I am trying to do the L49 mission Catalyst Part 2, which involves going to Caelum. Every time I send a ship there and then try to view the system, I get less than 1 second there, then get kicked out with the No ship or station present in the system message. So I am ops 29, after hitting patron in augment faction rep, several chest disappeared from the original part of the faction store. They include unc plutonium, the preview for rare plutonium (which had a trickle of rare plutonium that was given out), augment recruit chest, awakened augment recruit chest, and independent credits.
Edit: and there's no way I could have the archive for the botney bay maxed out which would remove any of them yet

I couldn’t get my ship to go to the armada. It wasn’t in the circle, but did fight the armada when the timer ran out. This was after I had a previous one cancelled because the ship wasn’t in it.

@analog summit if you look, there is the sign of the armada and counter saying that your ship is in. It's a visual bug that usually is resolved by reloading the system.

It's usually lag. Next time it happens, go to galaxy and then re-enter the system to see if it moved your ship to the circle. I have had this happen to me and that usually cleared it up

They're removing the elite daily chips from the emergency field ration exchange (for comps) which contain latinum and speed ups and replacing the exchange with a choice reward that is more specific, ore/pare, gas/dilith, crystal/trit.

I am writing to ask for help for one of 107 players who cannot log in for 6 days already to his account in the game even after re-installing it on various devices both IOS and Microsoft, updating and all other basic advices. He contacted the support team also his admiral wrote here before #👾-bug-reporting message channel, but the issue is still the same.

The only think he managed to do was to claim the mission keys on the website, base on that and possibly due to auto levelling ships he received an answer from support team that he had an activity in game so the case seems to be closed and no further replies.

Could you please advise on what more could be done for him to be able to access the his account again? After re-installing he was able to start the tutorial with a new account but after logging in to his original account the same error message appears and he is unable to access the game.

I returned to the game via invite link of a mate and started to fullfill the tasks from this event shown im the screen. Untill now I did hit the 5th milestone, but can't claim the rewards??? I think the majority (or even all) of these problems are caused by bad netcode, which causes the server and client not comunicating correctly. There are probably no checks made to be sure the server and client are synchronized.
