I think @cinder brook is the person I recall reporting the issue for the longest but I recall several posts who have had the issue going on for 3+ months now. Can you please provide some beneficial feedback about this issue beyond contact support? I've submitted multiple tickets and all I ever get is a generic response that future updates will resolve the issue. This renders the Starbase completely unusable and impacts from what I can tell so far numerous alliances. While this may not be high priority content it seems to not be affecting all alliances and creates inequity amongst players in alliances that are impacted.

ok i'm going to try one last time now that every thing has kinda of calmed down, yesterday you guys kept saying the battle pass 3x was 30k (3x the normal 10K) but its a 15K sms 3x15K =45K i don't under stand where you get the 10K from cause the points for contributions are not 3x still 1 to 1 , the points to fill the milestones are not 3X still 60 points to complete so the only points i can think of being X3 are the 15K for completing it so where are you getting the the 3X10K from am i missing some thing

Normal milestone is 20k. The revamped battlepass milestone is 10k. 3x 10k, = 30k

For the containers that don't gave the reward I go to DTI faction and take the 1 chest "encrypted exchange" option (it's very cheap, fast and always works). Then the reward from before comes in too. It iseems that the last chest doesn't come in without serious lag. I know it should not be that way but when I'm missing a reward, that one chest in DTI helps me out often without a restart.

The reason why you cant upload any pictures to your ticket is because with their last reply they automatically closed it without solving your reported issues:

They are "aware" means they wont/cant do anything from this point on to solve it and chances are low that this will change in the future. I know thats not what a customer wants to hear but theses days they are only "aware" and not fixing anything anymore. 😉

More mismanagement than a bug, but you really need to increase the spawn rate of the new 61er drones. Most players in the beginner systems are unable or unwilling to farm 62er, so they all come in, kill the 61er with speed crews and go, leaving behind an useless system and players waiting for their prey to respawn. Since these are token systems its not like you can just jump between the systems and keep hunting there.

When entering a system, always wait till everything initializes. Then you will be able to move off and on again. If you move the ship off while it is initializing it will show the ship already on the node. Otherwise choose other system , go back wait till initialize done then move on.

Looks like they changed something in the Backend.
it results in a LOT Inventory Transaction Duplication and Delayed Item Credit.

I’ve already pointed this out to them multiple times and documented the bookings accordingly. Almost every booking in the inventory is being executed three times — in, out, in — which is clearly putting unnecessary strain on the database and increasing traffic (and lag?) significantly.

But what can I say… radio silence. its a major issue and nobody cares.

What’s the point of having armada speedups if they freeze and don’t work? The lag is killing me. I quickly completed a trial, dropping the total number of trial bells to 80. I checked the timer again, and still had over 3 minutes until the next pull. I quickly completed another trial, dropping my total trial bells to 55. I checked the timer again, and it showed 21h 59m, though I had not made a second pull.

If both timers have run out before the first pull is made, the first pull awards trial bells and the second pull, available immediately, awards a speedup.

Continuing to create new content while ignoring malfunctioning current content is poor business ethics. That this game continues to generate revenue despite its frequent and ongoing failures is proof that "there's a sucker born every minute."

Server 37 Lag was so bad tonight that during our Territory defense of Abilakk earlier most of our members couldn't enter the systems, when needing to repair a ship it took 3+ clicks to get the game to response to repair, ships would not target for attacking. ETC.

Some things like Q trials and others will spawn in systems close to your bases location if your close to token system they will spawn there been an issue for many players find a home system for your base away from any token system or may happen again but yes you will need a ticket to support
