Scoring lag is a widespread issue right now. While it is catching up for some players, it may take awhile for your server's performance to be normal.

Spock increased your ship as he was supposed to. But iirc he acts the same way as Leslie, that shield he increased gets redacted afterwards

The hull discrepancy is from using Kirk. He temporarely increased your health stats on the ship to the next %-level, meaning your hull got increased. That hull also gets redacted again afterwards

Not a bug, just exactly what I explained. The Stat increase of Kirk gives you some bonus health which gets redacted after the fight. If the leftover hull is negative, you die even if the log shows you survived

I followed the retrofit path. The mission was in my mission list, i made lvl 18 and picked up remaining parts from the faction store or wherever they were, don't remember. I built the Botany but the mission disappeared from my mission list. As someone asked if I took the augments to Rigel, no. The mission is gone. I never got the prompt. And now I can not enter augment space and do those missions.

I need the retrofit mission put back in my mission list.

And do not tell me to open a help ticket. I've already opened 2 of them over the last 3 weeks and never got help. Heck, i never even got a response.

I've had this problem with bookmarks for about a year now. They keep feeding the same "our developers are aware" and "this is a high priority" and "please be patient" the entire time.

This issue is out of control and severely impacts key aspects of the gameplay like raiding. How many people need to experience this problem and for how long before the devs actually start investing the time into fixing bad code?

Save your player ID & ScopelyID information
Sign out of Game Center (Apple) & Google Play (Android) on all devices
Restart device
Uninstall STFC
Restart device
Install STFC
Restart device
Sign into STFC via ScopelyID only

Play the game for a few days to see if the bookmark issue is resolved.

Anyone else having an issue with G4 mining dailies not scoring like normal when your miner gets hit? Normally if I mine 100k and then miner gets hit then the 100k counts for dailies but now it only counts if I move the ship off node, if miner gets hit then what was already mined doesn't count. Real pain since we have incursions miners keep getting hit.

I participated in the Einfall event on the APAC servers. My station parked in a 19 system 12 sts. Shield pulled (if this is not possible by the event why is there no warning message? ) and 2 hours after pulling the shield were attacked ......
You can't access the PC version after the last patch on 19/07/2022.

Instead of starting new events every day that don't even work, you should concentrate on fixing the bugs and errors. I think a large part of the community would like that. And it would be better times 2 weeks or more to do without that we would welcome players very much.

Your issue is different from the many posted today then. I'd start with rebooting your router. Then move to repairing the client from the launcher.

If that fails, then uninstall the game, delete the game folder. Then reinstall the game to a new custom folder.

to be fair, emulators are not against ToS... you're better of using the official PC client (if you're on a windows machine) but if the device you're using is an android mobile phone (or tablet) or an emulated android phone (or tablet) is in fact not a violation of the ToS.

It sounds like a full reinstall can fix it. You can do a full reinstall by uninstalling the game. Then locating the file folder the game was in and deleting that and then reinstalling

Yes, I have had the Extended Zoom enabled for months now... Has always worked. Still enabled, but when I zoom out x4 the hostiles turn to triangles. This used to happen only after x10 zoom out. @umbral nexus As I said before, bugs seem to re-appear after every update. Bug fixes listed in the Release notes re-appear a month later. This tells me that Developers either do not share code fixes with other teams, or the other teams disregard these fixes.

You see red hex for enemies when you're home on your server. Blue hex for friendlies who like you have invaded the enemy server. That is, hex only ever shows for players who are not on their own server. They're not both supposed to be active at once.

hello there. i think what happened few days ago on support case is not acceptable for users. short story long 🙂 i was doing my dailies, killing hostiles. later i started game (after 18:00 my local time) and i saw i didnt finish same event... i was short for 140 points (thats what support said). in same time i have discovered very strange behavior of the game... and raised that with support. officer xp on my mobile phone and on my pc are not the same! even same platform 2 menus is not showing same numbers! 2 screen shots from PC and 2 from mobile phone attached. but thats not all... on store/territory section.... i wanted to buy surax particle... i was not able to... it is saying purchase failed? ok... few seconds later... i wanted to buy other particles quantom for example, and guess what? it worked. for only one thing i cared about, and that is a mission HEROIC BP OVERFLOW. because of this issue, i am missing 6k of them... and no matter i played each day to chase them, because of this issue i wont be able to finish it. and support is saying... we are sorry we can see in the longs that you are missing 140 points. well, this is a fact, but they are not seeing the bigger picture. SYNC in between platforms is not working! same account different numbers! how is that possible? and now they wont event accept this like a problem?!?!?! for real Scopely?

This situation in dismotivate the playing with this game... 😠 Why was my schild disabled?! I have from the 7 days shield nearly 5 days to expire...

@high citrus thank you for the information, then i quit the game... It has nonsense to play something that after an update makes the gameplay non playable as was before. Old rules are re-writed, resources stolen, even though the shield was active....
this could have been resolved in another way.

SNW LA'AN below deck ability does not work. The ship shows a larger cargo size but it is unusable. The cargo maxes same as without her. Tested both with mining and raiding. Same result.

There ist no Prime.exe directory in my stfc installation folder and there is no version.dll either.
Afaik the Gamelauncher runs an update each time you start the game, so they should be all up to date (all dll-files share the same date: 2021-11-18)

I have the same effect (app crashing when opening a system) on my android-smartphone (samsung note 10).
Only device I can play with actually is my tablet, which has the worst performance 😦

@river fable you need to read the discord more often, and perhaps play the game more often. It was widely announced that a new event would take place and the event would be Server vs Server and that shields would be disabled for anyone in a level 20+ system. Had you been playing or checking the discord about the game, you would have known and been able to take steps to protect your resources.

I have 2 kids I started playing when the first one was born. I don't have the time always to read the discord, or so. thank you for the game so far, but this is a big disappointment for me. So many years, and the gameplay is harder, with many regulation....

После перехода на 110-ый сервер, вкладка ресурсы оказалась пустой, там попросту ничего нет, совсем ничего. Прошу исправьте эту ошибку как можно скорее.
