I actually have been in that situation. I was in it about 20 minutes ago, in fact. And hitting confirm did not move any ships out of the armada. If they did, that is a bug, not the fact that the dialog you screenshotted didn't have a cancel button

An Alliance member had his Outpost break a little while ago with this, the Armada thing happens to me on the regular (the rush when people open formadas 😉 ) so I learned to abort this type of popup.

The issue with the app freezing when claiming rewards and chests is still ongoing despite yesterday’s update. At this point, even the temporary fix of disabling frequent animations has stopped helping consistently. This problem needs to be fixed and at this point it has been disruptive enough that we need a compensation chest for our trouble.

when doing outposts you lose the button to go straight to Q hostiles... only way to access these is to go into your station when youre running these. there's lots of screen space, why not add the outpost button as an addition instead of replacing another.. even when outposts finishes the button is still replaced until you reboot... or just chin this button off altogether, id prefer to click locate on my ship and upgrade the outpost directly.

Since getting officer group shards efficiencies from the augment store and away teams research I no longer get transporter patterns for maxed officers in those officer groups. This is a major bug that needs to be fixed, as players like me are missing transporter shards on a daily basis. This in turn slows player progression in the game quite significantly over time. Please make this a top priority bug fix. <@&509690795536941056> Note in my screenshots the lack of transporter patterns. Using bulk claim in the IA building and bulk refine also fails to give transporter patterns. This has been a bug since those features rolled out that has still not been fixed (work around is to not use those buttons).

The amount of charge you get in % is a function of both hostile hp and cube level.

I even have the prime and going from T5 (25) to T6 (30) cube there is a runaway with what hostiles I need to destroy to charge the beam vs what my cube can actually fight and how much damage the beam deals

Since posting this I was told by a content creator that it is a visual error only, and I should still be receiving the patterns. I plan to check the numbers before and after my next chest pulls to verify that I'm receiving the patterns. I'd check the app store on your phone and close the launcher and reopen it on your PC first, but if there's no update or if it doesn't fix it, the workaround seems to be toggling the "Disable Frequent Game Animations" option in your general settings

Bulk Refine Issues

Not sure if others see this or if it's been reported to Scopay

1. The new Epic FC Credits > Sigma Commander Credits Conversion for Bulk refines never persists day over day. Must be updated each day or processed manually.
2. Mirror Universe claims often do not persist. No real rhyme or reason.
3. Territory always shows 'Bulk Refine: 3' as an option but the claims are never available. I believe it's an issue with how the Territory improved refineries are operating and they're still there, just hidden in the background.

Does Scopay have any intentions of fixing basic issues that have been present since day 1 of Bulk Refines being implemented? Persistence of selections should be the absolute most basic of minimum requirements for 'Bulk Refine'.

Can anyone from Scopely explain why increasing the rarity of items you spend gives you fewer points? Spending common items gives you 25 points, rare items gives you 21 points, and epic items gives you 2 points. You can reduce game restarts by changing a setting as a temporary workaround. Go to Settings, then General. Scroll down to "Disable Frequent Game Animations" and toggle it on. It bypasses the "Done" screen. While it makes reviewing your redeems significantly more difficult, the redeem process won't freeze your game.

The Done button issue has been a fine "welcome to ops50" from Scopley. The Done button doesn't work on single chest claims after upgrading to ops 50. It was working before I did the ops upgrade. Now it doesn't and requires a game close and restart to get out of it. Are we going to get any update on when this will be fixed? The only info is a "we are investigating it" message from 3 days ago.

Can anyone explain why the KiShara artifact is totally broken in solo waves? You click a second target and the first one is forgotten, totally makes setting up attack runs unworkable. Ships start flying all over attacking random targets, like you have to click the same target seven times to get you ship to stick with it. Ships stopping mid attack and just sitting there.... Hello all - I am having an issue where my game becomes unresponsive after collecting singular resources. It does not happen with the bulk refines, claim all, or collect buttons, only the green "Done" button. I noticed it first last Wednesday night and I reported it on Thursday (#28115447 and #28116168) but have not even received an acknowledgement at this point, so for all I know I am talking into the void or reporting it incorrectly... I joined this server hoping maybe someone here is having the issue and has figured out how to make it stop or can point me to help in some way because I have a lot of fun playing this game each day but the work around for this bug is restarting the game 30-35 times in a row, so this is not a sustainable way to play. 🙁

I've attached a 22 24 second video showing the issue happening on my computer. I have verified that the same issue happens on both iOS and Windows so it seems to be account-specific rather than device-specific. I have tried clearing localization data. I have tried restarting my devices. I have tried switching internet connections. I have tried waiting and coming back later. Anything level 1 IT support would normally suggest, well I have already tried it.

Any help or advice (or even sympathy of knowing it isn't just me) would be greatly appreciated.

