but like I said on short fights it skews it towards the gwen boosting crew instead of the shot crew

because shots take a couple rounds to stack

non-max tolra is RNG

the picard bev gwen crew is reliable damage

at rank 3 tolra they are about even

at 4+ tolra, Tolra is better

except vs Rev armadas that die in just a few rounds (like 3-4 rounds or less)

If you read the Event - you need to reach the other milestones of the Meta Event

Each box unlocks with a milestone

so you got to wait and claim the other daily whisper gift to reach all mile stones

That's way too much farming for too little loot. Hit higher for more loot per kill. Min/max the kills/loot/time.

Tiering and doing the IA as you go also makes gaining loot significantly easier. There's basically 0 down sides to tiering as you go. Takes less time, is more economical on loot/time.
You talk about min/max but all you're doing is min.
