Same here. I’m absolutely certain that I’m missing points in the Syndicate Battle Pass. That’s easy to verify, since it’s the first event.

As for the others - I have no idea.

I can already see what’s going to happen: because of this global issue, I’ll end up missing points for the overflow, and CS will once again say, “we can’t detect any issue” and “you didn’t complete event xyz.”

So I have been upgrading my Picard Fossil Artefact to increase my protected cargo. All of my mining ships hasn't increased their protected cargo, from their original protected cargo amount.

I've upgraded the Vorta Vor mining ship to support a total of over 395k protected cargo. However the extra 30% protected cargo boost isn't working as my total protected cargo for my Vorta Vor is still sitting at 395k. Whilst normal cargo capacity is 9mil.

It's the same with my other ships.

The game better stop being rigged. Because I've also got protected cargo officers as well. I don't feel it's been counted to increase the total protected cargo capacity.

But hey so many things could be improved but as you say in many years they have done very little imho they make many promises but seem to add more content without fixing the lag, the bugs, the crashes, the grinds the GUI behaviour and focus on new content to generate revenue increase.

Need some help if anyone has any ideas... Friend of mine tried to install the game. She got as far as the "choose alliance" quest in the noob missions. She didn't see our alliance so she logged out. After I explained that she would have to move servers once she finished the basic quests, she logged back in. But now her account is completely bugged. It won't let her pick an alliance. It won't move past the pick alliance screen. She tried contacting customer support on the scopely webpage and never got a response. I think there is something in the known issues section - if I remember correctly there is a graphical issue and the titan is shown as voyager. Do you have a voyager matching the power of the titan, than it should be that ship.

CS is still giving me the same generic answer saying that a fix is needed when in fact the only thing needed is to add pts so I can complete the Recommendation Service sms. Even if a fix is applied later on, getting an extra 100 pts will not give me more rewards. I don't not see the logic in CS explanation.... I restarted the game "just to be safe".
Hostiles weren't disappearing after being destroyed.
After clearing a wave, there was a very very long pause.
Next wave would appear as if there at no pause. Hostiles appeared well into their flight paths.
I apparently lost during wave 5, but it didn't end the wave. Just sat there. Only realized I lost because my ships were sitting OUTSIDE my base. Yeah, not docked.

Just say "X Y and Z features may not work for XX hours" or put the game into maintenance.

Better to plan for the worst and hope for the best, than the opposite - that way, if it goes well, "oh wow, great, there was minimal downtime, didn't expect that!" rather than "you said performance issues, not BROKEN" - all about managing customer expectations.
