I would like to report a Power Drop during and after building my Shuttle Bay.
Before I started building it, My power was 5.86M.
After building and upgrading the Shuttle Bay to L28(my level) and now done 2 of the Away Mission Research...my power has dropped to 5.8M.
I made no ship or crew changes during this time.

Ok...I restarted my app and now I'm showing 5.88M. Seems a bit small after 27 upgrades to a building... But it's an increase.

But the Nano Probe Hunter, USS Franklin Impulse Speed, Frequency Modulator Cost Efficiency, D'Vor Latium Mining Improvement, and D'vor Security Enhancement all only require level 24 of R&D Department but are locked behind needing Survey Warp.

There is a bug in away teams research to increase mining speed. I have done all 3 factions up to lvl 2. Timer on nodes says its faster but when the timer runs out there is still about 10k left in the 25k nodes my ships protected cargo can hold 51k so the speed increase is not working like it should

Yeah, been around for a while. Give it time and it should have mined the higher amount, the problem is that you'll go zero faster than expected; you need to judge mining times and set timers to check on it instead of relying on the stated times 🙄

As the increases could be relatively small at lower research levels and easily lost in the rounding, it's possible that it's just not enough to notice. If you've done the work post it up to as part of the bug report for the mods to pass on 👍 if not, I'll try and get up to it sooner than later 😬

The Countdown bug is not completely fixed yet and, yes, I did download the update patch. I woke from sleep to find an Away Team Mission completed, so I collected te reward. The Countdown Timer was already on 0.00.00 but there was no reset. I could not even manually refresh.

I closed the program down and reloaded and the timer numbers had disappeared. Manual refresh still did not work.

@toxic hornet @warm gazelle Received the screenshotted error message when attempting to send ships into a territory my own alliance was defending on server 10. Alliances merged into server 10 from server 18 are intentionally overloading systems to create lag by flooding the systems with ships. I have no issue with pvp, however as the 2nd screenshot taken from general chat from a member of an server 18 alliance who's alliance did not "buy" into the takeover indicates, alliances are conspiring to exploit the game by causing lag. I cannot see any other reason why the term "we broke it" is used, other than an indication of a purposeful exploit of the game.

actually if you look at the stats on the right it does add all the bonuses for the stats, yes your correct you only see the base stats if you are looking at the officer card in the Assignment window, but your still using all the Bonuses

The timer being on zero is part of the bug, there will still be time until the actual refresh but you can't see how long. So it's possible even that you collected right after the refresh and have to wait all day for the next one 😬 times look to be the same across a server though, so it's not too hard to find out when the refresh will actually happens. Doesn't help with the manual refresh issue though unfortunately.

If you have extra crew (locked spaces) on the bottom deck players will see those officer stats included in to your ships strength

Some bugs are simple fixes but finding the route cause of the bug isn't always that easy, some more complicated bugs can fixed quickly because the route cause can be found quickly, they are always fixing bugs and looking for the route causes, just takes time

I have had a weird bug. When I started the game and wanted to go to away missions, it gave the text I had to be ops 8 and unlock the shuttle bay to unlock away missions. My ops is lvl 29 and my shuttle bay lvl 21

Its obvious not the problem that the route cause is hard to find, when many bugs still exist after more then 2(?) years. but bug fixing costs money.. whereas new content brings money, so why taking much time for bugs? The last bug fixing list containts almost only bug fixes for visual bugs or loading problems.

Can only speculate, never once had a shield issue. If you have issues with shields best bet is to send whatever details you can to customer support; half the battle with any bug is finding why it happens, the more information they have the better they are able to find patterns and possible causes. If they find that you've lost resources at no fault of yours they may be willing to do something even.

I've done the math and compared to actuals with the help of some others who have the research completed, shield health works out as expected based on the research working.
You will need to remember that most increases won't be large due to the pre-existing bonuses (the example I was working with had 822% bonus already, so the extra 20% is only a relative increase of about 2.17%) and it's not that uncommon to have shield health rounded to the nearest million making differences very hard to spot (we tested on a Mayflower to get the shield health down low enough to avoid this issue).

