None of the devs are online, you need to fix the visual effect bugs, its really really annoying now.. i am getting it every couple of minutes, i either get the pink screen, the event notification pop ups locking up or the hostile data disappearing.. i cannot be rebooting the game every two mins.. this is worse than the memory related ipad crashes i had.. atleast then i was able to play for 20-30 minutes before it crashed.. fix it.. you said u fixed it in the last update and on this update.. and you have not.. you either cannot root cause the problem or you have some seriously bad devs

I used the new credits from the 2 year anniversary rewards box to claim the Mirror, Mirror missions. I went to the gifts section and I claimed the Broken Mirror set first, and the game froze and I had to hit the back button to get out of it. When I went back into the gifts section, the Broken Mirror missions weren't claimed but the Broken Mirror credits were gone making it un-claimable! The Mirror, Mirror missions were collected, but it didn't take any of the Mirror, Mirror credits away for claiming those missions like it should have! Unless I'm missing something? 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

The game keeps losing tags on ships or getting the giant pink squares on the nodes. Clearing the cache was working before the upgrade, but now half the time it is completely freezing up and a hard reset is necessary. Many people in my server have been experiencing it in different parts of the country, across different platforms, and with good internet connections.

I'm on day 2 of a separatist event that essentially requires I kill 1300 ships to complete. I know it's a common issue right now for today's event, but it's been going on for me since the battlepass started. Can't commit to the hours needed to fulfill this rediculous requirement.

@opaque aurora One option is to suicide against the bosses. If you have Vemet, use him as captain and get multiple hits before you have to repair. I can get 7M per run this way (need 55M to finish the event) so that's less painful than killing literally 900 ships that I would need otherwise.

@opaque aurora Attack separatist bosses. If you use a hostile crew, you may be able to do enough damage in a few attempts. If that isn't enough, you can do what MilamberPug says, just make sure you're also using Nero for the burning effect, that will be the source of the damage.

The War Without, War Within event is completely bugged. You can just hit a dead base over and over and get loads of points with no need to repair or actually and PvP battle.
If there is a base in Ayvren, just keep hitting it.

So in the Alliance Territory Inventory tab there is a button that breaks down the contributions made fr each member. This breakdown is a net number which is very confusing. As the person who activates the enhancers and spends the alliance resources my contributions keep going back to 0 each time I activate something in our territories.

Nero isn't broken, he's just not very good. And the issue isn't that your augur is weakly bugged, but that shields are OP and the enterprise only needs 1 officer to get heaps of shields.

If we still pay to play, at least give us an plesant game experience😡. Another advice! When you make pvp events, name some ships in the event, like it was in the past pvp events. I had a solution for my lag problem and app crashing, I switched my router back from ipv6 to ipv4 and the lag is definitely much lower and the game is playable, also no game crashes occurred so far

@round veldt would have to do a lot of adding up and some math to say for sure, but I think you'll find that the damage from burning killed your ship (1% of hull health at start of combat). You see it occasionally in Armadas: your ship is burning, target is destroyed, you take burn damage and are also destroyed.

how would a ship be burning in an armada? I can understand the armada burning, but I didn't think there was any ability that causes burning on your own ship. I figured the burning is what did it, but I am curious why it still says I lost, even though I kill him before the burning killed me.

Oh, sorry in armada it's other way around. You get destroyed, armada then dies (and then you can't restart to finish it off even).

Typically you won't get rewards for AMS rewards for stages already completed, but I did receive rewards after mine had been completed, so try bringing back some iso or refining some.

During the PvP event I sent my gladius to the PvP system Sirius. It didn't show up and hitting recall button gives a "ship is already docked" message. Hitting the warp button gives a "ship inaccessible" message. Base scan shows no ship docked. Is this a new feature or did you repossess my ship?

Cleared cache, restarted game, deleted and reinstalled gene, had someone hit my base. Noting had worked. Was 6th in PvP and dropped to 15. Can't swap ship for a miner to complete in mining event now.

There is a bug that when I'm being chased by an enemy ship trying to get me, if it's close ish (at least 3 enterprise ship lengths away on my screen) if I change course at all, they get me. I've lost a Vidar you an enterprise, it ran me down without a speed crew and killed me 3 ship lengths away. I just barely lost my Centurion to an enterprise, with the same impulse. I had a 3-4 second head start running away and it caught me when I selected "Go" to a spot a little further on, at least 2 ship lengths away.

