Hello, will there be compensation for the preparing stuck loadout?

I emailed scopley but haven't heard back.

This event caused me to not finish my battlepass, (some players maybe ferengi), but it also cost me other events and also syndicate xp from events I was leading and lost due to no access over 24 hours.

If you're uncertain and I need to just wait for an email, that works too but I thought I'd see if you by chance knew.

The uc skill points come from upgrading the command center, titan-A refinery and serene squall refinery. Pulling more shards after unlocking a fleet commander doesn’t give skill points, it gives “fc dust” which converts into the materials you need to level/promote the commander.

That is indicating that had you not had him unlocked you would have received a shard for him. It should be telling you you received dust to use in the refinery.

That’s probably half the battle we’re dealing with. Because something works for you. It’s ignored. When the game is coming apart at the seems for most of us. And actually bugs impacting game play get chalked up to visual.

When visual bugs are ignored because attention to detail doesn’t matter. It’s safe to assume normal bugs are being ignored.

Since “visual” bugs are everywhere. It’s also safe to assume there are other bugs everywhere. Which we are seeing.

Game experience is gone because of bugs. Visual bugs can cause lag, and random events to happen else where. Which we are seeing. So ignoring them because they’re “visual” now means we ignore the game falling apart.

You're not proof that the visual is turning impactful, they are two unrelated issues. The FC shard is still converting to fc dust. It's the same visual issue with officer shards not showing their conversion to transporter patterns. Both are already on their radar. You have two choices, either do as I asked and open a support ticket so it can actually be looked at, or sit here and do nothing.

Fc Kirk glitches can absolutely be related if the bugs are both correlating to fc Kirk. Just because it impacts one person, and not another. Doesn’t mean they’re not related. But it’s just visual so ignore it. So you cannot make a definitive statement they aren’t related unless it’s investigated and fixed why it’s causing problems. A visual glitch can absolutely point to poor coding that has other poor coding around it that cases problems for other people.

You never had the “visual” glitches investigated and fixed. So you do not know what else it relates to, impacts, or correlate with.

Its hard to see how clueless everyone at that company seems to be.
There is such an easy sulution to everything right now:

• rollback all servers to a previous build (pre arc88) of the game that at least was able to run
• autocomplete battlepass and give a free ship to every player as a compensation and a honest apology and statement about the future of the game from the guy who replaces conor
• work on bugfixes only and on improving stability (stop every new content)
• improve communication with the playerbase
• get rid of the bot in the ticket system and re-introduce login with password

Just some of the most important points that actually come to my mind.

Just mentioned this in my survey I completed. I have a work around. Once you click the pull button for the recruit. In the right top corner. Quickly/Rapidly click the Latium buy button. The gold framed plus button by how much Latium you have. Once in the store, click the back button and it'll show what you collected ... by passing the frozen glitched screen. Hopefully they fix it soon but for now this is a good work around.

When activation the Excelsior ability it killed my ship A. It’s fake kill, so needed to “repair” it several times when grinding it the Veil. It also “killed” the ship when the boost timer expire. Also when grinding in the Veil, I experience some slow update of hostile in the system. After killing hostiles they stay in the system, so it feels a bit laggy when grinding. Playing on IPad 4G connection.

When is the the Mantis claim in the Independent Archives going to be fixed. Ever since I maxed the Mantis I have not been able to complete my daily claim. This occurs when I try to use claim all and claim directly. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal but at this time the only way I can complete the Vger Orion Hostiles is by using the Mantis debuff on my ship. I have run out of Venom. • box collecting freezes the game, it needs restart
• I don’t see my shield
• I don’t see other players on nodes
• when I repair my ship it still shows as not repaired but I still can’t get it out of the base and I also can’t repair another ship because it says my queue is full

@jaunty light I reported the Mantis IA mastery issue on 02-March. It’s been 2 weeks now. I’ve lost 175k in synd points that I should have collected. It still does not show in #🛠-known-issues All support said was they are sorry the game doesn’t work, there is no eta on a fix, and keep an eye on future patch notes to see if it ever gets fixed. It’s frustrating that if I hadn’t mastered it I would have gotten the IA recruit chests and 90k synd points. But instead, I did what the game suggested I do, mastered the mantis, and then got penalized for doing so. Can’t something be done? If no one can figure out how to fix the code, setup a cron job and just award all of us that were impacted to give us our points every day, or a comp chest every few weeks, or at least say it’s a real bug. Something. It’s frustrating.

When using the mirror rift between Mirror Rada Ban and Mirror P’Jem, the screen went to galaxy view and was white instead of showing the background. I tried doing stuff and it wouldn’t do anything except multiply the system names. I had to force restart to do anything else.

What's up with new Borg Solos just did two back to back. Game said all three ships destroyed during both attempts ,no event point's but all three ships never left system ,no damage after two attempts ,no repair needed when they returned to station. Directives used .

after today's update, I am unable to run the game on my PC. I have uninstalled and repaired and still the game crashes at 20% loading. There is a pop up that flashes just before the crash but it is 1-2 seconds at most and unable to read or see it. The launcher shows v 2.14.6

Having the same problem as Novaoriginal2000 Armadas not working correctly says defeated and ships dead when they aren't server 144. Server 17 for me. Also after this morning update I could not log in. I uninstalled and reinstalled game to get it to work. I am seeing odd bugs from time to time.

Every time I boot my game it gets reset, archived missions get unarchived, settings get changed, all my crew and some ships becomes "new" and every possible notification possible as seen in the picture.

Different to the recent spam of servers going down and up So I just bought credits in the Maverick store, sure it didn't take the tokens for the credits to purchase them. S57 has been laggy for hours. Still not any better. Can't even see ships raiding 90% of the time. Everyone in my alliance has been complaining about it. It's not possible to defend when it's so laggy that you can't see the ships. When someone hits my base it takes almost 15 seconds to show the damage on my ships. Virtually unplayable.