Since the addition of the TNG officers, all my cadets (except cadet scotty) have disappeared from my standard recruit chests. The NextGen common officers have replaced the cadets, if you were above Ops Level 20 you got a chest with some Next Gen officers to bring them up a Tier, but below that you've basically been screwed if you were well on your way maxing cadets. I understand that the Cadets possibly come back into standard recruit packs at level 20 but this is unconfirmed as Scopely have said NOTHING about this change

1. there is research that applies to your ships when I'm station, correctly increasing your power.
2. there is also some faction specific research that applies incorrectly to other factions when in station, incorrectly increasing ship power.

No, the timer being 0 is the bug. Refresh happens only every 12 hours, and yet mine went zero in less than 8 (as in it will say 4 hours remaining, and then suddenly 0). It's meant to reflect the time into refresh, not be the actual refresh, but it breaks and then this breaks the refresh now button.
The actual refresh time itself though is unchanged and will happen at the scheduled time regardless.

Steve has found that refresh times look to be the same for each server region (APAC, EU, US), so if you know which you are on we can advise what time refresh will happen.

The "Away Team" mission speedups are glitching......I had a mission in progress with 22 hours and change left....I had 8 4 hour speedups, used 5. If you're looking at them in the officer section when off of ships or in the away mission section then they are displayed without bonuses; however the higher stats are applied when put on ships or away missions.

Well, we can check his stat bonus in effect.
Bring him back, remove from the ship, go to officers and check one of his stats. Then put him back on a ship and compare this stat amount to the first. (Second stat / first stat) - 1 should give the % bonus applied. You can then compare that number with all of your stat bonuses (don't forget the academy bonus) to see if it adds up.

The bug is that the timer is showing 0 incorrectly, but refresh will stil lhappen at the correct time for your server. If you know your server region Steve has worked out when you can expect refresh to actually happen.

The bug regarding revenge hostiles not counting towards events like Cosmic Cleanup applies when you let the hostile attack you. I had bounty hunter spawn and rather than wait for it to attack me, I initiated an attack and it scored points for event.

You don't need rare ticket for the prime directive event, but a "prime directive" token. Look in your free chest or event store, it was given free.

You can choose the activity you prefer with it, mining or killing hostiles. Both the event have the same rewards.

The ticket for the ticket event was also give in a chest, you can choose one of the 3,event ( different rewards)

The second chest doesn’t give any missions, only some goodies. The missions gotten from the first chest (10 missions) can complete the event by itself — check the scoring on the first two tool tips!

After some talks inside the alliance I see both events required prime directive and we could only choose one, the thing is that the first I selected was not a prime symbol but a ticket symbol and this is the reason of my question when the directive didn't worked on the second, think I'm clarified now, but I'm pretty sure first symbol was wrong but all fine since all players could choose only one event between both 👍

Server EU156, autokilling klingons does not count for the hunt hostiles event... My ship killed over 60 lvl 20-22 enemies and I only scored 39 points... WHAT? No fun!

I have had the weird bug that if I wanted to go to the away missions tab, it said I still had to build my shuttle bay. My shuttle bay is lvl 25 and upgrading at the moment

the away missions list freezes on the first one selected to have a look into. if you then want to look into another one from the list, it keeps showing the first one you opened. you must reboot as workaround. am using ipad.

That is just the way they have set up the scoring mechanics, it’s if you do the first research of each node you get 100 points each, any extra for a node only gives 20. Seems weird but that’s the way they have it setup, it’s been like@that the last few times they have done new research tree events

I've given up on sending this to in-app support. All they tell me to do it clear localization and restart the game, or connect to a better network signal. Sorry, but that isn't the problem.

The event image for "Threat from Beyond" is like this every week. It's the only event that does this for me. I've talked with other people and I'm not the only one who sees this, but I also know this does not happen to everyone.

My guess, the event image is too high resolution for my phone. My graphics are auto-set to medium in my settings.

Server 54 Base Shield Issues. Been having problems with 12hr shields lasting only 4 to 8hrs. Shields dropping after doing an armada. 24hr shields not lasting 24hrs.

You would have gotten the contents still, you don't need to actually see it to get them. If you're worried though you can contact CS in game, I believe that they can verify that the items were received in their logs.

This is on a Gladius that I just built.. I had the same issue trying to upgrade other parts of it.. after several restarts changing Dry Dock slots I was able to get a couple of them to work but not this one what's going on with my Gladius
