Can scopely just for one month stop adding more non working and redundant crp to the game that just adds more frustration and spend a month sorting lag, stability and maybe just remove some non working crp. Simplify the game, but give the players a reliable experience. Otherwise the exit door is going to just increase its usage. This has NOT been fun for a long g time and just posting videos saying your working on it and doing the opposite and just adding more frustation unducing loops is not building a future

I’m sorry but doing another maintenance this coming Tuesday which enables a function literally no one really seriously cares about that much, and which will likely not work anyhow, when you don’t seem to be able to fix the chronically bad game-breaking issues everyone IS complaining about, is not great.
Players are used to having to touch base for exos to be applied, can live with that, nice long term improvement sure why not. But so are bulk faction collections, a + slider for DTI rep chests that actually does something, g5 scrapping, and a multitude of other stuff which is also not really been shouted about too much (except scrapping, rightfully)
What we can’t get used to is the gs31 beam being utterly broken, which ruins a good chunk of any PvP including arenas, incursions, etc and makes soloWD a pain, Kirshara being slower than manual targeting because it double targets each hostile so is running behind them and stuttering, and sometimes just dumps its queue entirely, also making SoloWD and any grinding unreliable, and any base targeting taking so long it makes any raiding an impossible chore.
Please give the community an update on these CRITICAL bugs that are ruining the game.
And yes, doing a global cache update while the game was live, seemingly permanently losing a number of collections of event completions for many ppl, seems to be a really misguided thing to have risked.
Including this morning’s fiasco that will have been no less than a total of seven “planned” and emergency maintenances that have not addressed the serious problems that were all introduced recently, and no information is being given about these problems.
Can we actually ever expect them to be fixed, or do we have to choose between not playing, and playing with broken GS, Kirshara, and base selection, permanently?!

The cache they were working on was properly broken for a while.
Looks like a bunch of stuff that was done during the worst of it has been completely lost, and that includes some daily task completion and their payouts, and with those the hidden tokens that complete the challenge track when you complete those dailies.
Risking this work during live operations was a terrible idea 👍
Expect announcements when USA wakes up to discover the magnitude of their screwup.
I strongly suspect given the nature of the problem, that some of this stuff is irrecoverable.
I’d recommend preparing right now a screenshot of your daily tasks showing you no longer have the task there as it’s completed, along with a screenshot of your challenge track showing the wrong points total, and sending it to support.
Any player that was doing this during the problem will have to do this, and there will be a lot of emails for support to get through.
Get yours in the queue now.

Exactly this. Unfortunately, this is not a new issue. Whenever there is reddit maintenance there seems to be a really massive issue where you lose items/progress but the official notifications only mention the issues, then say when its working again. They don't ever acknowledge that you lose items/progress.
The smart play would be to bring down the servers during the 3rd party maintenance when this can happen, but they refuse to do that. Probably some sort of internal SLA they have for game uptime that they are desperately trying to meet. I am pretty sure the whole community would have been fine with the game down during reddit maintenance, with a clear and transparent explanation that they have done so to avoid people potentially losing game progress/items.
Instead - they leave it up hoping for best then have to deal with a massive influx of support requests. Makes zero sense.

Its par for course as a mod of a relatively popular online game. I dont think the pitch forks are particularly pointed at those who are looking after discord, more the scopely powers that be. Could be a good idea though to ensure broader coverage of the time zones through the red name mods.
