I'd try the usual ways of pulling in ships, like summoning or using an Evi rift. I've also heard that using a hailing frequency first can unjam them. If troubleshooting doesn't work, file another ticket.

Anyone else having issues with Final Weapon event not completing? I am stuck on 200 pts left and already tried 2 uncommon FKR armadas and it will not grant the credit. It was working fine until it reached 200 pts left and now its stuck.

Update: Without restarting.. I ran another one 40+ minutes later in a different system and it finally gave me credit for event completion. It took 3 attempts to get those last 200 pts, whether this is caused by lag or processing delays, its frustrating.

When using Claim All in the Independent Archives, you do not receive the correct amount of Transporter Patterns from Botany Bay Archive overflow. This has been a thing for so long that it's become common practice to do Botany Bay Archive first.
Silly things like this should be fixed.

You have to hit reds yourself. Federation ones. But the Multiplier that running an Outpost gives doesnt work. At least not for the basic/old Outposts. Maybe for the Elites

This has been broken for months. Select a filter at bottom of the screen, leave the screen, come back and the selection has gone back to default, not the filter selection. Might not be as annoying if the damn filter button would at least go back to default, also. Instead, to reinstate the filter, you first have to click some other filter, then go back to the desired filter.

Mining with the Squall and using the Automated Defenses, the yellow timer ring does not match actual remaining time left on defenses. In my case, my automated defenses last about 90 minutes, and when taking these screenshots, I have about 30 minutes left, so the timer ring should reflect about 33% (or 1/3) remaining, but it is actually showing closer to 75% (or 3/4) remaining. I have to click on the ship and see the actual timer in order to know how much time I have left. I've lose my squall while auto grinding/mining epic transogen several times because of it so I've had to keep a close eye on it

I went to claim these in the ExBorg faction shop and the only way to exit these screens was to force close the app. The done button as well as an earlier claim button would do the animation for being clicked, but the screen would stay the same after.

One of my alliance members has a frustrating issue, and due to 3 support tickets spitting back basic not-helpful info and closing the ticket, they are close to quitting all together.

When they collect or refine and Press the Done button, the button flashes but nothing happens. They restart and the item was refined or collected, but they go to collect / refine the next item and it happens again. They have Cleared Localization, and uninstalled/reinstalled but it keeps happening. They have the latest version of the android app installed.

The most frustrating part about this bug is having 3 tickets put in with all 3 being closed without resolution. The lack of support would make anyone want to quit.

Hey, when I mine G3 nodes with my North-Star, it never shows the time needed to empty the node correctly, Im always faster than the time it says is needed.

Have any of you encountered problems after an account archive with your PC client? My PC client was working perfectly prior to archive and came back to the game with this "Welcome back" content. Its rendered the PC client completely unplayable. 2-3 min average times between crashes. No evidence at all of any issues with the PC. Game just lags out and dies. Anyone had this happen?

Another thing is the need to alway's 'micro size' ever time you warp into a system really is anoying to have too run the mouse wheel a couple of hundred time's to go out from a tiny ship so I can really see what's going on in the system. Every once in a while after you all 'fix' something or do a 'maintenance' it work's fine then someone screw's it up and we are back to mini sized again with how many time's is going to take to get to where I can actually see the system instead of a tiny ship. You all need to learn to leave the programing to someone who know's what is needed instead of all the 'fancy' work you all are doing then regualar folk's who actually play the game will enjoy it.

Been dealing with a game breaking bug. Clicking done whenever I open a chest doesn't work. I have to manually close the game and reopen it to continue. Clearing data/cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the game helped for a few minutes then it continued back up again. You don't realize how many chests are in the game you have to click open until you aren't able to easily open them anymore. Playing on android. Haven't tested it on pc yet

sorry not exactly the same amount but literally barely more. usually there is a little more than double the value. perhaps the 100$ pack was intended to give 9520 emblems? but instead gave only the "extra value" portion of 4930 which is marginally more than 4590, whereas if it was 4590 + 4930 ("little more than double the value") it would be 9520 emblems.

that is literally how it is with every other pack. little more than double of the building mats. I literally checked out the value structure of each of the other packs for upgrading the specialty buildings and for every single one the 100$ pack is slightly more than double the materials. this must be a mistake?

Anyone reporting an issue with the done button after selecting a resource from gifts, refinery or faction? I select done and it changes colors like a selection but nothing happens. The only way to hey pay is to restart game. This is happening to me on PC, android phone and tablet. I uninstalled reinstalled. Cleared localization. Nothing helps. Help desk is nonresponsive for 5 days.

There is a workaround you can use in the meanwhile. Go to Settings, then General, and scroll down to "Disable Frequent Game Animations". It bypasses showing that screen, but comes with its own quirks of sometimes/frequently not backing you out of nested menus. I don't like it because I can't review all of the redeemed items, but I'll take it to not restart my game 20+ times to get through my daily redeems.

Mastery still pays out less iso-emulsion than full pulling(4 chests) all 3 grades of isogen. I get 118,800 from my 1* full pull, 79,200 from 2* and 39,600 from my 3* as an ops 55. and it only increases with ops. Maybe the meridian mk II refit or the territory Improved isogen refinery buffs aren't being applied.

Please fix the system level zoom bug. It zooms in all the time, even when I continuously zoom out. In the early days this was not an issue, but it's been like this for several years now. Make the system zoom level persistent, i.e. it should remember what the user sets.

Mine sometimes does that. More often than any other glitch. I can "force" it to do that if I'm defending an outpost at the time by locating a ship defending that outpost.
The skipping used to be occasional, and only one in 100. This time it was every other.
I turned off kir'shara for an hour or so and it seems to be good now.

Kir'shara seems to be a client- side command set (if you have ships queued and close the game, the queue stops until you open the game again)... so the errors we're getting are probably caused by our device. I wish they would just make it server-side.

In both cases, the game warns that you are doing something you might not want to do, going so far to stop it and warn you about it, just to then blithely only give you the option to do it anyway. Only option is to CTRL-F4 the game to abort.

Scopeley...we've had our leader boards on server 711 screwed up for godawful months half the alliances in our top 100 AREN'T even in or on our server, and many many on the players leaderboard....
As an Admiral it makes it very difficult to try to recruit. This should be am easy thing to fix but I've put in tickets to you stupifying "chat-rot" but have never gotten any results..yet
