Sounds like you missed over 6k in bp points 🤔 the overflow was fully completable. Maybe ask CS what you missed or if there was a bug that affected scoring you can get it fixed

One even changed the alliance name and tag, and when people complained, he changed his back but then an alliance of one took the tag, but not the name. Many suspect that it is the first guy's alt account. What can they do to get it back?

FYI, if you scan a target with a ship affected by the level display bug, the correct ship level displays on the scan screen. I'm currently leveling a Stella, and it shows as 30 in manage out of docks and 33 in a scan. Not ideal, but a quick workaround.

This usually happens when you use double sign-in methods at the same time, eg. Apple Game Center + ScopelyID. You'll need to fully log out of both, and then log in with only ScopelyID.

To me, it sounds like a classic example of spaghetti (maybe some legacy too) code. If this is the case, as a developer trying to sort out earlier work, it's easiest to just touch as little as possible in order to achieve what the end goal is, because it can be hard to get an overview over how the code is interconnected.

I have a feeling this is the case, as we get "quality of life" improvements (I guess which noone has asked for) such as a mini-build queue (what's the point, it was collapsible), instead of cool stuff like a new battle log for instance.

This is merely guesswork on my part though, so don't consider it facts. Development can be hard!

Nope. Scopely says if someone changed it first, then it's theirs and they won't change it. So an alliance that has been around since the game began, is 8th in Power on the server, loses out to a troll in an alliance of one that no one heard of before because he logged in first. Is Scopely testing shields suppression? Twice today my bubble went down well before its time.

Just now I came online and saw my base had been hit 6m earlier (attacker died horribly).

Yet I had no auto bubble.

The other night I put up a 12 hour shield before going to bed. When I logged in around 8 hours later I had been raided and my shield read 11 hrs 59 mins. I reached out to support and they said they wouldn't give me back the resources I lost because their records show I wasn't shielded. I have no idea why that would be. I started the shield and even had to confirm it because it interrupted a shield that would have expired over night. I am extremely upset over this.

Possibly a client-server desync. I'd perform an action after turning on a shield, like attacking a hostile or clicking a help, to ensure that they are sync'd.

I had mission Retrofit: Build Botany Bay. I know it was there because I was looking at it. Switched over to faction store, got remaining blueprints. I used a bunch of latinum to buy the missing resources and to speed up and finish build.

I got no mission complete/collect notification nor did Kahn's dialog box appear to say thank you. But the mission is no longer showing in my mission log (only have 30 active so not close to 54 limit) and it says I need to complete Retrofit to enter augmented space.

Who do I contact to get this fixed?

Stop spawning:
Another player destroyed your Bounty Hunter, so they target him
Unlucky timing, somebody entered and got the warning about a Bounty hunter attacking them, blocking yours

All my PVE chests disappeared I had 20,000 chests and now I only show 1000! I had 3 PVP chests they all disappeared also show none now!

It was in the patch notes, chests are capped at 1000 now, all over that would have been rolled into your new set of 1000

Though in future any over 1000 just get lost.
