I am having the worst week ever in stfc. My device is no longer loading after the update. Support promised help but nothing has been done and i am hearing nothing. I am on server 77 and my base is wide open for raiding. I was first in events and lev 35. Spent $1000's and can't get an email from your support department. I'm very upset.

I'm curious if this channel is even monitored by any stfc staff.

My alliance is also curious as to why i'm having such difficulties. Number #1 on the server. Theynare still hovering over my base.

Why is Kronos so hard to spawn a Regular level 49 miner. All I see are heavies. I have sat here and n Kronos now 20 minutes and zero have spawned. Romulus and Sol have many 49 miners. Not Kronos. I need these for it won’t hurt my levels but takes most the days to find them. Kronos is broken on spawning regular 49 miners.

Try rebooting your router first. Then try the repair option in the launcher if that fails. And then move to uninstalling/reinstalling if that still didn't work.

It's a known issue. Tons of us are going through it. They are trying to work on a fix no idea when though. You will have to find an alternative way to log in, either through PC or tablet. As well as trying to install an older apk of the game.

La'an's Lower Decks ability doesn't seem to be working properly - the ship can't mine any more, but it's not at max cargo according to the ship's total cargo display.

Just to complicate things, the amount in cargo (1.98m) is not the same as total cargo without La'an equipped, either.

when landing on a mining node, it doesn't start mining straight away, when returning ships to base it doesn't return straight away

2 pics from same iPhone. You unfortunately can’t see the physical notch blocking the content.

First pic correctly aligns with the phones safe area bounds. Appropriate spacing on left, right and bottom to not have content blocked. Move to another away mission (second screen) and all the content now pushes right up to the border on all sides, resulting in lots of content being blocked. Consistently happens moving in and out of screens all over the place

Yeah, this is highly annoying. Often I can’t get to an officer’s traits tab because the icon is hidden behind the physical notch. I have to rotate my phone 180 degrees so the notch is at the other end when the screen flips, just to be able to hit that particular button. And the constant zooming/resizing that the game randomly does is very jarring. iPhone XR here.

So you are telling me, they are restricting all the ships once you hit 41 and up. I can't level the jelly, the Franklin A etc. until 43 unless we buy the packages. That is totally ridiculous. They are not going to help us. I'm still locked out. I've tried to access my account from my laptop and cannot. I have a scopely account and a player id. I have spent more money on this game then any other, in the $1000 because i thought i could trust this company because of the exorbitant pricing schemes. I purchased through the google play platform because i thought they would help with unscrupulous practises. I have tried and failed to get into what i thought was mine. I feel i've been robbed by bandits. I don't want to roll back my game from ptak software. I want support from the company i've been so generous with. But all i get are automated customer service responses saying they are aware of a common reported issue. But there is no acknowledgement on the news . many complaints here because we are all desperate to play and have a common problem. Terrible customer support from the moat expensive game i've ever seen or played. I really hate that tech put there disgusting grubby gremlin hands on gaming.

The faulty update was released 21.06 - if they released an update it should help

If you want to downgrade the game (bacause your game crashes during loading in Android) and know how to install file not from google app store - use google and search for "star trek fleet command apk download", open first link and download .apk version from 2022-06-09 (it is crucial to pick that version). Just be careful because you need to uninstall game first and if you don't have Scopely ID or didn't login with your email you might lose your account.

Ship leveling bug. was level my ship from 25 to 30. leveled correctly to level 29 then stopped leveling. every few minutes the small ship symbol would flash with the level up announcement but when you go into manage it still just shows level 29/30 with no progress on the exp bar. current running latest updated version on the game and resets doesn't change the issue. Once ship was back in station and repaired game corrected it to level 30.

My game interface on my Iphone 11 has buttons that I cannot touch as it is on the very edge of the screen. The game has certain buttons such as the officer tabs for promotion/ traits/ upgrade that I cannot get to work at all. Depending on which buttons I am going for I have to constantly flip the phone as the camera area / speaker on the upper portion of iphones now blocks one side of the screen completely. Such as the ships tab, or hiding the build queue buttons / research buttons. Either way, before yesterday’s update I could access any button in the game no matter which way I held my device, now I cannot. Any way you guy can revert the lay out to the previous set up? This is a layout that will not work on ios phones at all and makes game play difficult. @umbral nexus

Don't get excited by the numbers...all math is done at a T1 lvl for any ship. But even 100% is at T1 lvl so if you have PC of 50k, the PC will increase to 100k then add lvl buffing and research buffing.

Here you can see that 100% bonus to protected cargo adds 14k, so base protected must be about 14k.
A T1 cargo module only had 1200 protected. Where is the the other near 13k base protected coming from?

1. The T6 cargo module is actually 3000 base protected.
2. the tier bonus to protected at T6 is adding a further 1000 to base protected.
   And 3) this is an example of one of the few research that also increases base protected cargo, by 10000.
   That's 14000 base protected cargo, exactly as expected by including the correct cargo module value, tier bonus, and the (in this specific example, as only gety select research works this way) research bonus.

