your problem is most likely caused by heavy lag and not relly a bug in the programcode

The only response we get is that the Discord server is in slow motion, and meanwhile, almost six hours after the incursion began, there's been no reaction to the problems. It's amazing how Scopely cares about its community, as if playing these silly little games about completely unrelated things improves our in-game experience... Focus on the game instead!

Scoring for incursions is correct on the back end (armadas and pvp are counting) however the client is not updating the UI properly in real time, this is being looked into.

The 'Seek and Destroy' claim in the Aggregation refinery seems to like to remove itself from being claimed with the bulk refine option. It seems like after I get the max amount and then goes back under that 600 max, I have to recheck the option for it to be auto selected with the bulk refine option.

there are people using an exploit to use their GS-31s in transogen space without their ship taking damage. there is research at 61 that allows the GS-31 to not take damage, but this is being done by players in G5. I can give screenshots if you need. this exploit needs to be shut down, and the cheaters should face consequences.
