Couldn't care less about comp chests anymore. I'm one more probably away from just requesting account deletion. Hard to tell if this is a bug or a buff I just don't know about, but my Romulan mining dailies both have the same rewards (Romulan Miner: 20k 4* Ore and Romulan Excavator: 50k 4* Ore, with rep just over 30 million), which would be a bonus but it's throwing off my trying to balance rep.

These are the Klingon Miner and Romulan Miner rewards. Klingon is correct, Romulan is higher, matching the rewards for Romulan Excavator.

After 1 press of the button nothing happens, after two I'm told it's already been "removed from the store"......a really dumb message when I wasn't in a store at all....just proof of more lazy coding...., and after being told those items were "already removed from the store", the chest shows as still being claimable again.....

you've just come out of maintenance....an extended maintenance for the extra preparation that was needed before returning the game to a "playable" state....and it's in a worse state than it was when it was first released.

Scopely keep claiming over and over and over and over "we hear you, we will fix this"....and then more content comes out, nothing gets fixed, extra pack sale adverts appear on our GUI, and the lag continues to get worse.

In all that downtime what was fixed?????????? Seems like nothing, and if you provide a list of event text typos that needed correcting you'll be even more of a laughing stock.

You asked the community for love letters to their favourite ship, here's mine to the game in general....

5 years ago this game was worth playing, now it's an afterthought to the ability to fleece the Star Trek community for money for in-game content, in a game that doesn't even work. Take me back to the time before Territory Capture, and the dozens of new zones and resources you've added to force anyone that wants to progress to be logged in for hours just to boost your own statistics and monetary value. The way those events calculate points is the attacking ship needs to match the description, so the chasers is a battleship, it counts.

If Lucas or any other producer had attempted to chain all of their 'Epic' movies, so to speak, the original movie plus all of its sequels into one incredibly long movie.

All of the actors, stage hands, and film crew are still on the set for all of the movies and creating more confusion because the game is trying to incorporate the function of 'walking the dog' into an already bloated project.

Frankly it's probably too late to fix because it would take nearly as much energy as what was needed to create in the first place, and more hardware, and I'm certain restarting the project from scratch is unacceptable.

Can we fix the GS31 ability in waves? The lag is bad enough, but targeting an enemy and clicking the ability and then you wait 15 seconds for it to fire. For a ship meant to be used in wave, this ability delay is maddeningly slow. Think we can get the brain trust to nip this down to a couple seconds? The lag makes using it almost pointless. And the KirShara Artifact is broken in waves too. 'it randomly drops queued ships or simply freezes your ship altogether. At some point people paid real money for these features, so them not working right is a real kick in the twigs and berries. You guys can definitely do better, but the real question is why are you NOT doing better? Some of these bugs are 6 years old at this point. "Quality" is a laughable statement.

I think there is a bug because it says there is a 40% chance to pull TMP Sulu shards but intended 100% chance to recieve one pull of the ferengi exchange tokens and I believe when doing a 5 chest pull it is maybe assigning the 40% chance to get sulu shards to instead pull ferengi exchange tokens. that is my only logical conclusion.

After the latest STFC update, after playing the game on MacOS for a while, then switching to playing to game on my iPhone, the game on the MacOS goes into a hibernation state. What is on the screen is a button to 'Relaunch" which after reloading causes the game to become playable on MacOS while causing the game to hibernate on the iPhone. Unfortunately, after the latest update, when I select the "Relaunch" button on MacOS, the game loading gets to 5% and gets stuck loading endpoints, displaying that it is retrying. This now happens every time the MacOS goes into hibernate state, from switching game play from Mac to iPhone, and then returning back to MacOS to play again. Here is a screenshot of the game stuck...Any help fixing it would be great, The only way to fix it now is to do a force quit and relaunch the game.

Well now it appears to also be an issue on iOS, as well.

It appears the "Relaunch" function is not working..While on MacOS I loaded the game on my iPhone and it caused the game on MacOS to go into it's hibernate state like normal displaying the "Relaunch" button. After only a few seconds on the MacOS going into the hibernate state, I hit the "Relauch" button and it got stuck again at 5%. I was thinking the game was hanging on "Relaunch" if the game was in hibernate state for an extended period of time but it doesn't seem to be the case as this was only a few seconds switching back over.
