You can't go by the toast notifications, the rarely show the correct increase when multiple scoring is involved. Instead look at your total points before and after and you should see the total point increase for help all is working as expected.

Either in research or your inventory, look for Stella particles, clicking on them will give you a prompt to go to the scrapyard.

Activated a galaxy exocomp and it activated on both the galaxy slot and the multi-purpose. Can't start a new one in the multi-purpose or it will override and it might override both sloths (not sure and don't wanna try)

Try different combinations of officers for jump efficiency. It's basically a rounding problem, so you're trying to change the number in the client to round differently.
So Stamets with synergy and Culber, no Culber, less synergy, just Culber, etc.

Thanks all, I'll try more combos as my ships are freed up. Weird thing is, I'm not using any disco crew. Was using a mining crew and then a ferengi crew, as they were already in that dock.

Yeah, it's not really the crew as much as an error in the client. There are some spots where the client either returns a wrong number or rounds differently compared to the server, which causes the error. So using different combinations of efficiency you should be able to find a number that matches client and server.
Upgrading the ship warp drive or the level of research may also help.

After activating the Exocomp, to raid, sometimes it works and sometimes it just doesn't. Also at times it works half way, giving half (or a very small percentage) bonus instead of the true +9,900%

Got an example for you: The Pixel 6, almost always restarts when reentering game after moving out of it with task in the background.
There are times when it doesnt happen and times when it always happens.

When a ship levels up in space, the level number is not updated to represent the new, current level of the ship. It will only update when docked at the station. Bug was introduced when instead of just the level, the level plus the max level of the ship got displayed.

I feel like I'm nitpicking, but on July 7th you wrote

"For any alliances in the APAC region affected by the server migration last month, please check your gift tab!"

And so far there wasn't anything in the gifts tab, and so the entire incident just went on without any consequences. The cherry on top was the tag got stolen in the process and support refuses to answer, which does lead to a theory that supposed gift went to the lvl 14 one man alliance who stole our tag instead. Then support refusing to answer about the supposed gift. And I'm not sure if it was protocol, but I've sent the same questions and all relevant screenshots to your DM which never got a response.

All in all I feel like I'm invisible throughout all this, that supposed compensation never came, support trying their hardest to dodge the issue, and Community Manager never responding either.

And now here I am, trying to tag u while ur online before I go to sleep because our timezones don't match and praying that this issue doesn't get pushed up and drowned in hundreds of other Eco tags, and praying that support doesn't close my ticket because I have responded with the exact same issue, asking them not to close the ticket and pretend I didn't ask anything

Found a bug with the new chat on PC, if you pop out the chat to the left side of the screen while in window mode and hten resize the screen. THe chat disappears, it doesnt show up at the top where is normaly would be or on the left side, even if you go back to full window mode.

I had the same issue - when you login to the mobile app, it detects you already have an account and asks something about linking the account - if you choose yes, it links the mobile account to the email address of the desktop account and the desktop account "vanishes"

I was logged in on another desktop so I was able to switch it to a new email address to fix the issue, but support will otherwise need various details to resolve it

"Pending Away Mission"? Not sure what you mean by that. If you started the Away mission you put them on, then they'yre on that Away mission.
If you placed them, but didn't actually start the mission, I'd try restarting your game.

Having a stash in the PVE Chest allowed me to get to Reserves that could give me more Resources when I might have run low or out of a particular resource needed during a Battle Event (like Territory Competition, etc). Previously, clicking on the PVE Chest would deduct 50 points for each group of Resources collected. (Not sure what it is doing now.)

Question for Scopley. Why did you make the scoring for the Spend event the same. If my memory serves me right. 3* UC was 100 and Rares were 150. 4* was UC like 150 or 200 and the Rares were 200 or 250. Now both 3* and 4* both are the same scoring. 3* is easy to get but even after you reach 40. 4* still is harder to get than 3*. I believe scoring should be different with the materials.

This can sometimes happen if you're logged into the account via two ways, ie. with game center/android AND scopelyID. A workaround that works for many is to log out of all sign-ins and then log into only scopelyID.

It's a known bug. The work-around for it is to save your preset, don't go off that screen, and re-start the game on your computer or device.

It seems that the extra cargo space that the below-decks ability of La'an provides is not working correctly. When I check the info on cargo of the ship, be it in the ship menu or the galaxy menu, it shows me 4k free cargo space. When I check the combat report, it tells me cargo is full.

Bug: When I send a ship to an armada, but don't actually watch the system to see it arrive, the ship status on the HUD never changes to the "in armada" state with timer. Instead, It just stays "Zz" after arriving, then goes directly to combat display when the armada timer expires. If I focus on the system while the armada is counting down, the display will update and show the ship in armada.

In the current event "Threat from Beyond - Heroic!", the game indicates that for my ops level (23), killing a swarm hostile of level 24+ should yield 10 points. I killed probably 7 of them, but my total score was 36 (I had killed a bunch of level 20 swarm hostiles prior to killing the level 24 ones, so it seems like the 24 swarm hostiles was only counting as '1').
