game, but the actual new game features are great and it’d be nice to be able to like, play the game and reward a good arc (in concept, obv rollout has been nightmarishly bad).

New Gripe Alert: While I do think overall the new away teams are an interesting and helpful new addition, however what you failed on in my humble opinion is common sense with the requirements of "specific officers" to even start the away team assignment. I mean it would've been one thing to make those reqs for useless officers like Mitchell or others and made them useful for this, but no Scopely wants you to send everyday use officers like Neelix. i think scopely needs to rebalance the common priority 1 away teams mission so its easier to get 100% success. the uncommons or rare priority can be harder but putting all your officers in and only getting something like 60% when on other missions it gets 1.5 times is kinda ridiculous

The amount of MS reduction in today’s heroic EE event just shows how clueless you are. Reducing the grind from 120 kills to 100 kills is a minimal change at best. (Ops 62, level 60 hostiles, 12 kills per trip) 4 min grind + 2 min travel = 48 minutes to complete event. <@&509690795536941056>