( Judging on roughly collecting half on a day off but gave up after an hour and a half. ) Now I'm only collecting the most important to me but still takes 45 minutes because of restarting after each one.

Well, here we go again.
Ticket opened and no solution provide.

1. I did all the 3 researchs for transogen mining instead of faction materials;

2. The goals jumped, were multiplied by 1000 - support said that was the intended number;
   From 60k G6 stuff to 60 MI, doesn't matter if it is Transogen or G6.

3. NO where in the reseaech said it need a specific kind of transogen, but the daily require UC only.

4. I did mine 1000 yesterday, but they didn't count.
   5.Another ticket open.😵‍💫

As it is right now, my Serene can mine epic 2.37 MI per hour, that means 56 MI epic in 24.hours ! For UC, it is ridiculous lower than that !
Conclusion: A research that should bring more QoL made in fact impossible to do the 6 dailys.
And support said : " its all right, thanks for calling " and closed the ticket.

The level of incopetence dilplayed this year by Scopely has really set the bar sky high.

I Miss Jess, last time something like this happens she was really helpfull and caring.

This is incorrect, when the task required 60k/60k, you'd need to gather 60k G6 to finish it.
Now that the task requires 60m/60m, 60k G6 will still finish it because mats are worth more than one pt.

Even on release, the feedback was that the transogen option was never a strong move. Our refineries still need raw mats as fuel, and finishing the daily task via transogen wouldn't supply that. Overall, as you said, it was not much of a improvement. Unfortunately, it hasn't changed since and probably won't in the future.

There sometimes is a problem with inter-server communication and since it is RLB it is regional (so many different servers).
Either way try and find the biggest hostiles you can kill and just go at it.
And also you might be competing with ops 28 there. 25 is technically “a bottom of the barrel” in brackets for some events.

A lot of lag on 709, also waves are now worse than before (the last few "fixes") when lag is present.

The primary issues for this game (not just lag and waves, but in general) are 1) the client and server do not verify each other's messages were received, 2) there is no error checking (that works) to determine values aren't present, and 3) there is no catch up or recovery code (that works) to get to the present state when communication is present.

BTW if your in game chat disappears, clear localization will usually make it return. This is required even if you just opened the game.

Lots of systems are set up with those level ranges being incorrect. If you want the real ranges, you have to check stfc.space for that system's possible hostile spawns. Even then, that could have incorrect information.

Lag is always bad. Today was a “I got 4 days worth of shields left, I’ll try again some other time” kind of days. The game is almost unplayable these days on low quality WiFi or poor quality mobile data as opposed to the way it was back in the day before we were lied to about “quality not quantity.” So… others may be more qualified to talk on the lag issue than those of us living in the sticks with terrible connections. There is a 2.5k daily hostile kill limit, after which you stop earning rep/lootboxes/cargo/xp.
It resets at 5 utc, ie. one hour after daily reset. If it's not on that list, it should be fine.

Things have gotten so bad, I got two of the Alliance Tournament goals in and some work on other things, but then my computer crashed and every time I reboot and log in, not even a minute later, the game crashes my computer. I can't even check the new players in my alliance to take note of who they are, how helpful they have been or measure a starting point to compare later, or open the gifts, or anything in such a short window.

It's due to the Away Team allocation (or other officer shard reduction) research/favor and Scopely's great programming.
When you first open game, the alloaction count is not calculated so the officers you have unlocked due to the reduced number (locked otherwise) is not counted correctly. They show as a blank if on a ship and locked if not currently on a ship.
Go into the officers tab to have that allocation bonus recalculate and your officers should now be available.

This error occurrs, when your client does not get all information from the game servers. Restart your client and the locked warp paths get resolved.

There's a discrepancy in the last 2 parts of the description of the FT Control Seeker Probes. In the Alliance Tournament store it specifies Q's hostiles and Q's Trial hostiles, in th Forbidden Tech area it just says hostiles, and does not specify any specific type.

yeah thats normal. the defense platforms themselves have their own strength then you also fight all of the ships first before you take out the defense platforms

I know this isn't a new bug, but it seems to be getting worse. occasionally (and more frequently now) when swapping system views from one in which you're actively using the kir'shara and then swapping back, phantom, untargetable hostiles will stick around, prompting a restart. usually it ends up being 1-2 at most, but this is ridiculous. each of the circled hostiles is like this

I'd try switching the Disable Frequent Animations setting as a workaround for your issue. It should be set to ON.

I’m hitting Horn Lvl 64 in Endurance-429 system but are not scoring for Alliance Tournaments, (Defeat 1600 points wort of Gorn Hunting Packs. If these are not the right ones. Why say ‘These Hostiles Levels spread between Level 40 and 70?.
Are there other Gorn hunting packs at Level 64?