The game seems to be developing new glitches and resurrecting old ones. The "stuck in preparing" glitch has resurfaced as well as the "hang on loading" glitch that sometimes keeps the game from starting up.
I've also expirienced a new glitch where the screen comes up with no icons.

Then began the only mission chain I could find, the mirror mirror mission chain.
Finished that chain but anything that I could find regarding the reverse mirror does not appear available. So thinking that I had to purchase a continuation of the mirror mirror missions I of course purchased the mirror mirror mission that had been updated? after an hour. Except that it appears to be the same mission I just completed. Can you tell me first if it is, and second where the reverse mirror mission went to? This is the first time I've done these missions and if there was an order to them, I was unaware of it.
Also I've been getting a weird erosion of graphics.

@thorn kindle they're also designed specifically to be used on capture nodes, not as general combat vessels. Added to the fact that capture nodes provide 3 additional points per minute and that these ships will have massive damage bonuses once there, you certainly don't want them to be zipping around the system avoiding everything with ease, tanking epics, and blowing ships away left and right.. By making them relatively weak off of capture nodes and slow moving it means that you can't just roll in with a fleet and win, and it means that you can at least try to employ some more tactics in the battle: protect your sarcophagus ships until they're on the nodes and stop their sarcophagus ships from reaching the nodes. And it also means that if you aren't in a big alliance you can still have a chance to dislodge opposing large warships or maintain your own ships against larger warships on capture nodes.
Perhaps #💬-general-feedback would be better suited, but honestly it all sounds like good ideas and trying new things to me (which isn't a bad thing).

You'll need to review the missions leading up to it and compare with your mission list and archive list, sometimes it's as simple as just being archived. So this looks like a basic lat system, 32/hour base speed. My T5 D'Vor wouldn't be much behind yours, but with a 50% mining bonus from territory he's seeing 6916/hour (or 4611 without bonuses). So on the assumption that you're not using 10of10 (the Tribble) on the ship then about 4k sounds right, and then the 8k speed would about match expectations with a rich node. It looks ok to me, but if you're not satisfied we can run the math on your ship details and any crew or territory bonuses to get an exact expected speed.

@sterile ember that's not uncommon. Were you using as captain any of epic Kirk, Kumak or Leslie?
With the first two captains you gain bonuses to stats, which can increase your hull health during combat. Similarly Leslie can restore some hull health during combat. In both cases at the end of combat the extra hull health is removed and if the amount removes exceeds what you would have had left you explode (i.e. you have 10K hull health normally, you get buffed/healed to have equivalent 12K, and you take 11.5K total damage; you're in negatives once the extra is removed.). You only win because of the extra hull health, but you need to pay for it eventually.

I'm on server 32. I participated in the TC of Helvi. I didn't get to kill much because the lag started immediately. Fights seemed to take a minute to complete. Other players mentioned that the system was reporting as "full" when they tried to send more ships. I have noticed that, more often than not, that the alliance that has more points when the lag starts will win. This was another large scale, multi alliance fight.

It really is difficult to fathom how you are keeping score in territory battles when a battle might start anything between 0 and 8 seconds after the 2 ships have actually met and then goes on for as long as 20 seconds after that. You really need to sort it out. Either get more server power or limit the ships allowed into the battle area

I'm fairly certain the official advice used to be first to score a point (not to the rank, but any point), but several people are saying that this is not what they've seeing currently. A proper up to date answer would be good if they provide one, but tied scores have never been a thing (otherwise we'd all be colluding on leaderboard rewards)

If you read the post, you're directly granting the chain to people who attempted to access it WITHOUT completing the first chain (by buying points). It says NOTHING about compensating those who COMPLETED the first chain BEFORE the fix and thus DON'T have the 5 additional keys.

BTW, why should WE have to contact CS and wait for a response when SCOPELY caused the problem in first place?

This can cause exactly what you're seeing, showing an increased power to the amount that the higher stats of those officers would have provided, but it's only a visual bug and your ship doesn't gain any actual benefit.

I can't play the game and therefore give scopely my money, if the game keeps crashing and freezing upon restart. It has crashed at least 6x in the last 3hrs and takes 3 to 4x longer to reload, if it doesn't freeze at 70% on reload.

Yes, I've cleared the cache each time it crashes. Now it is completely frozen at 70% on the restart. I can't get back into the game.

Anyone experienced the return of the 12 hour shield attack bug? 30 mins ago, I put up a 12 hour shield ready for bed, and thought i'll just get a bit more of Tillys missions done. My Vidar flew itself into a Legionary (poor chap) killing my ship and blowing him up (even though my report says he survived)