Yes, they're adding additional bonuses to base, not increasing base itself or otherwise they'd all be fantastic..
And by adding a further 100% you effectively see the current base value, because those % based bonuses just stack (hence why 300% bonus gave me exactly 3x the amount of 100% bonus).
This is the entire reason you would say to add a bonus to measure the difference, because 100% adds the same amount whether you have 0% other bonuses or 1000000% other bonuses..

Swapping to a different ship doesn't resolve the problem. It affects specifically that ship slot. My Franklin-A in that ship slot had the same problem. The only way to resolve the bug was a full restart

Do you have Pike as captain? That's a known bug. Happens with Stonn as well. Cargo expansion is a non-combat ability, so Pike doesn't boost it, but the game incorrectly shows it as though the ability were boosted

Okay just to be clear then - broadly sounds like two options.

First is a corrupted installer which you can redownload.

Otherwise, have you perchance attempted to manually delete some files from a previous version rather than using the uninstaller? Then corrupted data / states might be left. You’ll need to delete those. Installing in a different location (folder) MIGHT work but I doubt it

Software installers/manufacturers always want to recommend turning off firewalls and AV during install. It almost never makes a difference, just gives them something to blame.

As an ISO (currently) it makes me cringe to think about doing that.

This is a bug on all platforms. It used to be a lot worse but seems to be a lot better now. Your ship is in the armada it’s just your dock hasn’t updated its state. 🖖

Ask them to talk in AC first to see if they've been chatbanned. If it's not that, then they're probably having a connection issue and should start with the basic IT route of restarting their router.

Just for reference, if you have logs from before and after it's probably helpful to send through screenshots of the ship stats for both. Ship power is just based on the stats, and should be taken with a grain of salt regardless, but if ship power had changed then one or more of the listed stats has changed and can (if nothing else) help to narrow down what might have happened.

I found two, the armada one mentioned above where it doesn't show you in the armada until you view the system it's in and the other is when ships are leveling it doesn't show the current level when out of station. The xp bar changes to reflect the level ups but the level number does not.

Was this intentional? Really sucks not being able to browse and plan ahead anymore.

before the hotfix, you still would get a "Research" button being shown which you could click to browse the trees etc.

• @sonic sorrel The amount of cargo you now have is the correct increase; unfortunately the cargo indicator in the third screenshot is incorrectly showing that you have even more space. It's one of the older bugs when it comes to things changing cargo where it visually shows more than it should. It's definitely on their backlog of things to fix.

Disappearing Act: Still not working. Kill 5 the first day, left with 99 tetryon. on second day, after daily goals reset, kill 2 more @40 tetryon cost each, leaves 19. plus 45 from first kill under dailies, should allow for next 3, but no. Games states I only have 19, and does not add the 45. So no third kill for added 75 to finish the final three. So you need to wait until you receive the free daily tetryon on day two and hope, your timing is correct to finish on day two with enough time and tetryon.

And yes, I did reset game localization, if it was a network issue, Could be I need to redock ship?

The dailies award is radiation, not the fuel for using cloaks.

In order to do the event, you should get a 26 cloak, and use that for the efficiency, ie. cloaks cost 25 tets vs your 40.

Which means, you still cannot complete it, unless you use a non epic cloaking ship that has lower tetryon costs. So still broken, as you need 400 tetryons of fuel and are limited to 200.. Thanks, Cadnle I understood that from "content creators." So the added time is meant solely for use of non epic cloaking ships.

As my dailies require killing reds of 42s or higher for the "tetryon radiation" daily rewards, the Disappearing Act event rewards don't really add anything, except for the uncommons, of course. The tetryon radiation has more value under the 40s research tree for shields, hulls, etc.

Unless I want to go backwards, and build a 26 cloak dedicated just for the Disappearing Act event. Doubt a 26 combat ship can work for 40s reds. 😭

For clarity, the amount of cargo you get is correct. I believe that any changes to a ships cargo that act in a semi-temporary capacity (officers and buffs) may cause the indicator that you have when selecting a ship to be incorrect and show that you have even more space when you actually don't.

When it first ran it was 3 days long. Even with that it requires not doing the dalies in order to have enough for whenever the event pops up. Or using the cloak during gameplay

I'm personally not aware of the issue you're describing but I'm guessing those aren't visual glitches but an entirely different topic?

Amalgam is completely bugged. The exo had disappeared after I activated it. After I restarted the app, it was active again - for one shot. Then he remained disappeared even after restarting. Also gone are my just refined amalgam exo.

Officer shards appear to have an issue. I’ve pulled at least 2, if not 3 Kirk shards in the last 24 hours and he still shows 1/100. I only noticed it with him because he’s purple. I haven’t paid attention to my other officers. Hopefully it isn’t widespread and I’ve been wasting all my chest pulls the last few days.

server 116. notifications are clearing. every log in the notifications of the last 24-48 hrs for messages or battle logs etc are shown as unread. on top of that when i then log on to my laptop to play i have a notification on anything done on mobile since last log in. when back on the phone the same happens with laptop activity.
